Jennifer and Deb were amazing. Service was awful. Servers were taking plates before people were finished. If you got up to go talk to someone for 5 mins, you'd come back and your d...
rink was gone. I was the bride and I put my drink down during my dance with my father, came back and it was gone. The bartender would not give my pregnant friend a lemonade because it was "for the drink mixers'. Some people never even got their meal. My cousin asked for a piece of cake for her daughter, and a server told her it was gone (it wasn't). barely anyone got a piece of cake because servers would take them back in minutes. My parents booked a room for that night, and when they went to the room there was already someone in there! All of our guests were given a room "upgrade" which was smaller than the room they originally booked. My hudband and my complimentary suite wasn't booked; we had to go through several people at the front desk to get it booked. We were told the bridal suite for getting ready would be ready early for us, but people were bringing things in at 2 pm while we were in robes getting our hair done. There was a hockey banquet in the ballroom right before the wedding, so there were a couple hundred people in the hallway right outside our door while we were getting ready- and people from the hotel kept opening the doors to bring stuff in while we were getting ready. Jennifer and Deb were very sweet and helpful and accommodating, but the service was horrible and things were very unorganized.
From the cocktail hour out in the forier to the party in the ballroom, everything was wonderful. Only real downside if I had to think of one would be the timing wasn't enough..ask ...
if you can extend the wedding for another hour or so if needed an advance b/c my DJ would have stayed but they wanted us out. But they do have the All Star Bar you can bring the party to.
-Unorganized. Very friendly, nice lady to work with but unorganized.
-Vegan meals were $40 for a salad?? With salad dressing that wasn't even vegan. (we were not allowed to cho...
ose vegan/vegetarian options).
-Hotel Room wasn't ready when I got there the night before.
-Paid in full (overpaid) and still have not gotten my refund and/or heard back from the catering person.
Poor service. But I was happy with the reception.
the staff were great and knowledgable;they went through too many wedding planners
