Excellent experience working with Teresa! I booked a "month-of coordinator" and she was actually so helpful from the moment I booked! She gave me vendor recommendations and developed a timeline for me well before the month-of. She was also super responsive with any questions that popped up. about two weeks before, she took over communicating with vendors and finalizing everything! Honestly that is worth its weight in gold. Knowing I didn't have to worry about reaching out to anyone in the final week(s) was such a load off our shoulders. I was also able to message her with any middle of the night questions and concerns and she handled it!! Day-of, I didn't set a single thing up, I never once looked at the timeline, everything just happened around us. It was like a dream. It was so smooth. Everything was set up perfectly. Teresa is so calm and relaxed and made me feel calmer as well. She's so kind and helpful. I know I owe so much of my experience that day to her. If I had to run around all day or worry about timeline or who is supposed to be where, I would have been stressed out. If you're on the fence about getting a coordinator, you absolutely should. And I cant recommend Teresa and best friend events enough.

. She was incredibly responsive and met with me beforehand to see the space, offering thoughtful ideas for setting up my wedding décor. On the wedding day, Teresa and Anisha handled absolutely everything so I never had to ask family or friends to lift a finger — they even helped bustle my dress. Their calm, professional presence allowed me to truly relax and enjoy every moment. I am so glad I found them and would recommend Best Friend Events to anyone planning an event. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

rs to make sure everyone was on the same page. She was at the rehearsal to help plan the ceremony and was at the venue from the moment we arrived to the very end of the reception. Without Best Friend Events we would have had the most chaotic wedding. Would 100% recommend!
