Bianca’s process from the start was so seamless and easy, not to mention her cakes are BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS! Her online inquiry and payment process was so quick, and her response time was insanely fast, as a bride I appreciated it so much! We were planning to pick up the cake but had some scheduling conflicts, but Bianca was so flexible and was able to deliver the bake on our wedding day. The cake was so good, my husband did not want to stop eating it after our cake cutting! We were originally planning on freezing the leftovers as tradition but the cake was so good we couldn’t resist eating it throughout the week after the wedding. 10/10 recommend Bianca, currently trying to find an excuse to order more of her desserts!

Bianca was exquisite! Her passion and talent reflected on our cake. It not only looked amazing but it tasted incredible! She made our dream wedding cake come to life and she was very responsive, helpful and attentive to our needs! I can’t recommend her enough!

Bianca was amazing!! We had tried some of her desserts at multiple markets in the past and knew we had to have her as part of our wedding. She made our cutting cake and it was not only beautiful but delicious! We highly recommend her for any and all future desserts and would definitely love to have her desserts for special occasions again!

Bianca is an amazing baker. She will make all your treat visions you have come true. Any visions you have for your wedding, birthdays, etc. she will make it happen. My wedding cake, and treats were absolutely amazing! Thank you again for all your hard work and great communication

My husband and I highly recommend to use Bianca if you are looking for any kind of dessert! We used Bianca all throughout our wedding festivities - bridal shower, welcome party, and wedding!
Everyone was RAVING about the desserts! Even relatives and friends who said they aren’t typically a “sweets person” all said they enjoyed!
She always had timely communication and every dessert was delicious with the perfect detail! Thank you so much Bianca!!!

Bianca was amazing! I came to her wanting a Spanish tile inspired cake for our summer wedding and she absolutely delivered. My biggest concern was that the cake would be beautiful, but not taste good. Our cake tasted amazing! We went funfetti and were truly impressed. Our guest loved the cupcakes and the cake design. We cannot recommend her enough! She was easy to work with through out the entire process and there was no idea too big.
She also made taste testing easy, we lived out of the area and she made us a delicious sample pack to try in between vendor visits. We loved our desserts and love her.

Bianca made our wedding cake last October and I couldn’t recommend her enough— she is an incredible baker and the sweetest person. She was so helpful thoughout our booking process and promptly answered any questions we had. She truly cares about all of her customers! Her cakes are absolutely beautiful & delicious. I loved having her be a part of our wedding vendor team, she’s kind, responsive, and talented!

PERFECTION! Bianca was very responsive from the very first time I reached out to her on instagram. The cake tasting boxes were delicious and a great way to see the wide variety of flavors she offers. The cake and cupcakes turned out great and all our guests loved them (we ordered 160 cupcakes and had 130 guests, they were completely gone by the end of the night). She did a terrific job with the table set up and brought our vision to perfection! Highly, highly recommend!!

My experience was seamless the whole way through! She listened to my vision, provided feedback and suggestions, and then delivered the most beautiful AND delicious wedding cake and desserts on my big day! Bianca made our cake and cupcakes for our wedding in October of 2020 and it was amazing! Each flavor she made was so yummy. We did a mixture of flavors such as reeces, Oreo, snicker doodle, and red velvet and everyone absolutely loved the deserts! The designs were also so beautiful. Any idea you have, she can make come to life!

As Bianca’s very first bride, I cannot say enough good things about her. From her delicious cake to her exceptional customer service, B is the best choice by far for your wedding day. I quite literally begged Bianca to do our sweetheart cake because I didn’t want anyone else, I’m so glad I did because it was the perfect brownie cake & it kick started her baking for weddings. Bianca did my cake and cupcakes for my wedding and everything was so perfect! I wanted something different but, still bridal and she completely captured the vision I wanted. My wedding cake was an absolute dream, a light blush with these beautiful florals. From the cake tasting to the dessert planning, Bianca was a dream to work with and answered all of my questions timely and thoughtfully. She’s the best!

Not only was she so understanding and sweet, but her attention to detail for our cake was AMAZING. I don’t think there are words that can describe the experience we had with Bianca. Not only is she one of the nicest humans to grace the earth, she is creative, absolutely hard working and makes some of the BESTS desserts out there. You can trust me and my husband, we’re picky when it comes to desserts and even to this day, almost 2 years since we’ve had our wedding, we STILL order from her when we are in town. We love our Bianca and you will too, oh and her desserts as well ;)
