has made for me was the 50th WEDDING Anniversary cake for my Mom and Dad. It was the "Icing On The Cake" so to speak that made the celebration so very special. As the center piece, this cake was not only beautiful it was absolutely delicious. Decoration was elegant, icing was perfect and the cake moist with a lovely flavor. I've also been to many weddings and other events that she had catered for and her quality and perfection are always there. You can't go wrong if you're lucky enough to get a booking.

bout her and her cakes (never heard of her until their friend decided to take the discrimination route.) People that have never tried her cakes. Because she wasn’t able to accommodate a couple doesn’t mean she has a hate filled heart. I feel she is being discriminated against. We all have rights doesn’t make one right better than the other, but she has the right to refuse service to anyone just like a restaurant or any other business. From being flexible with times we could come by and sample, to learning how to make chocolate peanut butter candies to adorn our groom’s cake, Betty was simply the best! Aside from her customer service, her cake was the best I’ve ever tasted. We had a traditional almond buttercream frosting with her almond pound cake for the wedding cake and a chocolate cake with peanut butter ganache and fudge buttercream (decorated in the Ohio State O logo) for the groom’s cake. We purposely ordered extra so we could have some left over. Her craftsmanship was really great as well. She executed exactly what I had wanted. She even attends cake seminars to ensure she is always staying on top of the cake industry. If you’re looking for the best wedding cake, I can’t recommend Betty enough!

t in perfectly with our Vintage Elegance theme for our venue at the Historic King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort. We coordinated with her long distance from Atlanta and she was always accessible and sweet to talk to. The cake was timely delivered and set up at our venue and she coordinated with our florist, Gay of Cottage Flowers in St. Simon's Island who did a gorgeous cascading arrangement of Pink Peonies and Pink Roses from top to bottom! Very striking - and tasty cake!

I had surprised the groom with a Georgia Bulldog Cake. Mrs Zeigler was able to replicate the Bulldog head exactly as the picture. I was very impressed.
