Best Chefs Catering

I wish Google allowed you to give infinite stars because Chris and his team deserve it. I hired Chris Valdes catering for my mother’s 60th surprise party. The planning process with Michelle was easy and she helped guide me in making sure I had everything needed for the event. We went with appetizers and 2 martini mash stations- WOW!! The food was AMAZING! There was not 1 person (at a 130 person event) that did not make a comment about the food. Every single dish that came out of the kitchen was a flavorful and impactful. The food was out of this world! Not only flavorful but the presentation was beautiful. Chris and his team put their heart into everything they do and it shows! I still have guests texting me asking who was my caterer. Now, his team. We had 4 waiters and 2 bartenders. They’re were on their A game. There was never a wait at the bar. The drinks were prepared quickly and were super personable. We went with the mixers package and it was such a relief not to worry about coolers, ice and mixers. His team knew how much is needed and they are prepared for it. The waiters helped with anything that was needed that night. They were fast on the clean up when drinks would fall on the dance floor . They made sure they covered the whole crowd during the cocktail hour. Every guest had chance to try every appetizer option. It was amazing. I cannot rave enough about how happy I am with Chris Valdes Catering. I trust him and his team wholeheartedly for any event! They know what they’re doing and their performance is flawless
