is incredibly patient and works with you to deliver exactly what you want. I am typically uncomfortable being in front of the camera, but Betsy’s friendly and easy-going nature makes the experience enjoyable. Beyond her professionalism, Betsy has an impeccable eye for detail and is able to capture moments perfectly. Every photo she has taken for us is a work of art and is constantly the talk of visitors when they see it. Moreover, I use her photos for everything from social media posts to invitations/announcements to just framed artwork around our home; and look at photos she’s taken for us all the time because they truly make me so happy. I have now engaged Betsy for three different, important occasions – engagement, wedding, maternity – and trust that she will continue to be our photographer for life!

feel comfortable the whole time as neither of us like to be photographed but we almost forgot she was there! She was patient and present and always available for candid shots throughout our wedding. I remember grabbing her a few times asking to "take a picture of that" and she was on it! She sent us a couple pictures the day after which was so lovely to wake up to and so far what we've seen we absolutely love. We will definitely book her again. Highly recommend her for any event!!

that looked natural and captured our unique personalities and dynamic as a couple. Betsy was professional and efficient. She helped us to determine a timeline that allowed for pre-ceremony formals and maximized our time with our guests after the ceremony. Betsy delivered the photos from each shoot very shortly after the events. Her photo portal is easy to navigate and share. You spend your special day with the photographer for the majority of the time and Betsy made it clear that she wants this to be the best experience for you as a couple. We highly recommend Betsy McPherson Photography for engagement, wedding, and any family photos.
