e Bentley Diamond was to me and my fiance. He left in a panic, and I almost started crying. Their professionalism is non-existent. We went originally because I wanted to get some repairs done on the ring, fix the prongs so the diamond wouldn't fall out and resize the band. The ring is from the 1930s. They gave a speech about how they couldn't resize the band because it had already been resized (yeah, it's an antique, of course it's been resized). They spent the entire consultation trying to get us into a new modern ring and take the diamond out of the setting and just start again. Honestly, deplorable. We didn't want that and we didn't come here for that. The diamonds are GIA certified and so is the ring. So all the needless commentary was for no reason.
We went down the road to Blaine's jewelry after this experience we were so shaken up from. He was incredible. Didn't make any of the same comments, was actually really excited to do the work to make all the necessary repairs, and did it for $150. Ring is beautiful, work has been done, and there have been no issues. Bentley was quoting me $1500 for repairs. Literally. Not to mention how I got all the commentary for free about their opinions of my ring, unsolicited!

it was beautiful, it was not protected if anything ever happened to it. Bentley Diamond reset all my diamonds in a new band and was even able to make the ring look so much bigger! I then trusted them to take my great grandmother's wedding band and reset it in 2 bands that would wrap around either side of my engagement ring. I finally got the bands last night after they spend time and effort making sure they made rings they were proud of before I was even able to see them. I am so impressed and love them so much. I now have a whole set that has so much sentimental value that I can pass down (if i can ever part with them). The entire process was also very affordable. I was always greeted with fantastic customer service and the jeweler, Tony, who makes the rings is always so friendly and I would trust him to make me anything.
