We live and breathe weddings! Working with couples around the globe, we thrive on our mission to spread love through design. Your story, your journey...it's our honor to share it with your loved ones. It's an intensely personal process: we listen, gather up your inspiration, and distill it into your own graphic essence and expression. We design and create beautiful, modern wedding invitations and a full range of wedding event decor. The full-service studio in Westport, CT has every resource you might need including hand calligraphers, illustrators, and mapmakers to tell the story from engagement announcement through after-party. We can fully assemble, stamp, seal, and mail for you. Or set up a Zoom and walk you through how to do it perfectly. We are here to guide you through the process of invitation creation and production to make it truly yours. We offer two options: Truly Bespoke Invitations and Semi-Bespoke Invitations. and I were so excited to start my wedding planning and this was our first stop. In my opinion, the designer and Liza treated us terribly, looked down on us, made fun of us, and acted like it was an aggravation we were taking up their time “oh it’s you again” when walking into our 2nd scheduled meeting, which we had to pay for. We worked with the designer and Liza who both promised us “hand made art work” and the final products were were shown were the exact items shown as the example cards in our initial meeting so no specialization. They were horrible! Plain, computer made, nothing special too them and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. We also were told after our first appointment that we were taking up too much time and needed to be charged $250 for a second appointment for a deposit. Which we said ok BUT they proceeded to charge my credit card more than $250 without any authorization or a receipt for more money than discussed. We felt completely ripped us off and the owner got involved. Instead of parting amicably like we asked and refunding us for ZERO work done and distasteful and horrific service, in my opinion she completely bar-aided us. My credit card company had to get involved, opened a fraud claim and filed a claim with them to get our money back. And I took my business, of thousands of dollars, somewhere elsewhere. I am not sure who the people at Bespoke think they are treating people like this, it was honestly awful to do to a new bride excited to start her planning for the biggest day of her life. I do not recommend using!

The team made all the little elements of my wedding come together. They did custom cocktail napkins, matchbooks, our guest book, thank you notes, welcome cards, and menus. My escort cards were simply beautiful and tied everything together perfectly. Their communication and attention to detail meant everything to me- not to mention the beautiful packaging. ving empty rsvp cards back with nothing in them. Some of our friends also called the next week to inform us that they received the envelope but they were either open, or open with parts missing. I brought this to Bespokes attention (as faulty glue can happen) asking for help. They offered no help and no apology. Faulty glue is out of our control, but I felt very let down by their customer service. They did offer cocktail napkins--Which I don't see how that helps this problem. With our RSVP date of July 26th-- we have still not heard back from over 80 of our guests. Making phone calls we learned that most guests either did not receive their invitation, or only received parts- meaning our fear of the envelope being faulty and opening in the mail was correct. I am now (less then 40 days to my wedding) having to create an online rsvp (we need certain information for covid requirements in writing). This experience went from being wonderful, to so incredibly terrible due to lack of customer service.

They just get it and then supercharge and go way beyond. Every little element is considered before coming back to me (something I really value as a busy working mom who knows what she wants but sometimes struggles to express it), no explanation needed with Bespoke Designs, it just WOWS YOU EVERY TIME! Better than our wildest dreams and always communicative, innovative and incorporating materials and finishes that my mind sometimes can't even envision, it's no surprise why I always insist on being surprised by the Bespoke Designs team.
Their work keeps my life stress free, and makes our moments beyond beautiful - the finished product is always presented and revealed like one of our greatest gifts. Like their tagline says, I truly feel that they're always focused on, "spreading love through design!"
Side note: We got married and had a really incredible wedding during COVID. The amount of care, concern and thoughtfulness that went into creating a safe and glamourous wedding and reception was simply ABOVE and BEYOND what you could ever expect. Bespoke Designs gave great advice, and was flexible with the production options and knew the perfect vendors to bring in for every need, concern, including the bells and whistles.

They even assemble everything as a service which was a huge time saver and game changer when planning my wedding with my busy work schedule. I knew I could trust them on every detail and making sure everything was just right. They have an impeccable attention to detail and nothing will leave Bespoke without being absolutely perfect and the way you want it. Even the initial creative process was so detail oriented and nothing like I had seen throughout the wedding planning process. Monica sat with me (patiently!) and showed me numerous examples, ideas, colors, techniques to give me ample inspiration and options when we were working together on design concepts for my items. They are simply the best and I can’t imagine not having them for my wedding day. My wedding guests were blown away (and so were my husband and I!) about all the gorgeous details on my wedding day that Bespoke did. I can’t get enough, which is why I am even now going back post-wedding to do custom stationary, wedding thank yous, and holiday cards. From the very first meeting, Monica understood the look and feel we were hoping for at the wedding, and she brought that vision to life through every element of the paper goods. From custom artwork of the venue for our postcard save the date, wave-like paper for envelope liners, hand-dyed silk ribbon on the edges of our ceremony programs, custom stickers and stamps for our welcome bags, and a beautiful wax seal and sprig of baby's breath on the menus, everything was elegant, cohesive, and spectacular. From the save the dates all the way through to the thank you cards, each piece evoked the themes of our waterfront venue. Apart from their pure talent and creativity, the team at Bespoke is truly a pleasure to work with. There were many moments throughout the planning process when things were delayed awaiting responses from me, but Monica was kind and understanding nonetheless. Furthermore, she went above and beyond the week of the wedding - stuffing our escort cards, delivering the menus to the venue so that the flowers would be fresh, and even doing a last-minute signage print for us. I truly cannot say enough good things about Monica and the Bespoke team - I wish we could do it all again! I know I'll be back for many non-wedding-related paper good needs in the future!

One unanticipated but very valuable aspect of working with Bespoke is their organization and attention to detail. Bespoke did everything from create a production timeline, provide us with samples of invitation wording, and guide us with stamp selection. Since we knew Shari and Jill were so on top of the logistics, we were able to focus more on the fun stuff: the design!

They are also very knowledgeable on the the appropriate naming formalities, invitation language, and components, but they also liked to have fun and make the invitation almost like a party of it's own! During the second appointment, Phyllis sat with us and carefully took notes about wha we wanted the invitation to say and all of the details that needed to be included. We were then able to see a proof of the final invitation and even ordered matching stamps and thank you cards. Phyllis was very patient and had no problem showing me just about every sample they had in their store along with every font, color, etc!
