Benoit & McCarthy Photography

our wedding day, they were incredible from start to finish. Their care, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. We received countless compliments from our family and friends about how amazing they were throughout the day. We are so grateful for everything they did for us and cannot wait to relive our wedding day through their photos!

moment we met her, Gaby made us feel completely comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. Neither of us are professional models, but she guided us naturally throughout the session, making the entire experience fun, relaxed, and enjoyable. Her warm personality, creativity, and attention to detail truly shine through in every interaction!!! When we received our gallery, we were speechless!!! The photos exceeded every expectation we had. Gaby captured not only the beauty of Good Harbor Beach but also the genuine emotions, laughter, and love we share as a couple. Every image feels timeless, romantic, and authentic. We have received countless compliments from family and friends, and everyone keeps asking who our photographer was! Beyond her incredible talent, Gaby has been responsive, professional, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us preserve these memories. She has gone above and beyond throughout the entire process, from the session itself to helping us select and order prints for our family. If you are looking for a photographer who is talented, professional, creative, and an absolute joy to work with, look no further. We are so grateful to have these beautiful photographs and cannot recommend Gaby highly enough! We are even more excited that she will be photographing our upcoming wedding! Thank you Gaby for capturing such a special season of our lives so perfectly. These are memories we will treasure forever!

we got the best photos possible. Gaby also shot our engagement photos and they came out amazing. They really made sure we got every photo we wanted and then some. I cant say enough about how much I love these 2. If I could give 12 stars, I would.

o every detail, helping us with the timeline and ensuring the entire flow of our wedding day was seamless. Gaby captured every moment perfectly, from the small intimate details to the big emotional highlights, and did it all with such professionalism and warmth. She is also an absolute joy to be around, and her personality is truly infectious. Gaby brought Tom along, and together they made an incredible team. Tom was equally fantastic, bringing great energy and support throughout the day. We felt completely comfortable in front of the camera, and the results are beyond anything we could have imagined. Thanks to Gaby and Tom, we now have the most beautiful memories preserved forever. If you are looking for photographers who truly care and deliver perfection, look no further than Benoit & McCarthy Photography.

al the day felt. They made us feel super comfortable and were such a fun, easygoing presence to have around. We’ll treasure these photos forever — can’t thank them enough!

all to answer any questions that came up. She was very communicative and was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She even gave recommendations on timing and where to do the first look! And on the day, Gaby and David were both on time and everything went so smoothly. Also, Gaby was very adaptable on the day - we went running short on time when we got to the reception venue and she was extremely efficient with getting all the photos I wanted. Also, I wanted to take table pictures with every group and she provided a great recommendation to sit on the dance floor and every table comes up like musical chairs and it ended up being one of the most talked about moments from guests! When we received the full album, we were thoroughly impressed!! Not only were the pictures incredible but the turnaround time was so fast, only about 2 weeks! Gaby's ability to capture everything from our day seamlessly with beautiful lighting and composition was so impressive. Would highly recommend Benoit & McCarthy to anyone looking for a reasonably priced photographer who produces incredible photos!!

dly, fun, and truly professional in every way — they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We had such a great experience doing our engagement photos with them — it was the perfect introduction to how sweet, thoughtful, and talented they are. They made us feel so comfortable and fabulous the entire time, and the photos turned out beautifully. It was clear from the start that we were in the best hands. One of the things we loved most was that they’re a husband and wife team who work together seamlessly. Their dynamic brought such a relaxed and joyful energy to both our engagement session and our wedding day, which made us and our guests feel completely at ease. They took the time to really listen to all of our wishes and made sure every single shot on our list was captured perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we hoped for and more. Their reliability and attention to detail were exceptional. The turnaround time for photo retouching was fast, and the quality was outstanding. We received a gorgeous gallery of unlimited photos, and they retouched all the ones we asked for with such care. They even created a stunning photo album that we’ll treasure forever. Throughout the entire year of wedding planning, they were always so easy to work with — responsive, organized, and genuinely kind people who clearly love what they do. They are true experts and professionals, and we’re so grateful we had them capture such special moments in our lives. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photography team that is talented, dependable, and a joy to be around!

deliver an amazing product and bring fun to the photos. For our engagement shoot, they did an excellent job working around the crowds at the park, and they made sure to include our dog in some of the photos! Every request in our planning meeting was met with enthusiasm including shooting at multiple locations and coordinating large group photos on the dance floor. On our wedding day, they kept family and bridal party photos moving so efficiently that we had time to get even more photos than planned. The word that best describes them is DYNAMIC as they were great at making changes on the fly in order to improve lighting or to take advantage of a new, creative idea. Most notably, they encouraged us to do a night time shoot that we didn’t plan for, and those photos turned out to be some of our favorites! When we received the link to our photos (super quickly on both occasions), we were blown away at how beautiful the photos were! If you work with Gaby and Dave, your only problem will be having too many gorgeous favorites to choose from! We loved working with them and strongly recommend them!

s during our getting ready photos. They were so patient with the kids in the bridal party and their photos, oh my goodness we can’t stop looking at them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone hoping for a beautiful, professional, and fun day.

o happy with them! They were one of the best choices we made for our special day and we are so grateful for them

question or request, they responded immediately and were able to handle anything in the moment. They truly do have a photographers eye and were able to pose my husband and I and our families so we could have gorgeous and unique shots. David and Gabby are so personable and helpful and I couldn’t have been happier with any other photographer. I had so much fun taking photos with them and they continually checked in with us to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. I 1000% would recommend them for any of your photographer needs! They are the absolute best and can’t thank them enough!

. She made us feel at ease and took some creative shots! We also had a little bit of rain and her and her assistant adapted quickly, which allowed us to still have our photos we planned for. When I looked at the pictures afterwards, the detail shots and pictures of the flowers that I didn’t see happen were beautiful. They captured many candid photos that I’ll treasure forever. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

imeline guidance was instrumental in keeping things moving along, and the photo booth service was a huge hit with our guests. Plus, the photos were sent to us in a very timely fashion and they're gorgeous!

vid after seeing their work at Black Swan hung up on the walls. The quality and uniqueness stood out to us right away! We were looking for a photographer who would have fun with us but also get us timeless photos. After speaking with David and letting him know I would be having a darker wedding, I knew right away we were making the right decision. I had one single request and he NAILED IT! We also ended up adding the Photo Booth option, which every single person who used it has went out of their way to tell us how much fun it was. They were able to receive their photos instantly and we got a link with all the photos from the night. If you are looking for timeless photography and want someone who will listen to your wants and go above and beyond that look no further. We will treasure our photos forever. Thank you, so much David & Gaby!

ith, Gaby made us feel comfortable and like we were models the entire time!!! Engagement photos came out awesome and were turned around to us very quickly; our wedding was just recently so while we haven’t seen the wedding photos yet, we have super high expectations. Prices were also among the most competitive. Thank you for helping to make our day perfect.

onal, did a great job to kept us all on schedule - one less thing to stress about on your wedding day! She was also was very efficient so we didn't miss out on too much time with our guests! The pictures came back very quickly too and they turned out AMAZING! Benoit also did our photobooth which was a bit hit! Highly recommend!

as well. So many different shots of us in relaxed "lifestyle" poses that we loved them. During our wedding preparation, Gaby communicated with us clearly & often to let us know exactly what would transpire on our special day. A timeline of the photo taking was created and it made us confident as how the day would unfold. Ultimately, they met our expectations & beyond, kept the flow of the event moving with the photo taking, And, they really knew how to work with us, our wedding party and guests to transform the event into a memorable one. They were easy to work with, professional, experienced and fun. The photos are just gorgeous, capturing our mood - from serious moments to glorious ones! Our friends have commented that our photos look like they are from "Town & Country" magazine. We are thrilled that we chose them as our photographers.

o with our experience with them. They made the day so much fun, keeping us laughing and making us feel at ease the whole time. Gaby also photographed our engagement shoot and has always been so friendly, flexible, and prompt. I would highly recommend booking!

agement and wedding photos, and we were so happy with how everything came out! Gaby was very responsive throughout the whole wedding planning process, and leading up to the wedding day she helped us put together our timeline which alleviated a lot of stress. It rained on and off during our cocktail hour, and Gaby and Kamal quickly adapted and made sure we still got incredible photos. We received 1,000+ wedding photos less than three weeks after our wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL!

ing calls to make sure she knew exactly what we were looking for, and even pivoted from indoor to outdoor photos when the weather proved dreary and rainy. She had excellent suggestions and kept the entire group on schedule. We were lucky enough to have David as our second photographer; he has an impressive eye and captured some truly stunning photos for us as well. We received our final photos very quickly and are extremely pleased with Benoit & McCarthy. We even recommended them to another friend who is getting married, and she liked them so much she decided to work with them too!

feel so comfortable and our photos came back so quickly. I highly recommended Benoit and McCarthy. They are the best!

hem throughout planning, day of, and now seeing the beautiful photos they captured we could not be more pleased with how it all turned out! We working with David and his second photographer Jurek and they were a joy to work with and very professional. Thier familiarity with our venueand the other vendors was an added bonus. Meeting with David he truly listened to what we wanted captured from the wedding day and seamlessly made adjustments day of based on the flow of the day as well. Our goal was spending as much time enjoying ourselves with our guests rather than taking portrait photo andDavid helped us achieve this and more! We have beautiful portraits that were taken efficiently time wise and even more beuatiful candids enjoying ourselves with our wedding party and friends thorughout the whole special day! Highly reccomend!!

ue was an added bonus. Going into the wedding planning process, we knew that we wanted someone who could guide us through those signature wedding shots and poses and suggest when/where to take them. We felt so confident after our first interactions that she and her team were going to take care of us. We also had our young nieces and nephews included in the wedding party and photos. As can be expected with toddlers, the younger ones began to lose interest in having their picture taken - but Gabby and her partner interacted so well with the little ones to gather their attention back to the camera and had us all smiling and laughing. We can't thank Gabby and her team enough - we are just in love with every single photo they took!

s more than happy to sync briefly over a call the week of the wedding to nail down the last details. All this pre-wedding prep was extremely helpful in making the wedding day schedule go very smoothly. On the wedding day, Dave was right on time and we were ready for him thankfully. He got right to it with his assistant taking all sorts of photos and providing guidance on how to pose. Throughout the day, he made sure to get all the important candid shots and guided us through all the important posed shots. He was more than willing to go along with any ideas we had as well. He was very professional and it was a pleasure to work with him and his assistant during the wedding. When he finished processing the photos, we got them ~1.5 months after the wedding which I expected (photo editing takes so long if done right). For 6.5 hours of photography (including 1.5 hours of travel where no photos were taken), I got ~1,050 photos. The photos were so much fun to look through and they were so lovely. Extremely happy with the final set and I can't wait to print some out for albums and frames in the future. Will 100% be recommending Benoit & McCarthy Photography to all my friends in the future (and side tip - Since their booking is handled by NuImage, if you book Benoit & McCarthy photography and a NuImage DJ [and the DJ was great too!], you should definitely ask the booking agent for a discount [I got $400 off the DJ & photography package which made it affordable for me!]).

ouldn't have been happier with how everything turned out!! We are absolutely in LOVE with all of our photos!!! Everything during the process (booking to planning to day of) was amazing! Dave was able to capture me getting ready, while Tom went with my husband and his groomsmen. They were both able to capture so many aspects of the small details to different angles from our ceremony to our reception! We were a little worried with our photos because when my husband and I normally take photos, one of us is smiling and the other isn't, but Dave and Tom were great! They told us when to smile and when to be serious, or give a little bit more attitude!  To be honest, we didn't even see them capture our big moments, because we were so present in what was going on that we didn't even notice our vendors. So being able to see what they captured is truly amazing and we're in awe!! We can't stop looking at them. We are so thrilled with the amount of photos we received, and all the different places we took photos! I'm so glad that Dave & Tom pulled us for photos and had us take as many as we did! We can't even pick just one favorite because we have over 100 that we are absolutely in love with!!! Thank you so, so much, Dave & Tom!! You are the BEST!! Choose Benoit & McCarthy!!!

l so natural taking them. They were truly able to capture the happiness of our special day. Would highly recommend Benoit & McCarthy for weddings!

s looking for, even last minute add-ons! Everyone at my wedding - and people who only saw photos- were asking how we found Gaby and absolutely loved her!! People won’t stop talking about how stunning our pictures are!!! If you want to be blown away book Benoit and McCarthy now!! You will not be disappointed! Gaby made our wedding day unforgettable with her presence alone and the pictures are more beautiful then we even imagined!!!

ographer!

ng and understanding. Her photographs came back amazing and her work speaks for itself. She is incredibly talented. If you want to make sure you capture the best day of your life right, contact Gaby!

t so perfectly! They got all of my photos back to me in less than 2 weeks as well! I highly recommend them for your special event! Thank you both again for capturing our special day!

Gaby's vision for every shot holds its own special memory of the day. Both of them worked efficiently to ensure we had plenty of time for "First Look" photos. We could not have been more thrilled with our choice in photography. We can't wait for the reception celebration late next year to capture more memories that will last us a lifetime. We highly recommend Benoit & McCarthy. Thank you for making their day special!

all of our pictures came out amazing. Gabby and her partner made us feel very comfortable and gave us great direction for photos. I highly recommend Benoit & McCarthy for all events especially your big day! Thank you for making our day that much more special and giving us photos we will cherish forever.

so much!

ere stunning and when we went in for a meeting they made us feel at ease and were true professionals. We chose them for our wedding because the value for the product felt like a great buy. Then…..we had Gaby for our engagement photos….she blew me away. We were dodging rain all day, and she was more than accommodating with us on time and location. She was able to scope out a new location, since we had to reschedule, and I couldn’t have been more pleased! She made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and really captured our love and personality in film. We got the photos back super fast, and had so many to choose from! Fast forward to the wedding, she captured all of the small things and big things. She accommodated families, extended families, and friends---and did all of that with swift expertise! The pictures are TIMELESS and her gift is a treasure.

ot and lighting, and a patient, relaxed demeanor that made her a fun and easy person to work with. The entire experience was immensely enjoyable. The only word that can describe the final photos is STUNNING, far better than anything we ever thought possible, and super prompt! Within days we had the images in our inbox, including over 50 selected shots that had additional edits to make them look even more spectacular. We would absolutely recommend Gaby and her team to anyone in search of a photographer for their wedding or any other major life event.

yond for our wedding! They are some of the nicest people I met, I can tell their passion for photography is real! The whole night they were amazing to my bride, the wedding party guests and everyone! I wouldn't recommend anyone else! I am so grateful for how lucky we were to have them as part of our celebration!

stions and had great prices. We did not do an engagement session so I was a little nervous how we would interact with the photographers on the day of, however Gaby and Kamal were amazing!! We talked a multiple days prior to the wedding so I felt more comfortable and then the day of, it was so easy going, it felt like we had been working together for years. Taking the photos was effortless! They went with the flow and we even went to an extra location the day of. They are experts at their job and it shows. Our family and friends loved them, we loved them and I would recommend them over and over again. We just got our photos back and they are AMAZING!! I haven't stopped getting compliments from family and friends!! They helped make our day absolutely perfect!

solutely incredible job hence why we decided to go with them when it came time for our big day. To say they set the bar high with my sister and brother's wedding photos is an understatement, but somehow they still managed to absolutely exceed all of my expectations!! Our wedding day was captured in the most beautiful and elegant way thanks to Gaby and Kamal's expertise. I never felt stressed while taking pictures throughout the day and night because Gaby had everything so perfectly planned and organized. Gaby was able to get us through ALL of our guest's tables (our guest count was around 240) in record time and the pictures came out stunning. The candid shots are my absolute favorite!! Gaby and Kamal managed to capture candid memories in such a beautiful way without us even knowing pictures were being taken. I am forever grateful to Benoit & McCarthy for providing me with the most beautiful memories of the best day of my life and would recommend them to ALL of my family and friends!!!!!

scenery. It was magical and I’m so appreciative for their kindness in what was the scariest day of my life, myself being an introvert! Their vision, hard work and pricing is unmatched by other wedding photographers I’ve seen, and you can truly tell they enjoy what they do.

feelings go away. Gaby was a “preferred vendor” at my venue, Misselwood. After seeing the photos that Gaby, and her equally talented spouse David, were able to create, I had to have her. Gaby did my engagement photos, and after an amazing session at the beautiful Good Harbor Beach (Gaby’s suggestion!) I knew she was my perfect match. When Gaby arrived at my mother’s house on my wedding day she had such a calm and professional vibe. I was able to relax and focus on ME because I knew Gaby had the ever-important wedding pictures totally covered.
