hey had a wonderful event coordinator. Unfortunately, she moved out of state and was not replaced by Berry Hills (lucky for me, she was still willing to help me from afar), so I was left attempting to get the general manager to respond to my inquiries. His response time was slow and nothing was done unless I asked. It was a great venue, but I spent more time and stress than I should have had to making sure things were taken care of.
