Beyond Details is hands down one of the best catering and floral design companies in Nashville. Their food is absolutely delicious and they go out of their way to customize your meal to be exactly what you imagine for your guests. The floral designers are some of the most talented in Nashville. Their decor is guaranteed to WOW your guests! As a wedding planner, I highly recommend their services. They are attentive, professional and are excellent with communication attending quickly to every detail (and Beyond as the name implies).

We used Beyond Details for our catering, and the food was absolutely delicious! Our wedding was initially in Nashville, but then we moved outside of the city for more relaxed COVID restrictions. They were able to travel to us for a small fee, and it was perfect. Amber worked with us the most, and she was kind and patient as we asked lots of questions (planning a wedding is hard)! It was important to me to have an elegant meal, and they pulled it off beautifully. Thank you so much!

AMAZING! I used Beyond Details for catering for my wedding and they executed a 260-person, seated dinner to perfection. Beyond just the flawless logistics, the food is superb. Brandy worked with us to create the perfect menu--customizing options and providing full tastings so we could get it just right. I was floored by the food day of and all the guests were raving about it. They even packed up to-go meals for my husband and me so we didn't have to worry about dinner the next night while getting ready to leave for our honeymoon. I could not recommend them more. Brandy and her team were absolutely wonderful. Brandy was not only extremely responsive, but helped our vision come to life. We were going for a garden party theme of sorts with a restoration hardware twist and she nailed it. she collaborated with my florist and the entire space just flowed. Their brass lanterns even matched! My mom and I are both interior designers so we had a very defined vision and I felt like Brandy helped give tow hard critics exactly what we wanted. She even asked me what food I wish I could have eaten more of since we were so excited during our little "just us" meal I couldn't eat and she prepared an entire to-go box for my husband and I and had it sitting in our get away car!!!! HOW SWEET!!?? To say the least I would highly recommend Beyond Details :)

Beyond Details was my favorite wedding vendor!! Brandy was so easy to work with and took the time to listen to my vision while providing valuable feedback. I used Beyond Details for our passed hors d'ouvres, bartenders, and florals and they both could not have been better. They took exactly what I wanted and brought it to life. The Beyond Details team also stayed throughout the reception to make sure everything was going smoothly and to help clean up place settings. They became like a second day of coordinator, making sure my husband and I were taken care of and had everything we needed. Another drink? They were there to bring it. Candle went out on one of the tables? They were there to light it. Beyond Details completely made my wedding what it was and I am SO thankful for them!

We fell in love with this venue the second we saw it. From the old fashion rustic architecture style the garden right next to the river and the waterfall. They have amazing rooms for the bride and groom for the wedding party to get ready in and the guys get an Xbox to pass the time while they're waiting on the girls to finish. They have incredible communication skills always get back to you about questions quickly and they are all super sweet! 10 out of 10 would recommend it to anyone! ❤️

Beyond details did an outstanding job on our October wedding. The props for the reception were wonderful, the food was amazing, and the florals were beautiful. Our coordinator was the best thing ever. Everyone there is very patient and helpful in making sure that everything you choose flows and comes together nicely. We visited The Cotton Warehouse for possible reception venue for my daughter’s August 2016 wedding. We loved it the minute we walked in and it wasn’t even decorated at that time. Todd and Jakob were both kind and wonderful to work with; however, Kaylyn Hinz was amazing! She was always very responsive to all of my questions, concerns, and walked me through my first child’s wedding reception. They helped me and my husband to give our daughter an incredible wedding reception. They took care of everything and I was able to truly enjoy the evening. Beyond Details also provided the catering for the sit down dinner and the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. Beyond Details made her reception absolutely perfect. We continue to receive compliments on both the venue and the food. It does get expensive the more options you choose but we certainly do not regret our choice(s). I would recommend The Cotton Warehouse and Beyond Details to anyone looking for a perfect wedding and reception or for any event.

Beyond Details does a phenomenal job with all their roles - food, flowers, and decorations. Beyond their tasks, they helped me establish and execute my own vision for the big day and they have taken such good care of us - always available and checking in. Our THREE month engagement was nearly stress free; thank you Beyond Details!

I had 7 months to plan a massive wedding and had no idea what i was doing or how to even do it... with a little ADD, running my own business and being a mommy trying to plan a wedding i would get overwhelmed and freak out.. Kaylyn was there every step of the way helping me plan a beautiful wedding. Even if she sent me 5 emails and i never responded (im terrible at that) she would find a way to get in touch with me so i wouldnt miss out in anything or panic over details. Jakob (the owner) was absolutely amazing with helping me make decisions. He has a wonderful personality, always making me laugh, serious when he needs to be and his whole goal is to make sure your wedding is perfect.. The food... holy moly of all the food gods.. it was AWESOME. All 267 guests at my wedding were in awe of the food. I have had plenty that asked me to get them a recipe for the meatloaf meatballs. So when its time to do the food tasting, go hungry, you dont want to quit eating... All this being said: this is the place to book your wedding. If you want people that care about you and your day, with a beautiful venue and amazing food.. THE MILL AT YELLOW RIVER is the place to go.. I kind of want to work there just one day a week to hang out with Kaylyn and Jakob now.. im going to miss their spunky selves 😆😆

Beyond details was our caterer and florist for our wedding. The arrangements and centerpieces turned exactly the way I had envisioned. Also, everyone loved the food! However, we had so many leftovers and they did not save them for us. They just threw them away without asking while everyone was cleaning up at the end of the night. When you spend that kind of money, it not only feels like a waste, but like you've been robbed. And, as the bride and groom, being so busy mingling and thanking guests for coming, we barely got to enjoy any for ourselves. Common courtesy would have been to set aside a box of leftovers for your customers or at least ask them what they would like to do with the leftovers.

You can never go wrong with the food from Beyond Details. My event was in June 2016 and my guests are still talking about the food. Everything was great. Lisa Wust was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. We changed things around (including the date) so many times and Lisa was very accommodating. I emailed, called and bothered Lisa so much. She did not complain and helped us with every detail. I truly enjoyed Beyond Details and loved working with Lisa. If you are looking for a great caterer, Beyond Details is the way to go.

We were married at The Cotton Warehouse in Monroe, GA in May 2016. Our catering and wait staff was provided by Beyond Details, and we also opted for some extra props, linens, etc that were coordinated through Beyond Details. We were unbelievably happy with the end result on our wedding day! Everything that had been planned and discussed throughout our long engagement was ultimately executed at our wedding. The food was incredible, and guests were so impressed with the selection. All wait staff and bartenders were very kind and attentive. Their prop selection was perfect for our event and really brought the entire wedding to another level. Because we were engaged and had the venue and catering booked for about a year and a half, we had a few different coordinators and points of contact. At times this could get confusing, but I would believe this to be a rare case. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Beyond Details and all members of their staff!

I should start by thanking Todd, Jakob, Nancy and Kaylyn, plus all the set up and clean up staff that made my daughter, Megan and a new son-in-law Kyle Edwards wedding day so perfect! There is a reason Beyond Details has won so many awards for their outstanding service! I was able to experience this for myself just this past April when I worked with Jakob and Kaylin. My wedding was beyond what I thought would be possible and completely exceeded my expectations. I can't get over how flawlessly they put the food and decorations together and how well they treated not only me and my husband, but all of my family and friends. They make everything so incredibly easy and went above and beyond for us. All I can say is WOW- I feel so very blessed to have met you all and worked with you! Beyond Details... Where do I begin? AMAZING!!!! The food was absolutely fabulous. We had people talking about the food for weeks!!!! The floral and linens etc.. that Jakob did were out of this world!!! I still look back at the pictures and I just can't believe that I was lucky enough to have this beautiful of a wedding!!!! Everyone talked about it for weeks..just gorgeous!!!! I can not say enough about Beyond Details and how wonderful they are!!!

We were thrilled with the amazing weddings Jakob Garner (owner of The Mill at Yellow River and Beyond Details-decorative/floral/culinary arm of the venue) created for our 2 daughters over 2 1/2 years. Yes, we were a repeat customer!! Our older daughter, Stephanie, was married at the Mill in 2014. She wanted an elegant, beautiful and romantic look and Beyond Details delivered!!! The ceremony was held outdoors in the beautiful garden area that fronts into the Yelliw River. The red brick facade of the Mill was the perfect backdrop. The flowers were lovely in shepherd's hooks hanging on the aisles. The couple were married under a beautiful wooden arbor. Cocktail hour was outdoors in the brick patio decorated with lanterns. Dinner was inside the Mill. Long tables were spectacularly decorated with beautiful florals, candles and votives. Cafe tea lights and cream linen long drapes were strung across the ceiling thought to create a romantic, magical aura. The salad was preplaced. The menu consisted of: filet mignon, stuffed tilapia, twice-baked potatoes, squash casserole, and bacon-wrapped green beans. The food was absolutely outstanding. Guests raved about everything. There was plenty of room for a dance floor and the band at one end. Everything was perfectly executed. It was definitely an affair to remember. And so, it was only natural that when our younger daughter became engaged, we would seek Jakob out, once again, to help us create another perfect wedding!! This time, we wanted to "change it up" and create a glamorous yet rustic"feel" to the wedding. Jakob and his very talented staff did another phenomenon al job. The couple was married inside amidst a stunning display of golden branches, crystal orbs with tea lights, cafe lights, cream linen drapery, large iron floor lanterns with candles, flower petals strewn along the wedding aisle, and a dramatic front altar area with floor to ceiling drapes flanked by birch stakes. It looked like a scene from The Great Gatsby. Cocktail hour was outdoors on the brick patio. Butlers passed o'er d'heuvres and bar tenders seamlessly filled guests orders. Dinner was indoors and the Beyond Details staff "flipped" the room to create an absolutely stunning visual fit for royalty. Long tables were outfitted in champagne linens with glitzy gold table runners. Cafe lights, golden branches and tea kit orbs ran throughout the room. The lighting was soft and warm and along with the large lanterns on the tables created a magical event. Tall glass vases with gilded Chinese sticks and hydrangeas completed the table decor. The menu was: filet mignon, crab cakes, twice baked potatoes, green beans with almonds, squash casserole and a huge display of desserts (key lime pie, cheesecake with strawberries, banana pudding, chocolate mousse cake) were served I large martini glasses. The dance floor was accented by a "club/bistro" seating area. Everything about this wedding was excellent and well- thought out. I cannot express how happy we were with both weddings. I would recommend, WITHOUT HESITATION, Jakob, Todd, Kaylyn, and the rest of this outstanding staff to anyone who is looking to create a statement memory event. These people are tremendously talented and caring. And the best part of all this?? We became GREAT friends with all of them!!! You can't do better than this venue or this group for your wedding/event!!!!

Beyond Details is an excellent catering and coordinating company. We used Beyond Details for our December 2015 wedding, and I couldn't be happier. The food at our reception was incredible, and the guests loved it! We chose tomato soup shooter and grilled cheese hors d'oeuvres, which were a huge hit! Our dinner of prime rib, corn souffle, green bean almondine, and roasted new potatoes was incredible. We have some leftovers, and I ate them for days after the wedding. So good! We purchased a credit at the "Found" store, and the props we chose were just perfect. Beyond Details also provided a GORGEOUS hanging aisle arrangement of branches and orb lights which wowed our guests (and me!). EVERYONE who came to the wedding or saw photos after have said it was just breathtaking! Thank you, Beyond Details!!

The flowers were beyond my expectation, they were gorgeous and Karrah was so great to work with, very flexible. She did a phenomenal job. We also used Brandy Dyer for our coordinator and she was beyond amazing. SOOO worth every penny. She met with us several times to get the details worked out and was emailing our other vendors to make sure everyone was ready for the big day. On our wedding day, I never heard of any issues and she just took care of everything. We had 2 plates of food waiting for us after our first dance. I cannot say enough good things about Brandy, she was truly amazing and I recommend her for anyone getting married in Nashville. We used beyond details for our catering too and it was so delicious. Wedding food can be tough because its produced in mass quantities but this was really amazing and our guests loved it. They have so many options and we switched a bunch of items to get the budget right and Brandy was so patient with us. Definitely worth the money!

Our experience with them was awful. BEWARE. In the contract you sign it states you can't give bad reviews. But no worries they have no problem breaching a contract. You will just have to replan your entire wedding. I have never heard of that happening before but have since heard about their reputation and business practices.

They made my wedding fabulous! Beyond Details paid attention to the details, made our wedding day design reflect our (me and my husband) personality, and were wonderful to work with. Tim and Jakob were flexible with our needs, were passionate about their job and obviously cared about making my day perfect for me. My wedding was in March and I still receive comments about how gorgeous things were and how awesome the food was. The food was DELICIOUS! I am so glad that we worked with Beyond Details. I will never forget our day and the love that was put into making it special.

Jakob and his staff took the time to really listen to what we had envisioned for our wedding and reception. They worked within the parameters of our budget to provide delicious food we could be proud to serve out guests. Wedding food is often underwhelming, even at the swankiest of receptions. However, people are still raving about the food at our reception (especially the mini grilled cheeses and tomato soup shots at our cocktail hour and the squash casserole at dinner). The food was served piping hot (not always the case at receptions I have been to in the past) and our guests left full and more than satisfied! Thank you, Beyond Details! We will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone!

So happy with our wedding at the mill at yellow river. It is a beautiful venue! We were well taken care of through every step of planning. Beyond Details really does go beyond details! Jakob was great to work with! The bridal suite is a wonderful place for bride and attendants to get ready. The food was wonderful ! Beyond Details exceeded all of my expectations. We used them to caterer our food and also do the floral design. The food was outstanding, many of our guest stated that it was the best food that they have had. Todd was great to work with. We have dietary needs (dairy free and gluten free) and Todd was very understanding. He was able to make our dishes with vegan butter and alternative milks as well as gluten free. Our guests had no clue since Todd did an awesome job making everything taste delicious! The carved turkey and cod were to die-for as well as the bbq chicken corn cups! The presentation was outstanding. Jakob has a true eye for design. We got married at the Trolley Barn which is a big open space. Jakob took our vintage theme and made it look gorgeous. He even made paper wreaths out of old sheets of music that we were able to keep. The mason jar chandeliers were beautiful. Amanda was our primary point of contact, she was very responsive and really helped to coordinate everything and keep things on track. Beyond Details will work within your budget to create the wedding of your dreams - I can't recommend them enough! Thank you Beyond Details for making my day stress-free and a memorable event of a lifetime!

On October 25th of this year our youngest daughter and new Son-in-Law committed themselves to marriage, thereby uniting two families for ages to come. The event was planned and held in a traditional style at the Cotton Warehouse located in Monroe, Georgia. What likely went unnoticed by all that attended was the exceptional way in which the event staff went about making everything look so easy. So much so, that if there were any unplanned circumstances they went unnoticed by all guests. In this day it’s refreshing to see service and professionalism as it was meant to be. Especially when elevated in a venue that is well appointed with exquisite decoration (which was handled by the staff) and has a soft glow of warm patina from a bygone era. And as in all Fairy Tales truly the stuff that dreams are made of as it should be for a proud Father. Thanks Guys!

Wow, Beyond Details is amazing! I had my wedding at The Mill at Yellow River and used Beyond Details for catering and floral design. The food was delicious! Jakob has such a great eye to make a bride's day very special! I was able to just tell him the colors and theme that I wanted and everything was more beautiful than I could ever imagine! His floral design talent is amazing. Tim, the Event Director, was awesome! His attention to detail made everything come together perfectly! Beyond Details provided wonderful food, and spectacular floral arrangements for three locations during my son's wedding weekend. Guests were so impressed with the beauty and deliciousness of what they provided. But the most impressive service was their attitude of wanting to work with the family's unique desires. In particular the willingness and creativity to use the bride's father's garden roses in the floral design was so appreciated. He was there for me from the beginning all the way through to the end of the night. AMAZING food, flowers, design pieces, and customer service! From booking this phenomenal company, we were totally satisfied. Our gourmet custom menu consisted of several different menu selections that pleased all of our picky eaters. I was so impressed with Beyond Details! We also had our event at their venue, the Mill at the Yellow River. I got married 2 months ago and I still wake up in the middle of the night dreaming about the squash casserole....so delicious!!! But seriously, I looked at a lot of different venues, went to a lot of different tastings and Beyond Details food was in an entirely different league. I still have people tell me that is was the most delicious food they have had at a wedding. Another huge benefit of working with Beyond Details is they handle all the design aspects of your wedding. Working with Jakob was like working with mind reader. I would describe a scattered thought on my vision for the "feel" of my wedding and he would be able to davinci code my comments and helped me refine my taste and develop a beautiful orchestrated experience for my wedding guests. They also designed all of my floral arrangements which were absolutely beautiful. I was so incredibly overwhelmed when I walked into the Mill and saw the entire vision executed with such precision and elegance. The whole experience from start to finish was really enjoyable. Jakob was always so responsive and I feel like I genuinely made a friend out of the whole process.

We do not live in Atlanta, so had to plan my daughters wedding remotely. Beyond Details was a lifesaver. Jakob was able to listen to my daughter’s hopes and dreams and make them a reality. They did both the food and décor. He walked us through the entire process and was quick to call back if we had a question. Jakob’s eye for detail saved us. The wedding was romantic and vintage. He combined family pieces with Beyond Detail props and flowers to create a very personal space, full of the bride and groom’s personality and passions. The flowers were dreamy. Way to go Jakob. Our guests were so impressed with the food. It was not your typical wedding fare: Mediterranean Torte, Shrimp and Roasted Peppers in shot glasses, Caesar Salad, Southwestern Chicken with yellow rice, 3 Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Tilapia, Carrot Souffle, Bacon Wrapped Green Beans, Southern Style Grits (big hit) and bread. Delicious and well presented. I want to give a shout out to Amanda and Tim. They were so attentive, making sure that the couple and the parents were feed and well cared for the entire evening. I know that we will look back on my daughter and new son in law's special day with great joy. It was perfect.

Brandy and her team at beyond the details are wonderful! From start to finish working with her as my caterer was a joy. From the first tasting to the final meeting to the reception was a great experience. I received MANY comments from my guest of how much they enjoyed the food and the way it was presented. Brandy and her team were a perfect pick for my southern style wedding! She really goes beyond the details when it comes to making your day perfect!

I am a Louisiana girl who got married in Georgia and Chef Todd delivered amazing cajun food for our wedding. Brandy and the whole team where great to work with and the price was very reasonable for the amount of food that we had.

I worked with Beyond Details for both catering and design. We met with Jakob in November of last year to begin the planning process. Originally, I had something very modern in mind, and Jakob created a design plan very quickly that I loved. After he visited the private residence where the reception would be located, he suggested that we take a more rustic and whimsical approach for the outdoor flowers. His suggestions could not have turned out better. The centerpiece flowers looked stunning. The tables were set up when the staff arrived, and they arranged the three different designs beautifully. Our guests loved the many unique options that Jakob came up with, including dusty miller and curly willow. Our photographer noted that the flowers complimented the outdoor venue. The ceremony design was a little more casic. We supplied the floating candles, and Beyond Details arranged different size cylinders throughtout the Chapel. We had originally decided that curly willow would also be submerged but I believe the staff noticed that the aisles were too thin. They were able to make the space look beautiful. The bouquets were all prepared on time. The mothers had individual roses; they were slightly wilted. This was understandable since the weather was incredibly hot and humid that day. My mother also chose to decorate the mantle in the Chapel. We were not orignally aware that this would be empty, and Beyond Details was very flexible with their supplies and any work that my mother did. Overall, i would recommend this vendor for any wedding.

Tifani helped me with my wedding catering through beyond details. She was very helpful and attentive. She was there the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend this catering company

Beyond Details BLEW MY MIND AWAY. When we first sat down with them, we gave them ideas of what we wanted. They were the only caterer to give us a menu of exactly what we wanted with a fun a creative twist of presentation. We were blown away from day 1. The food was OUTSTANDING. Every dish we served at the wedding was more delicious than the next. We have still had friends and family members tell us how wonderful the food was. The presentation was unique, fun, and inviting and went exactly with out theme. Our reception had 5 food stations, each with several items to consume. Each station had an attendant to serve the dish to the guests and each beautifully displayed. The servers were well organized, well dressed, and on the ball. They cleaned as the night went, and kept the tables looking good. The two best parts of the entire event were Brandy and Chef Todd. Throughout the entire planning process, both were accessible, friendly, organized, and very eager to please. It made our lives so much easier! The night of the wedding, BOTH were there, and Brandy was OUTSTANDING. She made sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted, from the display, to the service, to the layout and floorplan of the reception. She and Todd were great! This is a MUST try vendor for your wedding! UNFORGETTABLE, AMAZING, UNIQUE!!!! Thank you, Beyond Details! It was the wedding reception of a lifetime!
