Best Western Plus - North Haven

You would think that booking a hotel block would be the easiest part of planning your wedding. That wasn't the case - my husband and I had difficulty with staff communication from start to finish. The night of our wedding the shuttle driver had the nerve to tell our guests that he was not making any more trips back to the hotel! And that if there was an issues myself (the BRIDE) or my husband would have to contact the hotel to straighten it out. To top it off- Our guests have been calling us saying they were over charged after check out. This hotel has a lot of growing to do with its employees and their customer service abilities. On the plus side- the gift bags of champagne and chocolates that were included in the booking were delightful.
