For more than a decade, Rondineli Oliveira and Scott Gersten have been committed to designing, planning, and executing extraordinary celebrations throughout the tri-state area. With Rondineli’s knowledge of luxury floral design and Scott’s distinguished background in the event planning industry, Bespoke is bringing timeless elegance to the East Coast’s modern weddings.
From the early stages of the design process to the execution of your special day, Bespoke Floral and Event Design will build a wedding that is as memorable and unique as your love story. Though we are based out of NJ, we do have a satellite office conveniently located in NYC.
Our services include bouquets and boutonnieres, ceremony décor, arches and chuppahs, cake florals, centerpieces, canopies, and chandeliers. We also offer wedding planning from the day-of-wedding coordination to full-service wedding planning.

Working with Ron and Gabrielle from Bespoke Floral & Event Design was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. During wedding planning, we met with several other ...
floral vendors, and while many were talented, some didn’t fully seem to understand the atmosphere and vision we were trying to create.. From our very first conversations with Ron and Gabrielle though, things felt completely different. They were collaborative, accommodating, respectful of our budget, and genuinely listened to what we wanted, and that meant a lot during such a stressful planning process.
When we visited their showroom in Neptune NJ and saw the elevated floral bridge centerpiece with suspended candle accents in person, along with various other arrangements and candelabra designs, we couldn’t wait for the big day to come any sooner.. Then, seeing everything finally come together on wedding day honestly felt surreal. The venue ballroom completely transformed and the floral arrangements made the room feel incredibly romantic. Everything felt tasteful and intentional, which ended up complementing the ambiance of our venue perfectly.
Guests were constantly complimenting the floral and decor arrangements throughout the night, especially our sweetheart table which came out absolutely stunning. As the night progressed, the candelabras and candles looked very romantic. We loved the personal touches, as well as my classic rose bouquet, husband’s calla lily boutonniere, and even the fun red carnation for his tuxedo outfit change later in the evening. Every arrangement was thoughtfully designed to fit the atmosphere of the venue beautifully. Their team even met with us at three different locations for the wedding day- our hotel for photos, the church for the ceremony, and our reception of course.
Beyond the flowers themselves, Ron and Gabrielle were warm, reassuring, professional, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Looking back at our wedding photos now, we’re honestly so grateful we trusted them with bringing the vision of our wedding to life. It was truly worth it in the end!

o the final months leading up to the big day, and even in the days following the wedding, ensuring I had everything I needed. I personally sat down with Gabrielle and Ron at their studio to build a mock bouquet and table setting. At the time, I was over a year out from my wedding day and had no clue what I wanted. Gabrielle assured me there was no pressure to make any final decisions on flowers, candles, or accessories, which is good because boy did I make changes! The entire Bespoke Floral team worked with me over zoom, phone, and email to make sure I would get the florals of my dreams, and on my wedding day dream really did come true. Every floral piece blew me away. The archway, the bouquets, the center pieces, the candles, even the bud vases. However, what impressed me the most was the efficiency of the Bespoke Floral team. They arrived on time ready to set up, and wore all smiles - making me feel like the day was just as special to them as it was to me. At the end of the night, the Bespoke Floral team was back to break down everything, which greatly helped my venue staff. It was the quickest work I'd ever seen. I was so impressed. Thank you to Ron for the creativity, talent and vision to create the most beautiful flowers that shined throughout our wedding day and that we keeping looking back at in all of our photos and Instagram posts. We talked about the vision for the flowers, and throughout the planning discussed details including color combinations, examples of what the flowers could look like and sent back and forth inspiration photos. Even knowing all of these things, we and all of our guests were absolutely blown away by the magical moments that the flowers brought to the wedding. Some of the best memories from the wedding were related to the flowers such as seeing the flowers along the aisle and accentuating the downtown NYC skyline. We also enjoyed the various flower color combinations and arrangements which varied on the guest tables. The flowers made all the events more unique and added to the love in the room. Ron is extremely knowledgeable on how flowers can add to the outside ceremony, how they can be arranged in a large wedding venue such as Hudson House, and to complement all the views. Ron was an excellent partner to collaborate with on the flowers, has a creative vision, and implemented everything with so much attention to detail to make the day extra special. So many guests were commenting during and after the wedding how much they loved the flowers, and those in the bridal party enjoyed taking their boutique home.
