I work in Midtown and found Bianca's during a lunch time stroll through the city one afternoon. I went in to take a look around and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of jewelry offered in a quaint boutique style store. I loved the idea of supporting a family run business (they celebrated 50 years this year) instead of a chain of jewelers like Jared's or Zales. Allen Benzer and his team were exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable and most importantly they were not pushy in a sales sense. I left with a business card. I had spoken casually to my boyfriend about the store later that evening. Fast forward to almost a year later this month in October 2017 and my now fiancé purchased my jaw dropping classic engagement ring from Bianca's. One of things he mentioned to me was how comfortable he felt going into the store not having a ton of knowledge about engagement rings. He had briefly looked up the 4C's of diamonds on Google, but that was the extent of his research. He said the team was phenomenal at asking him about my style, and really walked him through the process of purchasing a ring that I am SO IN LOVE with and have gotten so many compliments on. Bianca's has a budget for everyone and they are always willing to work with you on cost. I will absolutely recommend Bianca's to friends, family and anyone who is reading this review. Allen and Anne were very attentive and helpful in guiding me through a multitude of choices in order to create a one of a kind ring for my bride to be. They were extremely responsive to my many emails, were accommodating to my schedule, and timely in assembling the final ring design. Working with the team at Bianca Jewelers was such a wonderful experience for my fiance and I, for both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. The shop is family owned, the jewelry is beautiful and every step of the way I felt like Allen and Anna cared as much about the ring as we did. They worked pretty fast, Anna promised us an impossible timeline to get this ring made and succeeded without a blink. When it came to choosing the diamond, we took our time, both Allen and Anna has so much patience as my fiance went through every diamond until we found the perfect one, they went above and beyond to make sure we found the right diamond We will be going back there for both our wedding bands as well as for any other reason we need jewelry.
