There is so much to choose from, vintage to modern, commercial, designer and even custom pieces! I loved that "I" could look through the hangers of immaculately organized dresses and not have to have someone else "guess," at one I wanted to try on. Then wonderful Darlene, helped me into every single dress I picked! She was polite, knowledgeable and complimentary while still letting me feel like the ball was in MY court for the big decision- no pressure, just fun! The very last dress I tried on brought me to tears and I knew it was the one! Trying not to be Bridezilla- I wanted to sleep on it; so I came by the next morning where I was helped by the incredibly sweet and patient Nancy who let me try it on one more time before making the purchase. I even met Michelle, the owner who was able to tell me the history of my dress- which turned out to be a one of a kind piece, making me feel more special! These ladies could not have been more GENUINE and provided me with remarkable customer service. I highly recommend Beverly Hills Bridal Exchange to every bride looking for her dream dress- because I know I found mine!!! =)

ost wished I had two weddings hahah! We were getting married in barn in Texas and I was able to find a very vintage looking dress! BEAUTIFUL! I seriously could not of dreamed of a better dress! They were also able to find me bridesmaid dresses that worked perfectly with my color scheme. I loved my gal that did the alterations I believe that her name as Maria! She was always helpful, kind and thoughtful. I cant not say enough nice things about Michelle and her staff! Getting married is stressful enough..it was nice to experience, calm, sincere, helpful, kindhearted and no pressure shopping!!

Terrible customer service..first time I went in there to by a slip we kept being told just a minute, just a minute...30 minutes later we walked out.

ntment to have my dress altered was even worse....I guess it doesn't matter when you have an appointment because they were helping walk in customers instead of the paying customer with an appointment...mind you, i also arrived 10 minutes early to insure that I would be helped on time and of course I made my presents known. we waited a good 40 minutes before getting into a room...then I stood in my dress a good 15 minutes..maybe even more until finally FINALLY being helped....which it only took a couple minutes to do the pinning...ridiculous.
I guess I should have learned the first time not to go here.
The only good thing I can say is the seamstress did A+ work.
I am rating quality 5 stars for the seamstress work alone.
