The coordinator is excellent. She was amazing to work with. I always got answers to my questions quickly and the day itself ran very smoothly. The staff was super friendly. They took care of all the clean up and tear down. I would 100% recommend Bent Tree to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

t outside the clubhouse. The price had recently changed and the packet we were given was still a mixture of the 2. The problem being they raised the price so we were paying the same amount for the 12 less people. My fiancé wasn't thrilled with the place but we booked with bent tree because of the price. It was soon regretted when I tried to make multiple phone calls to make a payment and ask a question with no return calls. We then realized we needed another place with a sales rep who would be responsive. I sent an email asking for the deposit back since there was no return call and received an email back saying the deposit was non refundable unless someone else booked that day. Horrible customer service in my opinion and I would absolutely not recommend this place, at least not while the current sales director is there.

The staff was very kind and flexible with every detail. The food was delicious and the room looked perfect. Kayla even rode around on a golf cart with our photographer to help us get the pictures we wanted. Overall, I have no regrets about choosing Bent Tree and would recommend them to anyone looking for a ceremony and/or reception venue.

My father-in-law is a severe diabetic and they made him is own plate of food with plain chicken and vegetables. They brought special beer on site for my husband and were just so accomodating. They were always very quick to respond to my emails regarding any concerns I had. 2 days before my wedding they called to let me know that they were going to give us an extra hour of open bar. I was blown away by how awesome they were. The food was delicious and there was so much of it. No one left hungry that is for sure. I am still having guests tell me how much they loved the food. Overall I was beyond impressed with the quality and service, especially with how inexpensive it was. Highly highly recommended.

The food was delicious, staff was kind, friendly and helpful, and the place is absolutely gorgeous. We had "free reign" of the Golf Course for photos. In the midst of personal chaos before the wedding, Jackie called to check on us, which I would not have expected at all. She was kind, caring, as was the rest of the staff. When we arrived on wedding day they were greeting us with open arms and asking how everyone was doing given the events of our week. If I did it over - I would choose Bent Tree every time.

to anyone having any type of party. The food was outstanding and we received a lot of compliments. They even allowed us to take pictures on the golf course before hand, on a motorcycle!
