Jon made the process of designing my dream engagement ring effortless! I had been to countless jewelry stores (both online and brick and mortar) and had found elements of rings I l...
iked (unique setting, 18k gold, lab grown diamond, cathedral setting, etc) but never one ring with everything I wanted. Once I sent my design concept to Jon, he was able to incorporate my needs and wants into one ring and within my budget. Jon is knowledgeable, timely, patient, and a clear communicator. My final ring is high quality and arrived just as planned. I can't wait to design future jewelry pieces with him.

I also appreciate how much care went into packing the ring for the shipment.
Thanks so much Jon!
