With a 2,800 square foot event barn with an extra large patio is great for a ceremony or reception, with 15 large, rustic round top tables, matching chairs included. Built in we bar! Detached catering cold prep kitchen! Indoor bathrooms! and a 22 hour rental! We have several beautiful ceremony locations including a large deck with gorgeous scenic views, the Ranch's Dream Lake, a colorful garden gazebo, or our white chapel with bridal suit. To top it all off, there are several cozy cabins and rooms on the property for guest accommodations before and/or after your event, where they can enjoy all the amenities the Ranch has to offer. We got married at The Best Day Ever Ranch in October 2023 and it was absolutely perfect for so many reasons. We have a very large family that sprawls across the country that came to our wedding, and it was great that everyone who came from out of town was able to stay in a cabin onsite to spend the whole weekend with us before and after the wedding. We rented the chapel for the ceremony which was great for pictures and comfortably accommodated 120 guests plus our wedding party. We also rented the event barn for our reception which allowed for plenty of room for our guests to eat, drink and be merry on the dance floor! From the initial tour of the property for our wedding, to the day of and weekend following, Kristi made our wedding a piece of cake - she was with us every step of the way, always available to make last minute changes and answer long lists of questions submitted by an OCD bride. It was the first time in 9 years for our whole family to come together and having access to the outdoor kitchen and pool gave everyone young and old something to do before and after the wedding! So many memories were made here and we will forever cherish all the things (and people) who make The Best Day Ever Ranch truly live up to its name!

I hosted my first ever Women’s Retreat here. We had 16 participants, brought in our own chef, rented the Green House and 8 cabins. Everything about the 3-day weekend was perfect!! The staff was amazing (even when one person lost their key late at night and they helped us in her cabin), the place was so well maintained and the whole weekend went beautifully!! I have already booked my next retreat and using Best Day Ever Ranch again in September!! The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking the trails and having pool time! Thanks for everything!

We had our wedding here April 2023 and it was perfect! Kristi worked so hard to make our day go smoothly! The venue is beautiful and there’s so many photo spots! Everything was clean and ready for us. The green house and doll house are AMAZING and so luxurious. I can’t express how wonderful it is to have your family stay on site for the weekend! We got to do meet and greets on Friday and weren’t so stressed about getting time with each group the day of the wedding! One day is simply too short! Not to mention you don’t have to go home and come back after rehearsal dinner. They were flexible with arrival times and setup times and this is the only venue that we worked with that let us set up the day before! (I think this is dependent on their availability). All our guests thought this place was so unique, and a lot of out of town guests got a taste of Texas!

This best day ever ranch is amazing and the people here are even better! The ranch has so much to offer and was the perfect venue for a super fun wedding ceremony & after party! THE PICTURES YOU SEE ONLINE DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE. It is 1000x more beautiful in person. Ashley & the owner are the best. If you need anything at all, they will go above & beyond to make you happy. This venue is partial DIY, but that is part of what made our wedding special and fun. We had a large food truck that was able to get down the driveway. Tip: get the cabins. They made our wedding weekend amazing. We even had a campfire before bed and a breakfast outside the next morning that my dad made over the fire. Bottom line: We wish we could live here. Go visit & you'll be ready to book.

This venue is amazing and so versatile! We used it for our March wedding of about 150 people. They have many different options for ceremony locations but we choose to do our outside in the grass next to the barn. Paul (the owner) and Ashley(the coordinator) were so easy to work with and helpful through the entire wedding planning process. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and beautiful in every way!

To say my wedding was perfect is an absolute understatement. Between Paul, Ashley, and the rest of his amazing staff, my day was flawless. To be absolutely honest, I'm sad we got married before the chapel was done! Paul is building this place to be absolutely epic. Thank you so much for everything you all did. We can't wait to come visit, from Mr and Mrs Jones!!

The Best Day Ever Ranch seriously made our day the BEST day ever, the ranch is not only gorgeous and includes almost everything you could possibly need including accommodations for over night stay but they have the best staff! The ranch is truly a magical place to get married and I will recommend it to everyone!
