Best Total Wedding Plaza

I just got my dress yesterday and I couldn’t recommend this boutique more! Elizabeth was amazing. She was sweet, helpful, gave me so much confidence with her compliments with every dress & listened to what I was envisioning. Any feedback from myself or family when I tried on a dress she took into consideration for the next try on. This was the first time I went to try on dresses so I really didn’t think I’d be walking away “saying yes to the dress” but the final dress she pulled had elements that I loved from all my saved dresses online and on Pinterest wrapped in one. The second I put it on & saw my families reaction I knew that was the one! I never felt rushed or pressured from them and also loved that they only do one appointment at a time so it was so private and intimate. I couldn’t recommend this boutique and Liz enough, thank you for helping me find my dream gown!

Elizabeth was the woman who helped me and she was a godsend. She listened to all my wants, gave me so many suggestions and also made me feel SO comfortable and beautiful. Elizabeth also calmed my nerves when it came to different opinions being thrown my way. Throughout the whole appointment she was reassuring and so kind, she also did not pressure me AT ALL to find my dress there. She made it known that I didn’t need to buy anything then, and to wait til I truly loved something. I did end up getting my dress with them, can’t wait to see it on after alterations!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with these people. My mother looked through lots reviews to pick out this location all the way out in Flushing. Boy am I glad she did. COVID was hard for everybody and they handled it gracefully. They were available by phone call or text and worked with me to make sure everything was done on time after I changed my wedding date over and over again. Beautiful work, beautiful dress, and great price!

I found this wedding shop when I was driving through the area for work. Liz and her mom were a pleasure to work with and I absolutely loved my dress. My only complaint was with the alterations. There was a button missing from the back of my dress so there was a string hanging off. We asked them to fix it, but they forgot. By the time I noticed it wasn't fixed, it was 4 days before my wedding and I did not have time to go all the way back to NY to get it fixed. The bustles also did not hold up at my wedding. A few of them broke so my long train was hanging down during the reception, which was a big problem. Besides that, I was happy with my dress.

Liz was wonderful. So attentive to my budget, style preferences, and overall bridal experience. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but the experience was so lovely I plan to go back to purchase my dress through them. Excellent customer service and bridal experience! I highly recommend.

What a perfect shop. I had already tried 6 other salons/appointments before hearing about Best Total Wedding Plaza. Elizabeth and her mother are an absolute dream. I had no idea what I wanted, but Elizabeth listened to what I didn't want and found my dream dress on *the first try*. She truly has a gift, and is the kindest soul I met on my wedding planning journey. I highly recommend you start here!

Elizabeth and Ms.Kim are so amazing. I was originally planning on renting my wedding dress. I didn’t think I was that picky and I didn’t want to spend so much money on something I was going to use for a few hours. I literally tried on over a hundred dresses and probably visited 10+ bridal stores. I went to NJ, tried some home in CA and was all over NY. I actually stumbled upon Best Total Wedding. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me in between a few appointments. The store is small and not like your fancy Manhattan bridal boutiques but they have some great dresses in there. Both Elizabeth and Ms.Kim are fabulous to work with, they stay within your budget and work with you on pricing if you love a dress but it doesn’t fall in your price range (me!). What is probably the best thing about them is that they include alterations with the dress! From my experience at the many bridal stores I went to, the dresses themselves aren’t too terribly priced most of the time, but it’s the alterations that will get you, ranging anywhere from $300-$500 is what I was quoted. So you definitely get a good deal here along with spectacular service!

Great experience! Elizabeth was so patient helping me choose my dress. They were reasonable, friendly, and the dress was altered perfectly and fit great.

Easy vendor to work with, good prices and great dresses, FREE tailoring and bustle so hats pretty hard to beat.

They worked around my budget and were understanding no matter what I decided. I loved that they were always very welcoming and helpful.

I still remember that day very clearly...it was a long day as my bridal party and I have been to about 4 different places already for my bridal dress shopping and Best Total was the last appointment of the day. I saw a few potential dresses but nothing that really wowed me and my party although I was already willing to settle for one of the potential dresses as it was getting really tiring and I dreaded doing this all over again on a different day. After eating lunch, I was thinking about cancelling this appointment but thank God I didn't because this is where I found THE dress! I was hesitant at first because of my budget but Elizabeth was great as she made me feel very comfortable and worked with me to find my dress. I was down to two dress choices and then finally picked my Casablanca dress that day. I couldn't be happier with my choice and the fact that the price included the alteration and bustling was just icing on top! I did spend a bit more than I would've wanted but I was so glad I did and that I did it here at Best Total because not only did they get my dress ahead of schedule, It only took one alteration and one fitting after the alteration and I was able to take my dress home. No one believed me when I said I already had my dress sitting in my room a whole month before my wedding and I had only put in the order 6 months before that! Best Total is really efficient, easy to work with in terms of budget and payments and communicates very well with their clients. In fact, my best friend who was engaged at the time we were dress shopping was also willing to travel here from Philadelphia to get her dress because she was so impressed with the service and selections. Elizabeth is a dream! She truly made my experience a breeze. I had a specific designer and dress in mind and she was extremely accomodating. I have never been so happy AND they gave me free alterations in addition to the great price I got on my dream dress.

I highly recommend Best Total for your wedding dress. They were extremely accommodating, provided a wonderful experience, and always remembered little details about me. Additionally, they have amazing prices and beautiful dresses. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find my dream dress in my budget, but they made it happen. I couldn't ask for a better wedding dress buying experience. When I went in, I was undecided about what I wanted. Elizabeth listened to my ideas, shared some of hers, and pulled some dresses that she thought would compliment my shape. The first dress I tried on is the one I eventually buying. I went to one more place and didn't receive the same attention and expertise Elizabeth and Ms. Lee sowed me. So glad I came back and found my dream dress. I came here after work to try on dresses and luckily I was the only one in the store (I think they only book one to one appointments). Elizabeth & her mom were a pleasure to work with- so kind, accommodated, patient and most importantly not pushy. A true shock in comparison to most salons I have been to, is this store was fully forthcoming about the product you were trying on, no hiding labels or style numbers, they allowed you to take pictures freely, told me the designer and style number for everything I tried on and even wrote it all down for me to take with the prices. They have a very good selection of dress ranging from many mainstream popular brands. I will be back and highly recommend that you try this salon. It was a breath of fresh air! They went above and beyond trying to find a dress that met exactly what I was looking for!air!

I just bought my wedding dress here back in july. Elizabeth is very down to earth and fun to work with. They let me try on a million dresses until I found the perfect one for me. They don't rush you and give you ample time to make a decision. Elizabeth really made my dress experience a whole lot better. I can't wait to go to my first fitting!

This place was absolutely amazing!! I will recommend to all friends and family. They were so accommodating, and very easy to work with. Elizabeth and her mother were absolutely wonderful! I had my last fitting today and everything came out perfect. I asked them to make some changes to my dress and it came out exactly how I expected! They made the process very seamless. I can go on forever!!!

I ended up buying the 5th wedding dress I tried on here. I went in on a random day during the week and met Elizabeth & her mom (owners of the store) who spent time getting to know me and my style and helped me find a dress that I loved. Alterations were even included in the price which was amazing. They were so sweet, helpful, and patient and made my dress perfect, 100% worth checking out, trust me.

I purchased my wedding dress at total best wedding plaza. The dress was significantly cheaper at this shop than any other I researched. (and I called about 20 stores that sold my dress). They were exceptionally accommodating. The alterations were superb. The dress fit me like a glove. Any day/time I wanted to come in they were open and had availability. The ladies were very nice and made the experience fun and easy. I would highly recommend this bridal shop. They met all of my requests without question and with ease. Excellent place!
