ur wedding and enjoyed every minute of it. We had no idea what we were doing and she guided us through every step, including helping us prioritize when things could have easily gotten overwhelming. In the days leading up to the wedding, we could rest easy knowing that things were in Betsy's extremely capable hands. Our wedding itself was absolutely perfect and every vendor Betsy recommended was a rock star who gave 110% on our big day. We cannot recommend Betsy enough. We only wish we'd found her sooner!

g out the vendors we should lock down early and introducing us to contacts she has worked with before and recommends. We ended up exclusively hiring vendors that Betsy recommended, and every one of them was excellent. Betsy met with us over zoom six times from December 2021 through July 2022 as our planning consultant per our contract, helping keep us on schedule as we made our arrangements. She was responsive to our questions via email and her involvement early on in the planning process helped ensure that we were well positioned going into the month leading up to our wedding. One month out from our wedding date, Betsy's role transitioned from planning consultant to wedding coordinator, which involved weekly zoom meetings with us, in-person meetings for the venue walkthrough and rehearsal, and frequent calls with our various vendors. She produced a master timeline of all events from the day prior to clean-up at the end of the event, and did a great job keeping everyone on schedule. Betsy is wonderful to work with, asks lots of questions to ensure the couple gets exactly what they want, and communicates well with vendors to keep everyone on the same page. It was so much less stressful knowing that we were in good hands and could really enjoy our day (which went perfectly!). We absolutely recommend Betsy as a wedding coordinator for any event that involves keeping a number of different vendors on schedule, and additionally recommend her as a planning consultant for those who need a little bit of extra help getting started with the advanced planning.

d. She is extremely organized and competent. She removed any stress and answered any questions that came up along the way quickly. Anytime something came up that I was concerned about my immediate response was that I'll ask Betsy and she'll take care of it, and she did. If you think you can pull off a wedding without Betsy - good luck. She provides so much assistance in every aspect that you would be foolish to do it alone. Betsy is clearly the way to go!

ing from being this intimidating ball of stress to something attainable and fun to plan. First up: vendors. She hand picked 2-3 DJs, caterers, photographers, and florists for me to talk to. Each one was better the next. She only recommends fantastic people that she has a great experience working with. Huge time saver taking out the guess work of where to begin with vendors! Throughout the process, she is generous with her time. She makes sure you stay on track without stressing you out. She thinks of everything! She’ll proofread all your contracts, and fight for you to get even more! She’ll look over your wedding invitations, insert cards, etc and give thoughtful feedback. She has no ego and just wants to point everything out, but in the end makes you feel confident in all your decisions, because at the end of the day, it’s YOUR day. I managed to secure her exactly 1 year out. She later told me she was contacted a number of times for my date, but nope — I had her. Unlike other wedding planners that book multiple weddings in a day, she’ll only book one wedding a day — so that means ALL of her focus will be on you. I joked that I need to get married again so I can work with her again ;). But seriously stop reading this review and book her right now if you want a wedding planner who is fun to talk to, easy to work with, and will ensure you have the perfect day!

sy’s support, advise, and expertise in dealing with some difficult situations. As the mother of the bride, I was included in correspondence toward the end, and found her delightful to know and work with. I was most impressed by her on the day of the wedding. She soothed, directed and organized us all (we were not all in the right place at the right time) with a calmness she cannot always have felt, and did everything with great good humor. One of our guests commented on her own experience with an officious wedding coordinator who spent the day ordering everyone around. Betsy was exactly the opposite, always gently herding us into our proper places and making sure we all enjoyed the day. She was wonderful, and I cannot imagine having pulled a wedding off without her. I never worried that it would be anything other than a beautiful wedding day under her direction, and it was.

big day! My (now) husband and I learned very quickly that we were in good, loving hands with Betsy. Betsy brought priceless experience to the table, was just as detail-oriented as I when it came down to the little details that probably only, she and I were going to notice, and most importantly, she was always clear that she was all about us. She took so much care in making sure she knew our vision and was so great at coordinating our vendors to ensure we got what we wanted on our wedding day! I knew I could completely trust her, and my husband will say, throughout our entire 11 months of wedding planning, I was the least overwhelmed in those last eight weeks leading up to our wedding because I knew I had my Betsy. There is not one moment that went by that I didn’t recognize how incredibly lucky I was to have her as my day-of coordinator. What is most special about her, is how genuinely invested she is in her work of love. We had such a special connection with her throughout our time working together and after, and I truly do not know what we would have done without her. We thank you, Betsy, for your dedication to us so that we were able to completely enjoy one of the best days of our lives. You are absolutely the best!

She is not only incredibly organized but quadruple checks everything - we knew that nothing would be left to chance and her coordination with the vendors would be thorough. Betsy alleviated so much stress from our lives and handled the normal wedding planning bumps along the way that arose with grace, diplomacy and warmth. She is incredibly responsive, even when on vacation, in all of her communications. There were a few times when we felt like our wedding vision was getting lost in what others wanted, and each time, Betsy was there to fix things and keep our dreams of our wedding alive. We can’t even count the number of times that Betsy went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and calm throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. All of our family and friends loved her, especially our parents who she made sure were well taken care of during the wedding.
