We hired Dara about a month before our wedding, and we are SO grateful we did! We had a great handle on the big things like hiring the vendors we wanted, but we knew that we did no...
t want to worry about the day of details and didn't want to put that burden on our parents, families, and friends. Dara was EXCELLENT at coordinating all of the day of details as was her assistant, Sam. Dara was familiar with all of our vendors and knew exactly what details to ask about, plan for, etc. HIGHLY recommend Bespoke and Beloved Events!
Dara was the very first person we hired for our wedding because we knew we couldn't do all of this alone! She understood my vision from the start and was so easy to work with. When...
we first started working together, my husband said, "You basically hired a wedding therapist!". She was so amazing at easing all of my concerns during the planning process and being so quick to answer any questions I had. Even when it was just for validation during the stressful moments of planning a wedding. Dara and her team were so amazing on the day of and set up our decor in such a beautiful way, making our vision a reality! We are SO thankful that they stuck with us the entire night and packed everything up and into our vehicles, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The day went so smoothly, and we could not have made it work without her!
Dara was incredible. We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding outside of Pittsburgh, and she went above and beyond. Our venue required us to handle a lot of our own s...
et up, and she made sure that not only we were thinking of all the moving parts that needed to be handled before the event, but that everything was perfectly executed. She and her staff have an excellent attention to detail, and they made everything run smoothly and our set up look lovely. She even helped set us up with a fantastic DJ after ours disappeared on us! She made the day perfect for us -- highly recommend working with her.
Dara helped us with all of our wedding planning from just after our engagement to beyond the wedding day! She gave us so much guidance during the planning process, helped us manage...
all the stress, and her team was a HUGE help on the wedding weekend. For the wedding day alone I would say it is 10000% worth it to have the help of a planner/coordinator, but everything else she helped us with was greatly appreciated! During planning, I did a lot of the administrative work myself (that's my nature!) but Dara was always there for us.
We hired Bespoke & Beloved Events to be our day of coordinator for our December 11th wedding at Jay Verno Studios. Dara was a great resource during the planning process. We had n...
o clue where to begin and she was extremely responsive to all of our questions. I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through the day without her. Dara has an amazing eye for detail in design. Our ceremony and reception looked absolutely beautiful and that is all thanks to her and her team.
We hired Dara for her Day of Coordination for the day of our wedding and we were blown away by her level of concern and attention to detail she had for our special day. Although we...
ended up canceling our wedding, we still were so happy with the services she provided us up to that point, like a venue walkthrough, multiple email messages, and video calls to put us at ease. I will continue to use Dara and her team for future events and I hope you do as well!
P.S. I got to know Dara somewhat personally through social media and it was really comforting to know where she stood on important matters. She does not hesitate to use her platform for good and I felt really good giving my business to someone who believes in what I do!
Dara is a bride's fairy godmother! (I said this to her frequently during the time of our wedding process).

ny back to 2021 due to the pandemic. I was planning the event on my own with no outside help and couldn't help but begin to feel overwhelmed (the stress of planning a wedding is real, even for low key brides such as myself!). A friend convinced me to look for a coordinator early on in the process and finding Dara was a true blessing. From the very moment we met, she was kind, receptive, detail oriented, and open to the vision I desired to create.
Dara simply went above and beyond in every aspect! Two months before the wedding she met me at the venue ahead of time. She also helped me plan to move the wedding from 2020 to 2021. She caught every detail I missed and provided her wisdom on aspects I was unfamiliar with. But more than that, she became a close friend and confidant in what times felt as if it was a lonely, overwhelming process.
If you made it this far reading my review, GO AHEAD! Go message her now, you NEED Dara to help you create a seamless event :)
For those of you who think that you don’t need a wedding planner or coordinator, you’re wrong! I was debating on getting a day-of coordinator, and I am SO GLAD I did! Dara from B...
espoke & Beloved Events was able to deal with so many details on my wedding day so I could sit back and enjoy it all. She was also able to help me set up my timeline for the day beforehand, and having her experienced insight was so helpful. I highly recommend hiring Dara, she is such a sweet soul and will help your special day run smoothly!

Dara helped me plan the perfect day. I gave her a sliver of an idea, and she ran with it! It was like she was in my head and knew EXACTLY what I was thinking.

ra, the day would have been a total mess. She had a smile and a solution for every problem that we encountered, and it was just the most beautiful day. I couldn't recommend her enough!!
Events are part of life and organizing them is tough especially when you're pretty bad at it like me. But, these are the days and moments we don't get back, and with Dara, the tas...
