o forget all the weeks/months leading up to your wedding should be enjoyable too. Working with Berlyn allowed us to actually live our lives while planning a wedding, not the other way around. We had a particularly challenging family dynamic. Berlyn approached it with compassion, delicacy, and understanding. She took care of communicating the details to our vendors, avoiding potentially awkward conversations and ensuring we didn't have to navigate those (already painful) conversations alone. She asked questions we never even thought to ask, taking the time to explain why they were important and the impact they could have on our plans. It's impossible to convey exactly how much "lighter" her involvement made us feel. 10/10. Five Stars. Book her, it will be the best investment you make!

Berlyn’s package offerings can be catered to a couple’s needs- the way she described it was either her steering our limo or her giving step by step guidance on a road trip from the passenger seat- both options sound great depending on your needs! Berlyn helped us conceptualize the whole event from start to finish including a comprehensive timeline. Her attention to detail, I cannot stress this enough, is IMPECCABLE. I am an extremely organized person, but then I met Berlyn and understood what organized really means (I'm talking spreadsheets, tracking documents, and "due dates" for homework that kept us on task). This was extremely helpful and allowed us time to breathe and relax in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Then... the height of COVID-19 hit and eventually led us to postpone our wedding... we were so close to the date, about a month out! Berlyn was there with us every step of the way navigating our contracts, logistics, re-scheduling negotiations (thank goodness for her expertise and connections in this industry), as well as checking in with us to see how we were feeling. It was one less thing we had to worry about during all the changes (work, life, and wedding!) and navigating our emotions. Berlyn was invaluable during this time and as a result we had an extremely positive experience despite the circumstances. She was the first person (and vendor) to reach out to us weeks before letting us know about how COVID-19 might impact our wedding (ie: shipping time for decor, dresses, etc...). She kept in constant contact with us via email, phone, and even Zoom. On our what would have been our original wedding day she even stopped by our house (in a mask and social distancing of course!) to drop off a beautiful bouquet, boutonnieres, and other treats! It made us feel so special and was such a sweet surprise! Berlyn is THE BEST at what she does and is the best investment you can make for your wedding. We cannot wait to celebrate with her next year!

We would have been lost in the process and overwhelmed without her. The care she puts into her work shows up in every communication you have with her. To prove my point further, our wedding was affected by COVID-19. Berlyn stepped up and communicated with all our vendors and the venue to get our big day rescheduled. She recognized that we were not in an emotional position to redo everything after planning for the past 2+ years and took it upon herself to ease our burden. If that doesn't say something about what kind of person she is I don't know what can. I could spend the next 2,000+ characters going on and on about how amazing she is and how much of a joy it was to work with her. If you do anything for your wedding hire Berlyn. It will be by far the best investment you make and it will actually make the wedding planning process enjoyable!

It was a rainy day so they had to move to ceremony inside, and she changed everything so smoothly. She also had snack bags for vendors- how sweet! I can't imagine the care her clients receive if she is showing this much support to their vendors. I can't recommend her enough and hope I can workwith her again:)

My venue was in my husband's hometown near Columbus, OH and we live near Washington, DC, so that was my biggest challenge right off the bat, along with our families/attendees being incredibly diverse culturally. I thought I could do it all myself, but found Berlyn in the nick of time (basically when I finally admitted that I was in over my head!). From our first meeting, she was the consummate professional: on time, prepared, and armed to the teeth with amazing tools to keep us organized and on track. Throughout the process, she never let one thing slip through the cracks, and was a sounding board whenever family drama threatened to rear its ugly head. She's sweet but firm, and really will *not* put up with any foolishness when it comes to your day and executing details. She also worked very well with all of my vendors and quickly adjusted when the weather didn't cooperate. I really felt as though I had a strong advocate in my corner every step of the way. It's simply impossible to quantify just how much weight she took off my shoulders - I would have been a nervous wreck otherwise! Her involvement allowed me to enjoy my sweet day. Thank you, Berlyn!

She also has a very evident creative eye and was excellent at drafting up ideas and visions of our venue, helping me visualize the big day throughout the wedding planning process. ecoration after a crazy night of wedding, she has been an absolute delight to work with. She is very professional, experienced and flexible when it comes to wedding planning and coordination. Her attention to detail is out of this world, and there is nothing Berlyn can't handle, especially for events like this where anything can happen despite all the planning. My husband and I were able to let our hair down (literally for me) during our big day and actually connect with our friends and family whom we have not seen for a while. Having a coordinator during a wedding is a must for any weddings and Berlyn is definitely a top-tier choice that eveyone should be clammering for. Berlyn, if you see this, just know that we are happy to have you as our coordinator, but more importantly, as a friend now. On the day of the wedding, I would look around and just see her flying about trying to do whatever it took to get things right and make it perfect. the end of the wedding night when she helped me call an Uber, she was such a joy to work with! She is beyond organized, communicative, extremely thoughtful, and goes above and beyond in every possible way! She gave the sweetest personalized gifts to the bride and groom, hand crafted a vow book for them, brought extra styling details to incorporate throughout the day and provided all the vendors with little care packages to keep us energized and on schedule. I only wish she could be a part of ALL my weddings!
