I loved and will cherish my experience with Shari and Monica at Bespoke. Before my wedding, I feel like I was way too focused on things I didn’t want. Once I met with Shari, she fi...
gured out the things I did want. Monica’s designs made the vision come to life. Thank you for making my most elegant, romantic, enchanted dreams come true. I feel like I want to throw another party just to redo the fun mock up process!
A marriage made in heaven! Our experience with Bespoke Designs was wonderful. The owner, Shari Lebowitz, was a pleasure to work with. She immediately knew what we were looking fo...
r from a design perspective and messaging. Her classic elegance reassured us that the final outcome of our wedding invitation suite would be quintessential.
She brought in the perfect designer for us, Monica Gorski, who was great and so much fun to work with! She made our vision of blending and uniting our family heritages, Glasgow and Miami into one world come true. Happily Ever After!
In my opinion, this is The ABSOLUTE WORST company and customer service we have ever dealt with. They really put a damper on my bridal experience and were HORRIBLE to us! We came in...
for both wedding and bridal shower invitations, my mom, sister and I were so excited to start my wedding planning and this was our first stop. In my opinion, the designer and Liza treated us terribly, looked down on us, made fun of us, and acted like it was an aggravation we were taking up their time “oh it’s you again” when walking into our 2nd scheduled meeting, which we had to pay for. We worked with the designer and Liza who both promised us “hand made art work” and the final products were were shown were the exact items shown as the example cards in our initial meeting so no specialization. They were horrible! Plain, computer made, nothing special too them and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. We also were told after our first appointment that we were taking up too much time and needed to be charged $250 for a second appointment for a deposit. Which we said ok BUT they proceeded to charge my credit card more than $250 without any authorization or a receipt for more money than discussed. We felt completely ripped us off and the owner got involved. Instead of parting amicably like we asked and refunding us for ZERO work done and distasteful and horrific service, in my opinion she completely bar-aided us. My credit card company had to get involved, opened a fraud claim and filed a claim with them to get our money back. And I took my business, of thousands of dollars, somewhere elsewhere. I am not sure who the people at Bespoke think they are treating people like this, it was honestly awful to do to a new bride excited to start her planning for the biggest day of her life. I do not recommend using!
I cannot recommend Bespoke Designs highly enough. From my save the dates, to invitations, and all my day of stationary, the ladies at Bespoke made every idea I had come to life. Sh...
ari and her team helped design my invitations and were able to use custom artwork I brought in. We spent a few hours in the studio brainstorming and then I saw everything come to life.
The team made all the little elements of my wedding come together. They did custom cocktail napkins, matchbooks, our guest book, thank you notes, welcome cards, and menus. My escort cards were simply beautiful and tied everything together perfectly. Their communication and attention to detail meant everything to me- not to mention the beautiful packaging. I can't wait to do my holiday cards with them in the future. Thank you Bespoke!
I had a very particular vision of what I wanted my wedding stationery to look like, that would capture the whimsical theme of our day. From day one Shari and her team stayed in con...
stant communication to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. My invitation suite turned out nothing short of extraordinary due to the hard work Bespoke put in. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and were willing to customize and alter the design to make sure my wedding invitations were exactly how I envisioned. Shari and her team made sure we adhered to the deadlines which I really appreciated! I got so many compliments from guests on how beautiful my stationery was and I plan on framing an invitation along with my wedding photos that’s how spectacular they were! Bespoke offers the old-fashioned type of customer service that is rare to find these days! I’m forever grateful to Shari and her team.

fter our first pandemic wedding was cancelled, and to be honest, I wasn't expecting our invitations to be super creative and original with only a couple months lead time. Shari and Monica not only came to our rescue, but they produced the most gorgeous, artistic, and dreamy wedding invitations. They were a work of art. Monica is a literal creative genius. Shari is one of the coolest people we've ever met and such a professional with every detail of Bespoke's work. Our family loves Bespoke Designs and we can't recommend them highly enough.

and I wanted to announce our elopement but also share that we'd be hosting a celebration and with COVID-19 navigating how to perfectly word everything has been SO hard. Shari is a wordsmith and very knowledgeable about etiquette and is innovative in these covid times. She worked with us directly to design our elopement announcement and invitation suite that perfectly matched what we wanted. We felt heard and happy to support a small business where we felt like a priority. Shari responds to emails quickly, and her team was flexible with our numerous requests, including changes. The quality is out of this world, with beautiful paper and craftsmanship. Will be using them for our holiday cards and other special occasions. Cannot recommend Bespoke Designs enough!

, offer TONS of options and examples, and really know the space and both traditional and modern ways of providing details to wedding guests. I was able to customize my save the date and invitation to exactly what we were envisioning and worked with wonderful artists to do so. hat we liked and a key element that was important - the Bespoke team blew us out of the water and created something absolutely beautiful. On top of their stunning invitations, they made a very stressful process so enjoyable - the proof process, mailing/address template, and etiquette guidance made the whole process seamless. I am so grateful for the Bespoke team!
Best in class stationary with a wonderful customer experience! I enjoyed working with Cindy and Monica, who worked to make our vision come to life. Thank you for a job well done....
Our invitations and day of stationary were beautiful.
This is the place for your invitations, menus, ceremony programs!! Their creativity and attention to detail are beyond compare. We had the best time working with cindy and literall...

Bespoke Designs WOWed me, every step of the way. As a COVID bride, every commitment and decision was very anxiety ridden and Bespoke made the experience very enjoyable. I told them...
our budget, I told them my dates, they came through with success! I had a vision, they made it a reality! Cindy was patient, thorough and understanding every step of the way. I look forward to working with them again, for baby showers, birthdays, etc. Cindy was wonderful to work with especially with her communication. She was clear and always answered my emails/questions in a timely manner. THANK YOU BESPOKE! I will refer everyone to you!
Our invitations were stunning Shari and her deign team really made what was in my head come to life. When mailing out our invitations we followed the instructions given (not terrib...
ly different then mailing anything). With that, we started receiving empty rsvp cards back with nothing in them. Some of our friends also called the next week to inform us that they received the envelope but they were either open, or open with parts missing. I brought this to Bespokes attention (as faulty glue can happen) asking for help. They offered no help and no apology. Faulty glue is out of our control, but I felt very let down by their customer service. They did offer cocktail napkins--Which I don't see how that helps this problem. With our RSVP date of July 26th-- we have still not heard back from over 80 of our guests. Making phone calls we learned that most guests either did not receive their invitation, or only received parts- meaning our fear of the envelope being faulty and opening in the mail was correct. I am now (less then 40 days to my wedding) having to create an online rsvp (we need certain information for covid requirements in writing). This experience went from being wonderful, to so incredibly terrible due to lack of customer service.
Shari and the Bespoke Designs team continue to exceed our wildest expectations with their insanely creative approach. Everything is one of a kind and truly unique. The great design...
aesthetic, and the custom and sophisticated branding from beginning to end made all aspects of our wedding experience feel so unique to the core of who we are as people, a couple and a family. You walked in the room and knew it was made just for us - colors, textures, invitations and all.
They just get it and then supercharge and go way beyond. Every little element is considered before coming back to me (something I really value as a busy working mom who knows what she wants but sometimes struggles to express it), no explanation needed with Bespoke Designs, it just WOWS YOU EVERY TIME! Better than our wildest dreams and always communicative, innovative and incorporating materials and finishes that my mind sometimes can't even envision, it's no surprise why I always insist on being surprised by the Bespoke Designs team.
Their work keeps my life stress free, and makes our moments beyond beautiful - the finished product is always presented and revealed like one of our greatest gifts. Like their tagline says, I truly feel that they're always focused on, "spreading love through design!"
Side note: We got married and had a really incredible wedding during COVID. The amount of care, concern and thoughtfulness that went into creating a safe and glamourous wedding and reception was simply ABOVE and BEYOND what you could ever expect. Bespoke Designs gave great advice, and was flexible with the production options and knew the perfect vendors to bring in for every need, concern, including the bells and whistles.
We are so thrilled and grateful to have had Bespoke Designs on our team. The rest is now beautiful history!
Their tagline "Spreading love through design!" Is an understatement. The amount of joy that Bespoke design brought to myself and my family was incredible. The ability to take a a ...
dream, then to turn it into a concept finally to manifest it into reality is an incredible gift in itself. My wedding day will forever be memorable and Bespoke will forever be my number one recommendation for design, creative direction , and execution. #brillance.

ble about style and layout as well as all the design aspects. Everything was done in a timely manner. We chose custom art work for the front of the invitation as well as for the envelope liner and the graphic designer that works for Bespoke did a beautiful job taking our ideas and making them into realty.
I highly recommend Bespoke designs.

ustom designed our save the dates, wedding invitation suite, and all of our 'day-of' paper items. Our wedding guests continue to compliment us on how beautiful everything came out and we couldn't agree more!!! Both Shari and Monica are such caring, thoughtful, and intelligent women and we had the best time working with both of them over the last 2 years! They made the process actually fun and they never made me feel like a crazy bride when I bothered them with my various emails/requests/revisions. I look forward to continuing to work with Bespoke Designs for many more years and we cannot recommend them enough! They are such an incredible team! XOXO

ake for our wedding. Not only is the whole team professional, extremely creative, positive with excitement, flexible and prompt in all communication but Monica was something else. She was relatable and genuinely invested in creating not only our invitations, but also our "welcome sign", seating chart, and thank you cards, with ease. She really took what we discussed with her to create exactly what we were looking for: classic, clean, and timeless. She took her time, she listened, offered suggestions and ideas and was just as excited to see the finishing touches as we were. She was so patient with us, confident in her delivery and exceeded all of our expectations. I would recommend Bespoke not only to future brides but to anyone looking for stationary for any occasion. I will DEFINITELY be visiting them again! x Mirinie & Andre
Bespoke is probably the best thing that happened to wedding planning. They really MADE my wedding so incredibly special. I used Bespoke for everything from my wedding invitations, ...
menus, place cards, to favor boxes and ribbons, a giant scroll seating chart with calligraphy, custom vintage stamps, a custom monogram I used throughout my wedding details including a wax seal stamp for my wedding envelopes and vow books for my husband and I to cherish forever. They even assemble everything as a service which was a huge time saver and game changer when planning my wedding with my busy work schedule. I knew I could trust them on every detail and making sure everything was just right. They have an impeccable attention to detail and nothing will leave Bespoke without being absolutely perfect and the way you want it. Even the initial creative process was so detail oriented and nothing like I had seen throughout the wedding planning process. Monica sat with me (patiently!) and showed me numerous examples, ideas, colors, techniques to give me ample inspiration and options when we were working together on design concepts for my items. They are simply the best and I can’t imagine not having them for my wedding day. My wedding guests were blown away (and so were my husband and I!) about all the gorgeous details on my wedding day that Bespoke did. I can’t get enough, which is why I am even now going back post-wedding to do custom stationary, wedding thank yous, and holiday cards. They are AMAZING and I can’t imagine a better team/design partnership!
When we tried to envision our wedding invitation, my husband and I were hoping to convey something that would capture the magical spell of our story. Bespoke Designs delivered!! ...
We were over the moon with our wedding invitations.
Monica and the rest of the Bespoke team are creative, talented, customer-focused, and passionate about their profession. Monica guided us through the process of design with her artistic eye and intuitive sense of who we are as a couple. Our invitation was beautifully detailed and imaginatively produced with a distinctive style. The invitations, and the process for designing them, are a treasured part of our love-filled wedding.
Thank you, thank you Bespoke Designs!

As I reflect back two months after our wedding, the stationary and paper goods still stand out as one of my favorite elements of the wedding, and that is all thanks to Monica and t...
he team at Bespoke Designs. We came across Bespoke through the preferred vendor list at our venue, and the shop is right down the street from my parents' home in Westport. We booked a consultation without looking anywhere else and never looked back. From the very first meeting, Monica understood the look and feel we were hoping for at the wedding, and she brought that vision to life through every element of the paper goods. From custom artwork of the venue for our postcard save the date, wave-like paper for envelope liners, hand-dyed silk ribbon on the edges of our ceremony programs, custom stickers and stamps for our welcome bags, and a beautiful wax seal and sprig of baby's breath on the menus, everything was elegant, cohesive, and spectacular. From the save the dates all the way through to the thank you cards, each piece evoked the themes of our waterfront venue. Apart from their pure talent and creativity, the team at Bespoke is truly a pleasure to work with. There were many moments throughout the planning process when things were delayed awaiting responses from me, but Monica was kind and understanding nonetheless. Furthermore, she went above and beyond the week of the wedding - stuffing our escort cards, delivering the menus to the venue so that the flowers would be fresh, and even doing a last-minute signage print for us. I truly cannot say enough good things about Monica and the Bespoke team - I wish we could do it all again! I know I'll be back for many non-wedding-related paper good needs in the future!

We were able to pick out the color, fonts, everything to help personalize our invitation to best represent us. I HIGHLY recommend Shari, Jill, and the entire team at Bespoke. It was great knowing we were in good hands and they were going to handle all the “annoying” aspects of invitations like the inserts, addressing, etc. They really made the process fun, exciting, and easy. Definitely give them a call for all your wedding stationary needs!!!

spoke. The shop is adorable, great merchandise and a very helpful inspiration board when you first walk in. Not only did this board show me a current coworker's invitation, but it also helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. From the minute we met Jill, it was an amazing experience and we'd do it again over and over. Our invitations are not the standard at all and Bespoke made sure to keep them elegant, chic and very different. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Jill at Bespoke! You won't regret it!

s talented team, we were able to design the Save Date and Wedding Invitation Suit of our dreams. Throughout the design process, we wanted to maintain a timeless aesthetic but also incorporate fun and unexpected pop's of color. With Bespoke's guidance we were able to do just that, and we are still receiving compliments on our invites from our guests!
One unanticipated but very valuable aspect of working with Bespoke is their organization and attention to detail. Bespoke did everything from create a production timeline, provide us with samples of invitation wording, and guide us with stamp selection. Since we knew Shari and Jill were so on top of the logistics, we were able to focus more on the fun stuff: the design!
I HIGHLY recommend working with Bespoke. I absolutely loved my time spent with them and cannot wait to with them again on other meaningful events in my life!

is exceptional. I shared my vision with them and they provided multiple designs for me to choose from. From there we went back and forth making small changes until it was perfect! They kept us on schedule so the save the dates were sent out at the perfect time. We were so excited about the final product and received a record number of compliments. Working with Bespoke was such a positive experience that we are now in the process of designing thank you notes with them. I cannot recommend Bespoke highly enough!
As soon as I was engaged I knew I had two calls to make: the venue and Shari, owner of Bespoke Designs. After hearing dozens of fabulous stories about Bespoke Designs meeting (an...
d exceeding) their tremendous reputation of delivering-above-and-beyond-any-expectations I knew without a doubt that I needed to have my invitations (and all things paper/customizable) done by Bespoke and Bespoke only. Already having been under major stress and time constraints given an uber short engagement (less than six months!) Bespoke stepped it up and over-delivered once again with each of our events leading up to the big day, and most of all, with the wedding itself. Working around the clock to ensure every detail got done with perfection the crew at Bespoke quickly became family and forever friends. From someone who considers the process of designing invitations and monogramming to be one of the top elements of the wedding planning process, trust me when I say: go with Bespoke. You will be forever grateful that you did and will u doubtedly become an instant lifetime loyalist.
