Beverly's Florist did a wonderful job on our daughter's wedding. Bev was extremely easy to work with and created the look our daughter wanted. Since she knew we didn't want to spend a fortune on flowers she helped us pick arrangements that were within our budget. I would highly recommend Bev to any bride!

October 2016 week of Hurricane Matthew Our daughter's wedding was Oct 8, 2016. We first met with Beverly March 1st, 2016 to secure the date. Throughout the time, Beverly was very open to us calling, flexible schedule and our consultation went great. Our 2 sit down visits were awesome. Beverly took the time to really understand what our daughter was wanting. The staff at Beverly's were fantastic to work with, and last minute changes were met with a smile. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL, exactly what we had asked for. The staff who delivered the flowers in the pouring rain and winds were to be commended. Beverly's of Midway was an answer to my mother's and my own prayers for my wedding. Planning a wedding can be a very stressful time, as most brides know. But Beverly was SUCH a joy to work with and to plan with. She sat down with my mother and I on multiple occasions, putting together different options and throwing out ideas until we found exactly what we were looking for. She was so patient, enthusiastic, creative, and understanding during the planning process. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect and was nervous about the overall color scheme I had chosen for a November wedding. Needless to say, our expectations were over and beyond met. I actually cried on my wedding day as Beverly was bringing the flowers into the WinMock dressing room because they were simply THAT beautiful. Looking at the pictures, I still cannot get over how gorgeous they were. I am a very satisfied customer! Beverly's flowers were the most lush and gorgeous flowers. The white hydrangea were absolutely breath taking and the peonies were fabulous and such a surprise for this time of year. We were all blown away by the arrangement in the entrance hall of Graylyn. The arrangement at the church was amazing too with a huge white amaryllis in the very center. The isle of the church had arrangements all the way down with white flowers and pine branches sprinkled with snow.It was a warm and friendly setting with a touch of outdoor elegance. I will never forget it nor will the Bride. We were so pleased and Beverly was so nice and easy to work with. We were over joyed with our beautiful wedding day! We are so happy with our experience with Beverly's! On the day of the wedding, the flower were delivered on time while the wedding party was away getting ready. As soon as I saw the flowers I was amazed, they were stunning. They were exactly what we had talked about in our planning, but were even better than I had imagined them! Beverly's of Midway is wonderful! Beverly is so energetic and creative. I am not a very artistic person, but Beverly took the time to give me visuals and really find out what I wanted. She was amazing!! I almost cried the first time I saw my bridal bouquet for my bridal portrait and I NEVER expected to have that kind of reaction. Beverly did an amazing job on our wedding! In fact she is what made our wedding! Everyone at our wedding and everyone who saw our wedding pictures went on and on about how beautiful our flowers were. Before going to Beverly I found what I liked and wanted on Pinterest and showed her what I was envisioning. She took my ideas and ran with them. What she created with my ideas and her ideas combined was phenomenal!! I strongly recommend her as your florist for any occasion!

Beverly is awesome! She met with us twice for over an hour each time to plan out our flowers and reception centerpieces. The final product was amazing and just what we were looking for! She came on the day of the wedding to set up everything and even wiped off our bouquets before pictures.

Beverly was great- easy to talk to, helpful in planning and creating ideas, and getting everything where it needed to be and setting up the room. The flowers turned out more beautiful than I even imagined- pink peonies from Holland, yellow roses, and many other pink, yellow, green, and ivory flowers.

Beverly and I just instantly clicked. It was like I'd known her my entire life and she was like a favorite Aunt. She sat down and really listened to me. She had wonderful ideas and was able to communicate them without any problems. I was so worried about the cost of flowers, but she made my dream a reality within our budget, with beautiful flowers, that lasted well and were in season. She and her staff are angels. I could never say enough good things about them. I'll use Beverly for anything I need from now on, she just feels like home. And she went above and beyond on my wedding day to make sure everything was where it needed to be, when it needed to be there.

Beverly's was probably the best value we got from the wedding. The flowers were not expensive, but were beautiful. She really worked with us to execute my vision and was even more worried about the details than I was.

At my first meeting with her I shared my vision for the wedding, and she totally got it! She helped expand upon my basic ideas to make my wedding unique. The day of the wedding, all of the flowers were spectacular and she delivered early!

Every time I look at my wedding pictures, I am so happy we went with Beverly. We meet with her several times to make sure we were on the same page. I never felt like I was a burden when I wasn't communicating what I wanted very clearly. She took her time and really listened to me and somehow found her way into my brain and created flowers that were beyond anything I could have imagined. My appointment with her ended up being the most fun I had during the whole process, and the least stressful. It was the one thing I never stressed about and that was truly a relief! And when our wedding day arrived and the flowers showed up and I finally got to see the church, I was blown away. Everything was perfect.

I wasn't very particular in what I requested from Beverly, but she was very able to read me and help me narrow things down to EXACTLY what I wanted. The flower arrangements that were actually used on my wedding day were a complete surprise to me, but that was really fun! I had told her that I wanted pink gerbera daisies and another slight splash of purple in the bridesmaids' bouquets and she took it from there! I couldn't have been more pleased!

Beverly is a joy to work with! She will bend over backwards to help you in any way she can. She spent lots of time meeting with me to make sure I had the flowers and the look that I wanted. I could not have been more pleased with the product. Her pricing is very reasonable and she gives a ton of great advice.

Beverly has been a florist for many years. When I called to schedule an appointment with her, I was a little disappointed that I had to wait two weeks to meet with her. Let me tell you, it was totally worth the wait! She knows what she is doing!! I showed up on my day with all the information she told me to bring (a picture of my wedding gown, a picture of my bridesmaids dresses, etc). This helps her see what I have planned so far. I told her I love daisies, and I'd like to have gerber daises for my fall wedding. She loved the idea and ran with it! She pulled out her daisy book, and we picked out the exact ones I wanted. She didn't try to sell me other things, or make me add flowers, or anything like that. She helped me pick out beautiful yellow and red daisies. When I told her I'd like yellow and red apples as part of my centerpieces, she said she had a guy that could do it for me! We even went through several of her vases to pick out the right size for the centerpieces. Also, when I told her my mom wanted a gardina for her corsage, she was very honest that they would be more expensive, and that they come in a set of three, but she did it for me. On my wedding day, she was at the church when we showed up, laughed with me and my bridesmaids for a minute, and then went onto the reception site! I would definitely recommend Beverly as a florist to anyone for any occasion!!

From the moment Beverly & I began working together, I found that once she was able to give you her ful attention, it was just that! She & I discussed various options and in extreme detail, which was sometimes difficicult being that I live in NYC, & had to look up some of the flowers that were mentioned in order to gain a better visual. Although Beverly emailed as much as she could to assist me in visualizing exactly what I wanted the whole look to be! Beverly is very specific in delininiating each & every item in her contract so one knows excat amopunts of what is being paid for. I had only imagined what it would look like, but Beverly & her staff made all the flowers from the outdoor ceremony to indoors look so amaningly beautiful!! I couldn't have asked for soeone who would have paid any more attention to the intricate detail that I was looking to achieve! With Beverly, we surely captured it! I would highly recommend her! I really enjoyed working with Beverly and loved the final product. She was awesome to work with and my flowers turned out absolutely gorgeous. She did exactly what I wanted and made everything even better than expected. I wish my bouquets would last forever but at least I have plenty of pictures. Beverly and most of her staff were setting up for a wedding when I picked up my flowers but the employee who was working in the shop was wonderful and helped me pack my flowers so they wouldn't tip over while I drove to my venue. As the Matron of Honor and Wedding Planner of my sisters wedding this August, I had the pleasure of working with Beverly very closely. She was very detailed during the initial consultation and planning process. The quote/contract was very specific so we knew exactly what we were getting and what each item cost. My sister was very specific on the design of the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets and Beverly delivered exactly what she wanted! Beverly was also very creative in suggesting a Unity Candle arrangement at the altar. We had not planned on that, but since her prices were within our budget, we decided to add that on an allow creative license to come up with a design. I was floored with what she brought us!!!!! It was amazing!!!! It was huge! She also did an incredible job with the flowers on the cake! Absolutely took my breath away! If you are looking for a florist for your wedding, call Beverly first! Beverly is not only a WONDERFUL florist, but such a joy to work with. From my consultation appointment to all the other questions I had, she was always very prompt and did everything with enthusiasm and a smile on her face! She made me even more excited for my wedding than I already was! Overall extremely happy with everything! Beverly herself sat down with me to plan everything out. She is extremely creative, imaginative, helpful and honest. My bridal bouquet for the wedding was a little different from the portrait bouquet I got.

Beverly was able to help with more than just picking out the perfect flowers for my wedding, she also made sure they complimented the wedding parties outfits! She also helped with ideas of how to decorate the ceremony site. I can only imagine that she would have also helped with the reception also, if I used flowers for the reception site! Absolutely great! Beautiful wedding, I would definitely use Beverly's again! I live north of Winston-Salem, and when my best friend recommended Beverlys in Midway, I hesitated about getting florist so far away. But it was definitely one of the best decisions we made. Beverly is wonderful to work with. She took plenty of time and listened to what we wanted. She is incredibly creative, gave us tons of ideas and options. But she kept the 'look' we had in mind. She was budget-conscious (thank you Bev!) but nothing she did was 'cheap'-looking. She inspires confidence, and she deserves it. Wedding day at 8am, Bev was cheerful and on time despite the early hour and remote location (30 miles for her!). Then she cruised on over to the reception site (another 30 miles), where she set tables and instructed caterers how to construct a beautiful flower-filled cupcake tower. She even designed a floral hairpiece that stayed all day in the bride's boy-short hair. All in all, a great experience.

Bevely Williams of Beverly's of Midway Flowers and Gifts, not only can create beutiful inspired floral creations, but is unbelievably caring and thoughtful throughout the process!! She incorporated all of my ideas and added her own inspirations that really added the WOW factor! I have never seen a more beautiful bridal bouquet in my life! I would reccomend her to anyone!

I absolutely loved dealing with Beverly. She did a great job putting all the flowers together based on what i had in mind. Pricing was very fair but not a steal. Our flowers were very fresh and everything looked beautiful. They also came back to clean up after the wedding for us at no cost which was one less thing to worry about.

I got married in December, and I was worried about my budget, thinking that flowers would be more expensive in the "off season." I also wasn't really sure what I wanted for my bouquets or decorations at all, and worried that a florist would talk me into spending more than I wanted. After meeting with Beverly, my fears were eased! She is SO helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy! Not to mention patient, as I was so unsure of what I wanted it took quite some time to explain my "vision." She really listened to what I wanted, and where I was unsure she used her expertise to fill in the blanks. She came up with wonderful ideas for my brides maid's bouquets, and I ADORED my bouquet and the center piece she created for my ceremony. She was also completely mindful of my budget, and coming from a person who absolutely LOATHES talking money and crunching numbers, never once did I feel uncomfortable. I can't say enough nice things about Beverly; I highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Beverly did a truly wonderful job on our wedding. I had been to 5 meeting before I went to Beverly. I had done my research before I went to all of them. I came prepared with pictures, I was a Bride who knew what I wanted. When I met with other venders one said we could talk as the date approached, one told me what I wanted without ever looking at my pictures (she was way off), one gave me a book to pick from pictures (very cookie cutter arrangements). Beverly was different, she asked what I wanted even asked to see my pictures (I even took pictures of things I didn't like). She pulled out a book of flowers to show me the exact flowers that would go well with the designs I was looking for. She was honest about what would work and what would not. When I thought I wanted to change some of my flowers she sat down and listened again. I was beyond pleased with the results at the wedding. I could see myself in all of the arrangements. I have since used her for my friends birthday, and plan to use her again!! Also she worked with me to fit my budget. BIG PLUS for me.
