Their website is easy to access, and schedule an appointment. They are professional in everything from the emails to confirm my appointment time, to describing the easiest place to park for an out-of-towner. The shop is clean, eloquent, and has such a fun vibe. My consultant was Amber - she knew exactly how to handle me and give me the right amount of options... without overwhelming me. I'm SO incredibly happy that I was able to walk away with my dream dress. Not only am I still beaming from walking away with my dress but the overall experience. Thank you BIANKA Bridal!!!!! Kate

They paired my dress with a matching veil and I fell in love. Theresa took time to personally help me find my accessories and was able to order me custom earrings! I highly recommend going to Bianka to find your dress!

t dress I tried on. I was very happy that she did not even show dresses that were not in my budget. This salon was VERY clean, personable, and friendly. If i were to ever go back i would recommend Aleisha to everyone, she knew exactly what she was doing, and we were able to add a belt and a veil in to the order and still meet budget. She was great along with the few other staff members we ran into.

he moment I entered BIANKA Bridal I felt like a queen. Rosie had an entire rack of dresses pulled for me that were all my style. I found my dream dress within 15 minutes. Ordering my dress was a breeze and so was picking it up. I would absolutely recommend BIANKA Bridal to any newly engaged brides to be!

KA. Their salon is so beautiful and they have dresses to fit every budget. My budget was under $2,000 and I was trying on gorgeous dresses (some of them I tried on were only $1,100 and BEAUTIFUL). Don't think if you have a smaller budget that you can't go to a salon like this. The staff there is great and really care about finding you your perfect dress! Definitely 5 stars

e one getting married she looked at me in disbelief and told me I was too young to be getting married, asked me my age (22) and proceeded to tell me I was just a baby. I blew it off and went to the room to try on dresses (Hailey Paige). After trying on several ballgowns and mermaid dresses, my sister asked Rose if I could try an Aline dress. Rose then told my sister, mother and I that my waist was not thin enough for an Aline dress....my mind was blown that someone would say that to another. When I went back because I could not get over Blush by Hailey Paige, I requested to not have Rose, the girl that help me this time was very nice! I went back a third time with everyone, the girl helping me was again very friendly, that is when I said YES to the DRESS!! I would have given Bianka bridal 5 stars if it wasn't for my first visit with Rose because everyone else that I met working there was very nice, patient and friendly!

an cold vibe. The whole time the girl I was working with did not bring light to any situations and you could tell she did not want to be there.. wether it was for me or the job. I walked out and regardless decided not to go back for a potential dress because I didn't want them to even have my business. Beautiful space, and the people in the next room over seemed to be having an amazing time, but I, nor my party did.

m to wear a Hayley Paige gown on my wedding day! Overall my experience was okay. I guess I expected a little more for how far I drove. I tried on a Hayley Paige gown & fell in love with it the weekend AFTER the Hayley Paige trunk show that they had. I was on the edge about trying on more dresses or saying yes right then, partially because of the price. Amazingly they then offered to give me the trunk show discount (10% & free custom length to eliminate that cost of alterations) as long as I purchased it that day, which I did. I didn’t have my shoes yet, but knew the height I wanted & used a pair of their 3 3/4” heels when they measured me. The heels I ended up buying were that exact height. The day I went in for the viewing of my dress, I tried on veils and ordered my veil. After not hearing from them for a while, I called to check on the status of my veil. The woman I talked to had no record of me ever ordering a veil. Thankfully I had a picture of the veil & they were able to tell which one it was & rush the order, getting the veil in a couple weeks. Unfortunately, I had to pay about $13 to have it shipped to me or make the 3 hour drive just to pick it up. After their mistake I feel that shipping it to me for free would have shown better customer service. When getting my alterations done, even though my dress was ordered in a custom length, I still had to pay to get length taken off anyway because apparently the measurement they took was not accurate. Most of the girls at BIANKA bridal were nice, but a few were not particularly friendly. I chose to go through my local bridal salon for my bridesmaids’ Hayley Paige dresses & the service there was much better.

ecause they would be ordering the dress in my size. I waited five months after ordering the dress to call on when they would be getting my dress in - it turns out it had been ready to ship to their store, but they hadn't yet shipped it. Weeks later when I still didn't have my dress, I called the store and they told me that it had been sitting there waiting for me. I had never gotten any calls and wonder how long I would have had to wait to pick it up. When I came into the store to try on my dress that was supposedly in my size, it was HUGE. I had the staff re-measure me to prove that my size hadn't changed a bit and that they ordered the wrong size. They were very non-sympathetic and said there was nothing they could do and I needed to just get it altered. EVERY SINGLE SEAM ended up needing to be taken in and I spent a fortune in alterations costs. The seamstress told me she hears that a lot from Bianka brides. I would not recommend the customer service at Bianka. They don't care for their brides and aren't worth the higher prices you'll pay there.

esigners. It almost felt like New York came to Grand Rapids! The service was great and when I went in to try on my dress the stylist was amazing. She let me play around with my jewelry and helped me look at headpieces as well. The only thing I didn't like is when I tried on my dress for the first time another girl had the same exact dress as me. It was really awkward to see my dress on someone else, especially since it was my first try-on. Other than that they were great and I was able to find my dream dress!

Bianka Bridal had such a vast selection of designer and top notch wedding dresses that were well within the price range of every other bridal store I went to. They really listened to me and took the time to help me find my perfect wedding dress and I couldn't be happier. They had a wonderful in house seamstress that did a great job making my dress fit perfectly. I would recommend Bianka for every new bride looking for a beautiful and unique wedding gown.

to ship and takes 2 days to be delivered. When I didn’t hear from the store I called and Teresa had forgotten to release it to ship. This happened 3 more times! I finally got my dress just 1 month before my wedding. I told them when I would be in to pick it up and they had forgotten to steam it for me. The experience was stressful and frustrating and should have been instead of an exciting part of wedding planning.

it was the dress and I was starting to believe that I would have to just settle for any old dress. Bianka was one of our last attempts to find a dress and I completely fell in love with a dress there! Maria was my consultant and she was so sweet and pulled some amazing dresses for me. My dress came in quick! My dress was a bit too small in my hips which was disappointing and eventually I had to have it taken out by my seamstress- so be careful about was size they order for you. I would've rather had it been too big on me. My weight did not change at all from the time the dress was ordered and when it came in. I actually ended up losing 5lbs before the wedding and my dress was still too tight around my hips. Definitely work with Maria if you go here- she is the best!

I had length added to and it was very high quality and beautiful. ALSO my girls surprised me with the Hayley Paige bride bomber jacket and I am obsessed with it.. even now that I'm a wife I will be wearing it everywhere. It's super comfortable and cute. I had a terrible experience at Ali Nicole Bridal prior to coming here and she felt so bad for me she gave me a discount on all of my girls' dresses! Their customer service out shined their competitors. My only complaint is through their in-house seamstress who would constantly tell my ladies the dress I chose was very difficult for her to alter, she brought in the sleeves because she claimed they were too big, but she brought them in too much so they couldn't even move their arms, so then she had to take them back out. Some of my girls dresses weren't altered correctly and one was even missing breast cups?? She made two of my girls' dresses way to small that their clasp broke mid reception. I DO NOT CAST BLAME ONTO BIANKA, but I would never use their in house seamstress or recommend her.

on one attention from the sweetest girls who are incredibly knowledable and listen to you while also helping you in ways you didn't know you need helping. But other girls working stopped in as well as the owner and gave me personal attention that really helped solidify that I was making the right decision. On top of the amazing staff, their dress selection was absolutely gorgeous and I ended up with the most beautiful dress in the world!

I felt very frustrated and overwhelmed the whole appointment with numerous consultants helping me out besides just the one I had been given at the beginning. I didn't know who was working with me which stressed me out a bit. I didn't know who would be coming in and out to help in the dressing room etc. I tried on at least 10 gowns before we got the idea of what I liked. Overall, staff was kind but I didn't feel like I was heard out or that they got to know me and what my day is going to be like. I left empty handed and went to Renee Austin and hand an amazing experience!

Katia was so great to work with but all the girls there were so helpful and made me feel so important. I would hands down recommend this boutique to any bride, you won't be disappointed with Bianka Bridal!

They care about you more than just a dress sale, they want to get to know you, understand your vision, help you with advice or opinions with your planning because they genuinely care about their brides - we are not just a number to them, we ARE them. I could not imagine my wedding planning/engagement period without them and anyone looking for a magical dress and some incredible women, don't hesitate - get there asap.

moving to Michigan I was fearful of finding an amazing boutique that would ave the perfect gown. Upon meeting Lizzie R. at Bianka I knew I was going to "Say Yes to the Dress" not only is she awesome at what she does, she will help you find the exact gown to describe to her without having you try on tons, she stays within your budget and to top it off she is the sweetest soul and makes you feel like the most beautiful bride!!! Thanks Lizzie, you are amazing! The only negative in my review would be to management, aside from Lizzie and your other assistants with warm personalities, the rest of the boutique is a bit cold. No offerings of champagne or anyone wanting to speak to you. Please work on fixing this issue with your otherwise spectacular boutique! Thank you for the perfect gown and wonderful bridal assistant, Lizzie!

work with, and her work on dress was sub-par (seams not hidden, bustle did not hold up through the reception, stitching holding the lace started to snap). She continually complained that my dress was too difficult to alter. My bridesmaid's were all in Hayley Paige dresses ($280). The top of the dresses were held together with a clasp, and all 7 dresses had ripped by the start of the reception and had to be held together with string. Also, be aware of the sizing as my dress and 3 of my bridesmaids had the wrong size ordered (making for expensive alterations). Overall, I would not recommend going here. For the price of the dresses (both bridal and bridesmaid) I would expect much higher quality!

Holy Crap who does that to a bride after spending thousands of dollars. I had to go to Chicago where I found a dress. Please save yourself the hassle and fear!!! I was left with no empathy and a void no one should have to deal with,I over heard one of the ownersdaughter that works there said she wasn't sure it had even come in when they had called me, they were hoping it would have been in because it was getting so close.

were their last appointment on Friday afternoon so we had the salon to ourselves. Lizzie was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and pulled the gowns I told her I loved. She also pulled some that I never would have tried on but wound up loving! My group of girls, Lizzie, and Maria (one of the owners) all cheered as I said yes to my Hayley Paige dream dress. Thank you so much girls! You made my day a dream!

There were other helpers waiting outside the door while I was changing to take dresses from my room that I hadn't even tried yet. I am upset I spent time on a fun day at Bianka. I will not be recommending it to anyone.

The staff was very understanding and did not use high pressure sales tactics to try and get us to purchase. After visiting many stores we went back to Bianka Bridal and purchased the first dress she tried on. Sooo happy with our choice in dress and Bridal salon. We also purchased the bridesmaids dresses at Bianka Bridal, once again, they had the best selection and service. Thank you Bianka Bridal for making our Bridal shopping a WONDERFUL experience!

That dress turned into my perfect wedding dress. You will not be disappointed with the gown selection and customer service.
