My fiance designed my engagement ring and Benolds - Maria specifically - did a wonderful job working with him to turn his ideas into a gorgeous sapphire ring. It's stunning! We wen...
t back for our wedding rings and again, they worked with us to ensure we had exactly what we wanted, which included designing my wedding ring. I also purchased beautiful pearl earrings there for my wedding day. We love Benolds!
Such a good experience! My husband purchased my engagement ring at Benold's, and then we went back there to pick out our wedding bands. The staff were so helpful. They are willing ...
to give advice and help guide you, but we never felt pressured. They had a wide variety and helped us narrow down the options to find the perfect ones for us.
I went to several jewelers when looking for an engagement ring, like most people, and Benolds was by far the best. I tried big jewelers that had decent prices, but no customization...
capabilities. As soon as I entered Benolds, I was warmly greeted by Maria, who helped me find the (eventual) perfect ring. She listened to what I was looking for, showed me some current in stock rings for examples, and had me come back a week later when she had some more rings based on what I was looking for. Out of the 11 or so rings, I found the one and also found my Austin jeweler. We go back regularly for cleanings and they are just as kind and helpful as the first time I walked in. I can't recommend them enough.

We bought our engagement ring here. We described our style to the salesperson and she took us to the exact most gorgeous ring ever. We came back for our wedding bands as well. My...
husband loves his comfort band and I now have the most gorgeous matching band for my engagement ring.
My husband worked with Milton and Hallie when he was selecting my engagement ring. Once he popped the question, he raved about how much he enjoyed working with Milton and learning ...
all about diamonds. Given this wonderful experience, there was no doubt about where we were going to purchase our wedding bands.
For the record - my engagement ring and wedding band (both A.Jaffe) are nothing short of spectacular :)
Awesome customer service and great staff! Love my ring!!!
When beginning my search for a ring for my hopefully-soon-to-be husband, I was completely overwhelmed. There were so many places to look, I had no idea what I wanted and I was hesi...
tant to go somewhere that might not be gay-friendly. After seeing an ad for Benold's in L Style/G Style and learning more about the owner, I wanted to at least stop by and check it out. I knew very quickly upon entering and meeting Maria that I'd find the right ring here for my partner. She helped me find one that was durable, high-quality and affordable - we liked it so much that after the engagement we returned and bought an identical one for me! Highly recommend Benold's for all your jewelry needs!
I have always loved Verragio rings. They are unique, vintage-inspired, and have exquisite detailing. I was excited when I learned that Benold's carries a collection of Verragio rin...

Hallie has helped my now-husband and I through the entire process of getting engaged through getting married. She helped us select the perfect (literally, perfect) Verragio engagement ring, helped my husband pick the perfect diamond, and she assisted us in finding our wedding bands (also both Verragio). Hallie is awesome.
There were no problems in getting either of my rings in. Both came in and were as ordered. My husband's wedding band, however, was the incorrect design. Hallie immediately discovered and corrected the reason for the mistake and allowed us to borrow a different band from the store for our wedding. She was so nice and helpful in solving the problem for us.
I love going to Benold's. It is a warm and inviting environment with high quality jewelry for any occasion and budget. We will return for any future jewelry needs!
The service from these people is fantastic. They really listen to what you like and don't like and they work with your budget. I get my rings cleaned any time I want for free and i...

nest. My ring is beautiful - he did a great job picking it out all by himself. We went back for my wedding band, which compliments my solitaire perfectly. Every time I've gone in there, they've been so friendly and helpful.
Love our bands and love the small business- all were so helpful!

ond. She spent so much extra time with us. When the setting came in that she had ordered for me, she knew it wasn't going to be something that I wanted to she ordered a new one immediately and got it all put together before her original deadline!
Quality product. Highly recommended.
Always ask for Maria! She is very knowledgeable. She will also pretend like she doesn't know you when you bring in your future fiance! Joking aside, Benold's and Maria worked wit...

old's and I'm so happy that all of our rings came from such a wonderful local business.
Hallie, in particular, is such a wonderful person to work for. I highly recommend going in and asking for her to help you! I feel like the people at Benold's don't pressure you, and are wonderful at listening to what you want and helping you make a decision.
Not only is the quality of the jewelry exceptional but the service is also outstanding. I go into the store every time I'm in Austin to say hi to the wonderful people there and get my ring cleaned for free. :)
If you like to shop local, definitely do see the people at Benold's. You won't regret it!
