Having Cassie as our month-of/day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very first conversation, she made me feel so heard, seen, and completely taken care of. Every request I had was met with a reassuring, “Yes!”, “Absolutely!”, or “Of course!”—she truly made the final touches of our dream wedding not only manageable but enjoyable. Cassie’s ability to communicate seamlessly with our vendors and ensure the timeline ran perfectly took so much stress off my shoulders. I was able to relax and fully enjoy the day knowing she had everything handled with such care and professionalism. She event handled a hiccup with a vendor so seamlessly that I didn't even know what happened until after the wedding. A TRUE hero keeping any stress out of sight and out of mind for the the bride and groom. Cassie was the perfect wedding day coordinator! She was amazing from the start. So great with communication and making sure to ask the right questions to our vendors that I did not even think of. The day of the wedding she made sure my husband and I had food and drinks, that all the vendors were all taken care of and that everything ran on time. A week before the wedding we had a small issue with the amount of time the venue needed to be there compared to the package time we booked. She was super flexible and accommodating and allowed us to add extra time at a reasonable price to align with the venue's request. I cannot recommend Cassie enough. She made the day completely stress free! I expected to hear from at least one vendor on any crisis but I did not the entire day. I'm sure there was some issue throughout the day but I still don't even know if there was because Cassie is that good! Her experience as a wedding coordinator showed through her calm and positive energy and perfect organization for the day. The day was 100% perfect for us and that was in big part due to Cassie's amazing work! If you want your wedding day to run smoothly and stress free you have to book with Cassie!
