She listened to what I was looking for, showed me some current in stock rings for examples, and had me come back a week later when she had some more rings based on what I was looking for. Out of the 11 or so rings, I found the one and also found my Austin jeweler. We go back regularly for cleanings and they are just as kind and helpful as the first time I walked in. I can't recommend them enough.

She helped me find one that was durable, high-quality and affordable - we liked it so much that after the engagement we returned and bought an identical one for me! She helped us select the perfect (literally, perfect) Verragio engagement ring, helped my husband pick the perfect diamond, and she assisted us in finding our wedding bands (also both Verragio). Hallie is awesome. There were no problems in getting either of my rings in. Both came in and were as ordered. My husband's wedding band, however, was the incorrect design. Hallie immediately discovered and corrected the reason for the mistake and allowed us to borrow a different band from the store for our wedding. She was so nice and helpful in solving the problem for us. I love going to Benold's. It is a warm and inviting environment with high quality jewelry for any occasion and budget. We will return for any future jewelry needs!

I feel like the people at Benold's don't pressure you, and are wonderful at listening to what you want and helping you make a decision. Not only is the quality of the jewelry exceptional but the service is also outstanding. I go into the store every time I'm in Austin to say hi to the wonderful people there and get my ring cleaned for free. :) If you like to shop local, definitely do see the people at Benold's.
