way since your wedding was quickly approaching, and were so happy that you loved your hair. In reality, your wedding reschedule did not fall under "Impossibility", as you knowingly chose a postponement date that we were not available, and then when we went out of our way to try to move people around on our end to accommodate your new date, even if we couldn't make it with your original stylist, you decided that you didn't want to do that, so you voluntarily cancelled the contract, which is completely a different circumstance. We were never combative or unfriendly, and always thanked you for reaching out and understood any concerns you had, and went above and beyond to give you a great experience; we have also reached out to ask why you felt that way, as we would never want anyone to, and you never acknowledged our email. We truly did everything we could to try to help you, even when you did not reciprocate the respect that we treated you with. We do wish you the best.

hen you limited the availability to 10 days (had to be between 8/9 & 8/19) for a trial appointments for 3 people, which is 6 services, even though we let you know we already had appointments booked and we were limited in availability for that large of an appointment block with only an option of those dates; but we made it happen. When our stylist had a medical emergency, we still encouraged you to come in for the makeup trials or we could reassign you another stylist, since it would be difficult again to get that large of an appointment block, as you only wanted a weekday appointment; you chose to wait for Kathy to heal, which was totally fine! Kathy went over many options with you at your trial for your hair, but unfortunately, what you were describing verbally was different than the photos you were showing, and she was trying to understand what you were visualizing. I personally also spoke to you on the phone, and we went over that as well, as you also sent new photos for inspiration, and we talked you through your initial set of photos and your new ones and the differences between all the photos, so that everyone could try to have an understanding for what you were visualizing, as at that point it seemed like you even wanted a different style overall. For your 2nd trial, you didn't wan to come to our studio and wanted us to come to you, which is something we totally can do, but as your home is 94 miles round trip from our studio, our only option where we had an opening big enough to do that was right before the wedding; there was plenty availability in-studio. Although we always are happy to try to accommodate add-ons, we could not accommodate yours when you told us a few weeks before the wedding because you moved your end time up 2 hours - there was literally nowhere we could schedule them. I let you know that if the services ran ahead on the wedding day, we would be more than happy to do their services at the time, but our priority had to be making sure we were scheduling enough time for the services we were already contracted for. In the event there was not enough time to add them, I didn't want you to have paid in advance for services that could not be completed. Your contract also states that add-ons are welcome at any point, as long as there is time & availability on the wedding day, which we no longer had with the 2 hour time cut. We are happy that your day-of services went well, and we wish you the best!
