Benson Tent Rent

ire wedding season and have for several years now. We wouldn’t have had the most beautiful set up for our wedding without Landon’s assistance. I dreamed of a tented wedding reception, and BTR set up the tent located on ABR’s reception platform. We utilized Landon and his team for the tent, ceremony chairs, reception chairs and tables, dance floor, and tent lighting. Communication with Landon was smooth and he always answered our (my) numerous questions about various available rentals and set up at the venue. Landon was always friendly and willing to work with our ideas for our big day. I sent him photos of how we wanted our ceremony chairs set up (circular seating) and our reception floor plan. Landon generously went up the Monday before our wedding and set up EVERYTHING by himself. He set up everything exactly like I had asked/described and we were absolutely impressed with how it all ended up working out. It reduced our week-of stress and anxiety immensely knowing that all of our rentals were set up and taken care of, which was worth the price itself. Landon was incredible and our day couldn’t have been as beautiful without his assistance. We cannot recommend Landon and his team at Benson Tent Rent for any special occasion you need rentals for. You won’t be disappointed!

cess.   He expertly guided us through the planning process, recommending the items and amounts necessary to fit our guest count. And as our guest count changed his level of flexibility updating our order was greatly appreciated. He is highly responsive and offers clear expectations for what the day of will look like. He traveled from Denver to Vail for our wedding without incident and handled all permit processes, which allowed us to enjoy the weekend without worry.   Set-up and takedown were seamless. We could not have been happier with the end result. We received endless compliments from our guests on the tent and decorations. Throughout it all Landon brough a level of professionalism that was unmatched.   We highly recommend Landon and Benson Tent Rentals. We’d hire them again in a second.

anyone! Best prices around and also the best quality!

of the sun and the rain we had that afternoon. The guys that came to set up and tear down the tents, tables and chairs were very quick and did an excellent job. Would definitely use them again.
