Working with Bethany was wonderful! We hired her to be our month-of coordinator, where she assisted us with wedding day scheduling and vendor communication in the final countdown leading up to the big day. I cannot emphasize how helpful she was. As things started to get more stressful, having Bethany and her expertise felt like a lifesaver. She prepared a fantastic schedule, laying out the day’s events; took down notes and action steps when we met with the venue coordinators; offered insights in times of tough decision making; and was readily available to assist with issues (for example, when a button on my dress popped off, she was ready with a needle and thread) during the reception. She was an integral part of the wedding and one of the major reasons why our guests enjoyed the evening. We also hired Bethany to help with the invitations for the wedding, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch, all of which came out beautifully!

I'm not sure where to begin with this review, because Bethany has been planning my wedding for the last 4 years! Our big day was September 18th, 2021, and it was flawless. I highly recommend her and will do my best to summarize why: 1: Bethany planned exactly the wedding we wanted, within our budget, with little to no stress on our part. She essentially took my Pinterest wedding dreams and found vendors who could make them come true. She negotiated their contracts, managed all appointment setup, from initial meetings to setting up on the big day, to taking down late into the night. When we couldn't find the venue of our dreams in Illinois, she found the perfect venue in Colorado Springs, and planned basically the entire thing remotely. You'd never know. 2: In addition to working tirelessly as an event planner, Bethany was at times a therapist and a mediator between me, my family, and my husband's family. She was the objective third party and the voice of reason when we argued about things like budgets and whether to offer coconut shrimp as a passed horderves. She was also there to console me when covid and the resultant travel restrictions altered our plans. 3: Bethany planned and executed the best wedding ever. The day of the wedding, I worried about absolutely nothing. Bethany had every vendor on time and organized, every decoration and detail ready to be photographed and enjoyed. When someone turned to look for something, Bethany was there to lead them to water. She even managed to carve out moments throughout the day and evening for my husband and I to spend alone, take it all in, and truly enjoy ourselves. I've heard so many brides and grooms say that their wedding day flew by, that they hardly got to eat, that they hardly got to enjoy their guests. I enjoyed every moment of my wedding day, night, and after-party. At the end of the event, my cheeks hurt because I had been smiling so much. I hope everyone can have this same experience with Bethany by their side.

Hiring Bethany was the best decision! She made everything so seamless and flawless. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and a must have for the day of the big event. She made our wedding so special. Highly recommend!

There are no words to describe Bethany. From my insane middle of the night emails, to helping with family members and requests the day-of, Bethany never failed to impress. This is the second wedding she has helped our family with, and I wish I knew 500 more people getting married to recommend her to. She is absolutely fabulous, and there is no way our wedding day would have been as perfect as it was without her.
