The dress I ended on was not one that I would have picked myself and it was just PERFECT. They know their clients very well.
The service and experience was what I always wanted to experience when picking out my wedding dress. Me and my party were the only ones there, so it was more intimate than our prev...
ious appointment somewhere else. The prices are so reasonable and all the dresses are so gorgeous! I would tell everyone about this place and never stop talking about it!
The worst, most patronizing salon I have visited to date. The owner, Michelle, is very patronizing. The dresses are factory samples that have been previously worn. The dress I w...
as interested was dirty and the owner was not interested in cleaning it. I was told that because their prices are reduced that I would have to clean it myself. No thank you.
It was great. They even made a jacket for me that matched the dress.
My mom told me about the Beverly Hills Bridal Exchange, and being a girl on a budget I was excited at the prospect of whatever the store might offer. And HOLY MOLY was it a find!!!...
There is so much to choose from, vintage to modern, commercial, designer and even custom pieces! I loved that "I" could look through the hangers of immaculately organized dresses and not have to have someone else "guess," at one I wanted to try on. Then wonderful Darlene, helped me into every single dress I picked! She was polite, knowledgeable and complimentary while still letting me feel like the ball was in MY court for the big decision- no pressure, just fun! The very last dress I tried on brought me to tears and I knew it was the one! Trying not to be Bridezilla- I wanted to sleep on it; so I came by the next morning where I was helped by the incredibly sweet and patient Nancy who let me try it on one more time before making the purchase. I even met Michelle, the owner who was able to tell me the history of my dress- which turned out to be a one of a kind piece, making me feel more special! These ladies could not have been more GENUINE and provided me with remarkable customer service. I highly recommend Beverly Hills Bridal Exchange to every bride looking for her dream dress- because I know I found mine!!! =)

They were also able to find me bridesmaid dresses that worked perfectly with my color scheme. I loved my gal that did the alterations I believe that her name as Maria! She was always helpful, kind and thoughtful. I cant not say enough nice things about Michelle and her staff! whelmed and they are reasonably priced. I really hope you guys see this and know that my dress made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the World thanks to you. I will definitely be shopping here with my cousin who recently got engaged because I could not imagine going anywhere else!
Terrible customer service..first time I went in there to by a slip we kept being told just a minute, just a minute...30 minutes later we walked out.
Second time I made an appoi...
ntment to have my dress altered was even worse....I guess it doesn't matter when you have an appointment because they were helping walk in customers instead of the paying customer with an appointment...mind you, i also arrived 10 minutes early to insure that I would be helped on time and of course I made my presents known. we waited a good 40 minutes before getting into a room...then I stood in my dress a good 15 minutes..maybe even more until finally FINALLY being helped....which it only took a couple minutes to do the pinning...ridiculous.
I guess I should have learned the first time not to go here.
The only good thing I can say is the seamstress did A+ work.
I am rating quality 5 stars for the seamstress work alone.
Great prices and great staff! Owner is a doll!!

my pick up of the dress there was a couple of misunderstandings. But overall the place is a great value and depending on the sales associate you get can be a GREAT experience.

ress was a size 12 when I bought it, the seamstress worked a miracle on my dress and brought it down to a size 2. I loved the personal connection while shopping at this store.
