ke it a great guest experience, and the food became even more important once we knew we couldn’t do dancing and other COVID-unsafe traditions. We were originally planning to have food stations with live prep, but COVID required everyone to remain seated during food service, so we did a 4-course brunch with wedding cake for dessert. BZC was absolutely amazing, and everyone raved about the food and the service. Many people said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. I had a few guests with food allergies and they all went out of their way to tell me how great the servers were with making sure they had everything they needed. Norema Salinas managed our event and also designed the tablescapes, helping us choose flatware, linens, and other rental items, and her design eye made everything look absolutely beautiful. Everyone I interacted with at BZC was wonderful, and the food and service was stunning -- I would give them six stars if I could.

up to prey on one of the most kindest and personable staff members at the event likely because they saw me as an easy target. A complete waste of energy and breath. Why would they let a force to be reckoned with go early? Likely because they felt I was superior and ultimately a threat being that I’m far superior to their barnyard antics.
Beware of this catering crew. They will present the wrong vibes to your party. Do not recommend this crew solely based on Etiquette.

The food is incomparable in taste and composition; the staging of it is a work of art and the people are competent beyond words. ted an american stye wedding, but with an asian influence on the cuisine, and BZC did just that. Our guests (~200) commented on how delicious the hors d. and duo entree were. The presentation is what you would see from a Michelin star restaurant. The decor, from table linens, to dinnerware, to the bar setup, to the lanterns, were all breathtaking. Our guests are still talking about our wedding! Needless to say, BZC is not cheap, but it was worth every penny for us to spend on our special day.
