Katherine and the Best Wishes team were the real MVPs of our day. Throughout the process, she was calm and organized. She gave us helpful leads for vendors we were in need of, but it never felt pushy - just honestly helpful. You can put your full trust into this team and know your experience will be amazing.

I couldn’t decide if we needed a coordinator for our small ceremony, but I knew we should hire Stevie as soon as we chatted! Leading up to our big day, she was so helpful & offered great advice as we talked through the details, and she even had experience with our venues. On our rainy wedding day, Stevie saved the day as she helped pivot our outdoor decorations to our backup tented area so that it looked like it was planned to be in the tent all along! We’re so glad we had Stevie there to coordinate with vendors, move decor to our reception location, and ensure everything went smoothly!

We had the most enjoyable weekend and wedding day because of Stevie! From the minute I met Stevie, she instantly felt like a friend! She was honest and educated. I booked her for partial planning service but she went above and beyond in every aspect! From communication with vendors to helping to plan my vision, by the time it was the wedding day Stevie knew the vision so intimately that she was able to execute everything perfectly without coming to me for anything. I didn’t even know changes had to be made during the day until I saw photos afterwards! I have been apart of a lot of weddings in different wedding parties and I can hands down Stevie has been the best day of coordinator! If you’re looking for any day of coordinator or planning services at an affordable price point, Stevie will go above and beyond and is definitely your girl!

We had such a great experience with Best Wishes running the show on the most important day of our lives! Not only did they travel from VA to NC for the wedding, but they became experts on all things Bald Head Island in a matter of hours. They were so attentive and flexible and made the day seamless. Stevie and Katherine were amazing and we would highly recommend them to any couple!

We hired Stevie as our day-of-coordinator one month before our wedding and it was soooo worth it. I was on the fence about getting a coordinator because I had planned every little detail and wanted to save money. I don’t know what I would have done without her and 1000% recommend her and her team! She truly is a bride’s best friend!! We went through every detail so that she understood my vision and then she carried it out flawlessly. I didn’t even realize anything went wrong until the next day when we debriefed! The communication for the entire time leading up to the wedding, and especially with everyone on the actual day, was amazing (which is not easy with our families). If you don’t think you need a day-of-coordinator, you definitely do and you definitely need Stevie at Best Wishes Loudon.

These ladies kick butt! Let me tell you something! I was experiencing venue drama about 7 months before my wedding. Stevie started helping me like we were life long friends. She instantly made me feel like I was in control of the situation and my wedding could still be as amazing as I have always dreamed it to be! Kathryn was our day of coordinator and she was perfection! I called her several times before the day and she made me feel like everything was going to be fine. On the day of the wedding she kept a tight ship, fixing any problems that presented themselves, keeping everything on schedule and eliminating any stress! I cannot recommend those ladies enough!

Hey! I’m Stevie! When I was planning my own wedding, I knew what I wanted and wanted to make the majority of the decisions myself. When the month of the wedding came - I was thrilled to be able to hand everything over to my coordinator. She took my carefully planned event and executed it without me having to worry about a thing. And now, it’s my turn to help! What you get when you work with me is a wedding expert and best friend all rolled into one. We get things done and leave everyone with a smile on their face.
