Berkeley Ridge is a stunning wedding venue in Berkeley Springs, WV, that sets the stage for couples to host a magical wedding celebration. This beautiful property allows people to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax as they celebrate one of life's most important milestones. Founders and husband-wife duo Jennifer and Aaron love to give guests a chance to gather with friends and loved ones amid nature.
This 120-acre estate overlooks the breathtaking landscape near Cacapon Mountain in West Virginia and is situated just two hours from Baltimore, DC, and Pittsburgh. On top of that, it's the ideal destination for all kinds of special occasions, from weddings to rehearsal dinners and corporate events. Guests get to enjoy this serene space by embracing gorgeous panoramic views, various outdoor activities, and local entertainment. Couples can also kick back and relax in the property's accommodation spaces equipped with cozy beds, WiFi, large outdoor decks, and fire pits. These luxurious homes include wraparound porches, where partners-to-be can unwind and enjoy the beautiful pastoral views.
There are two properties at Berkeley Ridge that can be booked independently or together. The first, Heart Hill House, is a vacation property accommodating up to 12 people. It's a two-story home with five bedrooms, five baths, a fitness area, and a game room. This living space features a front deck and backyard where couples can either enjoy outdoor scenery or grill food by the fire. The second property, the Barndominium, can accommodate up to eight guests. It contains a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, and a media room with a sofa bed where partners can unwind and watch their favorite shows on a 75" TV.

The property has so many different options for ceremony and photo locations and the Barndominium was the perfect spot for our reception. We booked both houses on the property they were both so clean and well stocked with anything we may have needed.

Every detail has been considered by the owners. h everything you need. Beds are all comfortable for sleeping and there was plenty activities for all our guests ranging in age from 1 to 85. We could not have wished for a more perfect spot for our wedding. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed and more. The property is picturesque and us and our guests loved having so many spots to explore and photograph. We loved all of our vendors and The small town had plenty of places for guests to stay near by and the foods and shops are wonderful. The court house and workers were all as equally accommodating and made the marriage process a breeze. Truly the definition of small town charm and we can’t thank the owners enough for sharing their piece of Heaven with us. We can’t wait to come back!

big day. My wife and I had a small DIY wedding of about 50 people and this venue was perfect for us. The venue was beautiful with lots of different locations that would have been great for the ceremony which was helpful when trying to factor in wind direction on the day of. The Barndominium was the perfect size for the reception with food and dancing indoors for our guests to escape the chilly March air. Being able to have our immediate family stay with us on location for the long weekend allowed us to DIY things in a way we would not have been able to otherwise and gave everyone a greater sense of ownership and connection to the wedding. Both homes were spacious and charming and also provided greats spots for photos on the day of. Having all 120 acres to ourselves made us feel like we got to spend the time in our own little world and made everything feel that much more magical. The venue was perfect for us and we would highly recommend it.
