The thing that shifted photography from a hobby to a passion for me is the emotion captured in photos. I love being around people & getting to know them. There is an enormous amount of diversity & it is exciting for me to learn & capture little pieces of others' lives. I believe that God made the most beautiful creation & natural light. I enjoy volleyball, thrifting, exploring abandoned places, trying new food, and watching documentaries.

Bethany went above and beyond while photographing my wedding! Neither my husband nor I are very comfortable in front of a camera and she did a fantastic job directing us and giving fun ideas of shots to take with the bridal party. We ended up with hundreds of beautiful photos - definitely above and beyond what I was expecting. She was also an absolute pleasure to work with, making sure to get in contact with me well before the event in order to iron out details and talk about what I wanted in terms of special photos. Not only did she do an amazing job of documenting every detail of my wedding day, but she also was sweet enough to give my little sister some special attention during the reception. My extended family was completely enamored with her, and to this day I will still get comments from them about the super sweet photographer from my wedding!

Bethany was an incredible part of making our wedding absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Not only does she capture the most stunning photos, but she also takes care of you throughout the entire day. She is incredibly kind, relatable, and so much fun to be around! Contacting Bethany to be our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made! We were initially drawn to her impeccable eye, editing style, and nod to Kim Possible on her website. We appreciated the first meeting we had with her so that we could share some ideas, talk about nerves in front of the camera, and explore a tailored package that was perfect for us. We were impressed with her quick responses to emails and texts and how professional she was throughout the entire process. Bethany has such a calm demeanor and a lively spirit. She was fantastic at capturing us as a couple and made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our engagement shoot. At our wedding, Bethany went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. She got to work right away and made sure every photo on our list was taken. Our families commented on how fun and efficient she was during family portraits. Additionally, she brought us a plate of food as the reception began, which was so unexpected and thoughtful. She froze our day in time and that is all we could have asked for. Bethany was absolutely amazing, and easily the best decision we made for our wedding! She was kind, professional, and did so many small things for us that made all the difference like waiving the travel fee, giving reassurance when the bride was running a little late, and getting sneak peeks back to us in under 12 hours! Our pictures turned out perfect, we are beyond obsessed with them, and they were all ready in a very timely fashion. We also love that Bethany doesn’t limit the amount of photos you will receive, so you’ll get everything she shoots! Lastly, she has very flexible and reasonably priced packages, so she will work with you no matter what your wedding plans are! I seriously cannot recommend Bethany enough, you will not be disappointed with choosing her to capture your day!!

About a year ago, we had the pleasure of working with Bethany Inge Photography for our engagement photos and wedding reception. To start with the positives, the engagement photos were absolutely stunning. Bethany’s editing skills are top-notch, and she was incredibly sweet and easy to work with. She delivered the photos promptly, which we really appreciated.
However, our experience was not without some significant frustrations. On the night of our wedding reception, Bethany was missing for a substantial part of the evening, despite us paying for a full eight-hour package. We couldn't find her anywhere to take pictures, which was incredibly disappointing. As a result, we didn’t receive nearly as many photos as we were promised. It felt like we paid for a package that we didn’t really receive.
Additionally, there were several small but important details that were overlooked in our photos. For example, people were in the background of our family portraits, and my husband still had his phone in his pocket during some of the pictures. These are things we expected our photographer to catch and correct, but they were missed.
Overall, while Bethany’s work on our engagement photos was beautiful and she was pleasant to work with, the experience with our wedding reception was quite frustrating. It felt unethical for her to not be present for the entirety of the time we paid for. We paid for a full eight hours of coverage, but she was missing for much of it. We expected more professionalism and attention to detail, especially given the cost.

s with your photos, but thank you for letting me know! I had such a good time at your wedding reception and it was absolutely beautiful! You guys were also so fun to work with.
So, I think some of your concerns might be a misunderstanding. I was gone two times during your reception. First, I was downstairs in your overflow portion of the venue doing your flat lay, ring photos, and detail photos. There wasn’t time to do that before since I didn’t have the rings, so I did it during the reception. Another time I was location scouting for sunset photos. I walked around your venue/downtown and picked good spots based on the lighting. Other than that, I was there. I am so sorry if you couldn’t find me to take photos as that would be frustrating.
For the amount of photos, you guys received 571 photos. Every wedding is different and I don’t have a set amount that I give, because there are a lot of different factors. We did start 45 minutes late because getting ready took longer (which is totally fine), there wasn’t a bridal party or ceremony which would have equaled more photos. I am sorry that you were expecting more.
For family photos, there wasn’t a great spot lighting or room wise anywhere else for the pictures and being a little behind schedule people were just coming as we were taking them and in the background. We could have walked a couple minutes away and found a spot outside of the venue, but I typically like to keep family photos efficient and accessible.
I will Photoshop the phone in the pocket and people in the background in the family photos because I want you guys to love them!! I know how important your families are to you both. I can’t promise they will all turnout, but I will definitely try!

I’m in love with the pictures from my wedding! Bethany and I discussed a final shot list, she made sure to get the photos my groom and I really wanted, and I have been mesmerized looking at the pictures in our online gallery! I really want to get photos for both sets of parents, and I’m having trouble narrowing down which one I want on our apartment wall. Thank you so much Bethany!

Bethany and her husband Josh were our wedding photographers for our wedding and we were very impressed. We had several guest come up and tell us how wonderful and pleasant she was. They were both everywhere, for everything and didn’t miss a thing. They even bundled up and braved the cold with the wedding party for some really beautiful pictures. Bethany is very upfront, professional, kind, and affordable wedding photographer. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I can’t wait for her to capture all our family and life’s growing moments in the future.

Bethany is amazing both behind the camera, and to interact with. Bethany made our dreams come true with our engagement photos, and made the experience so fun. She knows how to pose you in natural ways and really get you laughing to capture authentic moments. She got the photos edited and returned so quickly as well!! We LOVE Bethany and her husband (who was the second shooter for our wedding.) We felt like we had known them forever, even though we met them for the first time on our wedding day. Bethany is sweet, helpful, flexible, attentive (to both people and details), kind, fun, and SO talented! Our photos turned out great, and Bethany got them to us very quickly. I cannot say enough nice things about Bethany. She really is the best ever!
