you'll hire for your day, and Alyssa at Bespoke Events LA is truly the best. Our venue coordinator, who we were working with for over a year, quit 5 days before our wedding. Alyssa was incredible and made sure that the new venue employee was aware of everything we had already arranged. We had issues with our cake baker, and Alyssa made sure the baker showed up when she was supposed to, and that she didn't include ingredients I'm allergic to (a problem we had at our cake tastings). My brother disappeared right before we were supposed to take pictures, and she tracked him down and got him to us just in time. I didn't realize it until after the wedding, but not a lot of people hadn't signed our Jenga guest book until Alyssa personally took it around to each table to have people sign it. She coordinated our ceremony, which went off without a hitch. And during the planning process she guided us through putting together our day-of timeline. She brought up so many things we never would have thought of without her, and the whole day went off without any issues. Our wedding was more beautiful and more fun than we ever could have hoped for, and it was largely because Alyssa is truly wonderful at what she does!

ttention to detail onsite was incredible.
The catering team dropped off our table linens wrinkled; without even blinking Alyssa hand ironed all of them so they would look crisp in photos. She also noticed there was a catering truck near my reception tent, and it would have showed up in my “walking down the isle” photos. Alyssa convinced them to temporarily relocate the truck while I walked down the isle, so only my beautiful reception tent would be seen in the background of my photos.
My bridesmaid flowers wouldn’t fit in my fridge overnight, so she convinced the venue to allow us to put them in their cold storage. While we danced the night away, she took care of break down, so we didn’t go over our allotted venue time. She even packed up my personal car with all our gifts!
It’s these little details I didn’t think of in the moment, which made having Alyssa there a totally worth it. I could go on with more, but Thank You sooo much to Alyssa and team, we could not have done it with out you!!!

ay and everything in between. Alyssa really helped me get things in order when I felt like they were falling apart due to Covid. They were at my venue starting at 7 am and didn't leave until 1am, after an issue with our catering team popped up. I never even knew it until the next day, things seemed so smooth that night and I actually got a chance to enjoy our wedding!!! I hired the Bespoke team to handle all things (good or bad), and that's exactly what they did. You can tell they love what they do, which really helps. She even threw in her design services for free when I couldn't figure out how to do my flowers and I had ZERO budget left. I can't say enough good things about this team, so happy to see they are going public after only taking private bookings for so long!
