Her communication was flawless throughout the entire planning process. She was kind, responsive, thoughtful, and truly one of the sweetest vendors we had the pleasure of working with. On the wedding day, she handled everything—from coordinating with all the vendors to managing the timeline and ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly—so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Every moment was seamless, romantic, and so beautifully orchestrated.
Guests couldn't stop commenting on how smoothly everything ran! I'm still in awe of how perfectly she managed every aspect of our special day. tephanie Wooding of Best Day Ever Weddings & Events. HIRE THIS WOMAN NOW!!!! She is worth every penny!!!!!!! After interviewing numerous wedding coordinating companies, I was really frustrated because it did not seem like they offered much of their time and advice and services leading up to the wedding day, unless you booked the full wedding coordinator package. I like DIY-ing things and am a decent planner in general, so I didn't think I needed a full wedding coordinator. Additionally, there was no way I could afford a full wedding coordinator package. But then my venue recommended Stephanie, owner of Best day Ever Weddings and she and I immediately clicked during our online meet and greet. She treats you like a real human, not another paycheck, which was so refreshing. She is so immensely kind and generous with her time and she is a genius! She went waaay above and beyond just putting my decorations together. She helped us find other vendors for the wedding, such as our DJ, stationary designer, and linen rentals. She contacted other vendors to get quotes for me - which if you're planning a wedding, you know how much time that takes! She let me ship Amazon decorations to her house to hold on to them until the wedding because I live out of town! She went to visit my venue multiple times without me to see if my decor would work and offered suggestions on how to fix different things. She let me vent about family and bridesmaid drama leading up to the wedding. And an amazing and practical thing about her business is she has a ton of decorations (votive candle holders, seating chart signs, easels, lanterns, cake stands, etc.) that you can use FOR FREE if you hire her! That saved us a ton of money! I don't know her full background, but it seems like she has lived many lives doing many incredible things. I know she has a background in theatre/production, so she understood how to work with the DJ and videographer and venue about setting up the AV system. She also understands how a wedding is a massive production like a play, how to make the different actors come together in an aesthetic manner, and how to manage the chaos. She also has a background in hotel management, so she had many connections in the San Diego area when we were looking at hotel room blocks for guests and hotel suites to stay at for our wedding party. We also had to fire our original videographer 2 weeks before the wedding - I asked her if she could handle it for me because I was too stressed and don't like confrontation. She handled it in a professional manner, no questions asked. This is a woman you want in your corner. She became a friend through the whole stressful wedding process, meeting with us monthly and then weekly and then daily leading up to the wedding. Our meetings were like therapy for me. And then day-of the wedding, I was floored by how happy I was and how smoothly the day went. She and her team did a fantastic job setting up the ceremony with the decorations I made and moved all those decorations downstairs for the reception and it looked beautiful! With her orchestrating everything between the caterer, DJ, MC, decorations, etc., I knew I could relax and spend time with my husband and guests. She is a true saint and the best choice we made for our wedding!

Stephanie seamlessly organized the master timeline in the week leading up to our wedding, complete with all the details, which we were able to distribute to our wedding party and close family. We had several meetings with Stephanie in the weeks leading up to our wedding and discussed all the details with much-needed feedback. We attribute the execution of all the small details to Stephanie and Ashley, with signage and additional floral setup.
Ashley, boots on the ground, eased every worry and stress we had leading up to the ceremony and reception. I cannot express my gratitude enough! Many thanks to Ashley for her sweet demeanor and smiles throughout the entire evening. As a bride, it could not have been a more perfect event!

We felt so taken care of during the planning process. About a month before the wedding, she really kicked into gear and was available night and day for any question and really made us feel at ease. Day of she was a dream to work with. Did everything go according to plan? No, but we really didn’t’ notice because Stephanie’s whole goal was to ensure we had the “best day ever” and we totally did.
She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. She even drove our uhaul back to our house at the end of the night. Her organization skills are top notch. She took control of everything we needed her to run with, and she did awesome. Her correspondence and availability to emails and calls was amazing. She ALWAYS made herself available to us, even with her busy life with her kids, which we found amazing.
To top it off, we had quite the wedding day emergency (alcohol delivery was cancelled), but Stephanie took the reins, made multiple trips to Costco and the grocery store and saved the day from that whole debacle.
