Berry Creek Cabins, based in Bogalusa, LA, is a rustic, serene wedding venue. Its selection of cabins and meeting spaces is set in the rural hideaway of Washington Parish. Here, you can escape from the stresses of everyday life while you celebrate your love. The setting’s namesake creek runs into the Bogue Chitto River, which is available for tubing, canoeing & kayaking to relieve any wedding planning stresses. A family-owned venue, Berry Creek Cabins has a 2,700 sq. ft. deck and pavilion for hosting events. It sits among mature oak trees that provide much-needed shade from the Louisiana sun. The grounds are dotted with intimate, tranquil ponds for a naturally beautiful background for your wedding photos. This site can be found an hour outside of the hub of New Orleans, including Louis Armstrong International Airport in the event you will have loved ones flying in for your special day. The party deck at Berry Creek Cabins can hold around 100 guests in rustic charm. The Island Deck, as it’s known, covers 2,700 square feet and is decorated with vintage and nautical-themed memorabilia. It can be reserved by itself or along with cabins. The pavilion features a kitchen, comfortable seating and entertainment throughout. With these, you can be sure that your guests can relax and embrace the site’s laid-back atmosphere. This cozy indoor setting encourages you to feel at home which, of course, makes it easier for you to spend time with your favorite people. When celebrations wind down, you can retire to one of the six onsite cabins, or our vintage houseboat. (booked separately). Each cabin can accommodate from 4-12 guests.
