Best Friend Events is a Northeast Ohio-based wedding planner designing one-of-a-kind celebrations for every couple they work with. Led by Teresa Arriaza, the team has over 18 years of experience and has coordinated weddings both near and far, from Los Angeles to Boston and beyond.
Teresa and the team go above and beyond to bring your vision to life for your special day. Together, they aim to create a smooth, stress-free experience, handling every element of your wedding, from linens and lighting to flowers, bar service, and table decor. They’re also happy to help plan your pre-wedding celebrations, including showers, engagement parties, and more.
At Best Friend Events, they’ll design custom packages that align with your budget and needs. To get started, the team offers a personal consultation, where they’ll listen closely to understand your style and more. From there, they’ll utilize their meticulous planning and eye for detail to begin planning and coordinating your festivities, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment with loved ones.

I cannot say enough great things about Best Friend Events! From our very first call, Teresa, the owner, was professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making my day perfect...
. She was incredibly responsive and met with me beforehand to see the space, offering thoughtful ideas for setting up my wedding décor. On the wedding day, Teresa and Anisha handled absolutely everything so I never had to ask family or friends to lift a finger — they even helped bustle my dress. Their calm, professional presence allowed me to truly relax and enjoy every moment. I am so glad I found them and would recommend Best Friend Events to anyone planning an event. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

ed a timeline for me well before the month-of. She was also super responsive with any questions that popped up. about two weeks before, she took over communicating with vendors and finalizing everything! Honestly that is worth its weight in gold. Knowing I didn't have to worry about reaching out to anyone in the final week(s) was such a load off our shoulders. I was also able to message her with any middle of the night questions and concerns and she handled it!! Day-of, I didn't set a single thing up, I never once looked at the timeline, everything just happened around us. It was like a dream. It was so smooth. Everything was set up perfectly. Teresa is so calm and relaxed and made me feel calmer as well. She's so kind and helpful. I know I owe so much of my experience that day to her. If I had to run around all day or worry about timeline or who is supposed to be where, I would have been stressed out. If you're on the fence about getting a coordinator, you absolutely should. And I cant recommend Teresa and best friend events enough.

t of stress off of my plate. She also accompanied us at our final walkthrough at the venue as well as the rehearsal the night before the wedding. Teresa is extremely timely and very detail oriented! We loved getting to work with her as she made sure our day went as smooth as possible! Teresa and her team truly went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough for all of the hard work she put into our wedding!

Best Friend Events was our day-of wedding coordinator. Theresa and her team were extremely helpful and organized. She helped create a timeline and coordinated with all of our vendo...
rs to make sure everyone was on the same page. She was at the rehearsal to help plan the ceremony and was at the venue from the moment we arrived to the very end of the reception. Without Best Friend Events we would have had the most chaotic wedding. Would 100% recommend!
