My wedding was held at a private residence. I hired Don Bergeron to provide food only and we did the alcohol separately. We had butler served food for an hour and the buffet layo...ut for three hours. They also provided "high quality disposables" which looked just like real plates. All of the food was great! I highly recommend the shrimp and grits martinis. They even fixed us a go basket with a bottle of wine for us to take once we left the reception.
