Jon was amazing to work with! I have an engagement ring that needed a bit of an upgrade. He answered all my questions, let me know that some of the stones on the halo were cracked, and allowed me the option to replace them (of course I did) he sent me photos of the designs, kept in touch with me to let me know the status, which was very much appreciated. I received my engagement ring back today, and the craftsmanship is truly beautiful, all this sparkle is gonna take some time getting used to!
