o pick the perfect one, and we could not have asked for better. They were the ONLY vendor to ask what our story was: how we met, how we got engaged, what we like to do. I cannot recommend them enough! My husband and I live out of town and during a quick trip to New Orleans, Brock drove out from Baton Rouge to meet us, to get to know our general vibe. We spent the morning eating donuts, talking specs (my husband also works in video), and laughing. We felt like we'd made a friend, not just hired a vendor. The day of our wedding, Brock and Natalie were there for every big moment, making sure they captured everything. Most importantly, they made us feel SO comfortable, laughed with us, and encouraged us to be totally normal, and it shows. They really went above and beyond to actually have fun at our wedding and included a few surprises (THE DRONE SHOTS ARE TO DIE FOR, Y'ALL!) in our video. And let me tell you about the video itself!! It is unbelievably beautiful. It's so high quality, it could be a freaking movie! We've watched it countless times in the weeks since our wedding and I know it's something we'll treasure for the rest of our lives. We could not have asked for a better vendor. They're super responsive, caring, hilarious, and just comfortable and chill to be around. They'll capture exactly what your wedding should be: a reflection of you two as a couple. Too long, didn't read: NATALIE AND BROCK ARE THE BEST EVER! When people ask what the best decision or favorite part of looking back on our wedding is, we always say our video/videographers. They will go to new feats to get the highest, best quality shots. They are worth EVERY FREAKING PENNY and literally the best decision we made in our wedding planning. So many people gave us compliments, saying "I've never seen a wedding film like that before, it was amazing!" Not only are they gifted in filmmaking, but Brock is so personable. My husband and I live in Baton Rouge, so when Brock was finished with our video, we actually met up in person and chatted about all sorts of things for a good hour or more. Brock really cares about his customers and wants to make sure you are happy. The combination of their quality of work and exceptional personalities make them stand out from the hundreds of other videographers there are to chose from.The choice is a no-brainer...Go with BGP and you won't regret it! Our highlight film is the most treasured thing we have to look back on our big day. We absolutely love it!

The biggest complaint I've heard from past brides is that their videographer ONLY provided a highlight film (Six to eight hours of coverage for a five-minute product just doesn't make sense to me.) With Brock Gomez Productions, you won't have this concern....they're amazing and here's why: DAY OF: Brock + Natalie arrived early, dressed professionally and with smiles. They were like flies on the wall, always obtaining the best footage! Their presence was comforting and friendly. Even my husband commented on how much fun he had with Brock!! They worked SO hard and it showed in their final product. THE PRODUCT: Unlike our unhappy friends, when we received our product from BGP, we were ELATED. Our highlight film was incredible! And IN ADDITION, so was our documentary edit. If you're not familiar with what this is...Brock puts together a MOVIE of your entire day! For some reason, I was anticipating a "still camera on tripod" type film for our edit (especially the ceremony) but I was wrong. All of the footage was in chronological order, with audio, from more than one camera. We TRULY relived our day through the film. As someone who's documented over 200 weddings myself, I would strongly recommend Brock and his team to anyone looking for a videographer. For our videos, we really wanted to capture all the behind the scenes stuff and most of all the partying! Brock and Natalie were able to get the best nuggets and helped us relive our big night through the videos. They also surprised us with a video of our wedding party doing a flash mob dance - so epic! Overall I would highly recommend Brock and Natalie for your wedding/special occasion. They are very responsive via email and can hop on the phone flexibly (this was very important as we were in NY planning); they were accommodating, understanding and also authoritative in what would make for the best videos. This was key with all of our vendors - we wanted to truly trust the craft of who we hired. It certainly paid off - they know their stuff. Very happy with the end product (which was a culmination of how fun it was to shoot with them) and feel like we will keep in touch for a long time! You can't go wrong.

r wedding day and handed over the footage- WOW, was it so so much more!! Brock captured the most beautiful and sincere moments of our entire day, and has given us the gift of being able to relive all the emotions and beauty of our wedding day. We had an outdoor spring wedding, and the major stressor leading up to the the event was the ever formidable rain- and so of course, it came a down pour! It cleared up in time for our ceremony, but throughout the day every time I would see Brock he would just reassure me with this steady easy going attitude, and it helped calm my nerves. I had never met him in person, just knew him from a short Skype session we had, but somehow he managed to ease my nerves through jokes and laughs and just having a genuinely good time hanging out during all the preparations of the day. Not only this, but the way one thing we had spent months hoping to avoid (the rain) was captured in the most spectacular beautiful way in our video. The rain was a part of our day and made some decisions for us in regards to planning that we think absolutely turned out to be for the best- all of this was represented in our video in the most romantic way- the sound of the rain drops on our beautiful tent, and the symbolism we couldn't help but find in the way the rain passed and the sun shone on the wet, green, stunning landscape in the way it only seems to do after a spring shower. Also, we really let loose at the reception- maybe a teensy bit too much some could say- and we were a little nervous about how that would play out in our video. Our wedding day and night was the best, most fun day and night of my life- hands down. Brock was able to capture the sheer fun and joy of us celebrating together and with our friends and family- while keeping us looking great!! Any hesitation completely disappeared because we were reminded just how much fun we had and how blissfully happy we were! I am so so thankful Brock was recommended to us, and our highlight film is by far the most important keepsake from our entire wedding- besides my husband of course!! he was engaged Oct, 2013, and the date was set in the next 3 weeks. The accident was 7 weeks after she had gotten engaged to her boyfriend of 12 years. We met with Brock not even knowing if she wanted to go through with the wedding, we were both in shock and devastated. Brock showed so much empathy and professionalism with us. First, he assured us there was absolutely no pressure to book this at such a traumatic time in our lives. His words as i remember were, "I can save the date for you and at any time just call me and I will open the date up for someone else if you decide not to go through with it." "Please take your time with this decision and do not feel I will give your date away." That right there showed both of us his compassion for us and I knew he was not just another videographer or vender wanting a down payment and reviewing their policy for cancelling. I do not think he even asked us for a down payment until Amber made up her mind. Amber did make up her mind to go through with the wedding and I have to say Brock made it so easy I had to do nothing to prepare. The video is awesome and he captured exactly the highlights to not make it not boring. He and his staff were so professional in working with the other venders, family and friends. Several friends of Amber have said they wished they would have gotten a videographer after seeing her video. Brock, thank you for helping us during that year when we were both in need of your empathy, professionalism and no pressure attitude. The day of the wedding you and your staff brought such joy and happiness into our home before the wedding, during the ceremony and at the reception. The video is the best I've seen and I can't give you enough stars to truly show you how I feel about you and your services you provide as a wedding videographer. I definitely recommend this videographer not only for his professional video but for his human compassion as a real person at such a difficult time in our lives. I know my deceased husband, the Father of the bride was present in spirit dancing and loving every minute of the wedding. Brock added Amber's Dad's picture to the video at the wedding just enough not to bring sadness but let him be there and be a part of the "Big Day with his daughter." They were nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!! We had a few hiccups on the day, but Brock and Natalie joined in on the jokes and made sure to stress that they we will love of video. Now, lets fast forward even further to watching our video for the first time! The package is so cute, (I won't spoil that for you all), and the video was more than I could have asked for and expected. It is a filled with love and the best quality. Brock and his crew (Natalie) knew exactly what to capture to fit mine and my husbands personalities. It is very hard in my opinion to edit a film, but these two had it nailed down to a T!
