We first checked with the venue for availability 3.5 months out, and were able to find a date that worked for us and the venue. (3.5 months out isn't a lot of time, so we didn't get our first choice of date.) We went with Longbranch because they could do it all: Hold a ceremony here, go one room over for the reception, they'll do the decor, catering, and run the bar, and they have vendors they can contact for florist, DJ, photographer, and Officiant. It was great to work with them. All the venders I contacted that were working through them were responsive and would reach out to me if there was anything they still needed to know from me. The catering was able to meet our catering needs: We needed a vegetarian dish for some guests and a gluten free dish for some guests. We had things changing on us all the way through the planning process, so it was great that the wedding coordinator contacted us ahead of all the deadlines, so we had time before each deadline to pin down that part of the plan.

The team at Best Western + Longbranch was awesome. They were super friendly, very easy to work with and organize the event with, and the event itself ended up working out great for us!!

We had our reception at the Longbranch. It was wonderful. The people there are really easy to work with. They made sure everything went smoothly. They helped to make the space personalized for us as well. All of our guests loved the food as well. They even packed up the leftovers for us to take home. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a reception location.

We booked 13 months out, and Tami was wonderful. She answered all of our questions, and worked with us to make the exactly how we pictured it. Food was amazing, staff kind and friendly.
