Karla was great to work with. She is extremely helpful and really listened to what our personal style was. She helped us with my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. She meets with customers (she met with me and my now husband separately, and together) to discuss what we wanted in our rings. She showed us diamonds that were available in our price range and fit with the look we were going for. She then works with a designer to put our thoughts into a draft. Once that is approved, the ring is made. She also helps with appraisals and insurance. I love my rings, and even though he didn't think he wanted a ring, my husband loves his too! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for personalized jewelry.
