I had a great experience at Bianka! The salon is absolutely beautiful with a great selection of dresses, and the staff helped me find the perfect dress for me. I received a call right away when my dress came in and was able to schedule my first fitting that week.

Bianka Bridal had a fantastic group of employees that will find you the dress of your dreams! I explained to Amber my personality and what I want to look like on my wedding day and she found a dress that even my grandmather liked!

Bianka Bridal was my first and only bridal salon I went to. I had an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back and look at bridesmaid dresses. I can't thank everyone at Bianka, and especially Aleisha for going above and beyond my expectations. My mom and I truly had a wonderful experience.

We were ten minutes late due to parking issues and traveling over an hour to the appointment, only to be told our appointment was cancelled and another bride was given our spot. We were rushed out, not helped very much and felt like an inconvenience to the employees. My daughter wanted to see herself in the big shiny mirrors and was told no because they were vacuuming...yes, while we were shopping still. I think we were reminded about 5 times that we were ten minutes late. They have nice dresses and cute dress shop, but not super friendly service.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I'm getting married in September and this was my first time visiting a bridal shop. A friend of mine recommended that I travel from Kalamazoo to GR to check this place out. I'm so happy that I listened to her. I was searching for an intimate, private, yet fun place to go and I found exactly that at BIANKA Bridal. Their website is easy to access, and schedule an appointment. They are professional in everything from the emails to confirm my appointment time, to describing the easiest place to park for an out-of-towner. The shop is clean, eloquent, and has such a fun vibe. My consultant was Amber - she knew exactly how to handle me and give me the right amount of options... without overwhelming me. I'm SO incredibly happy that I was able to walk away with my dream dress. Not only am I still beaming from walking away with my dress but the overall experience. Thank you BIANKA Bridal!!!!! Kate

I went to Bianka because I was looking for a Hayley Paige dress because I love her dresses. They worked with my budget and helped me figure out the style that made me look and feel my best. The ladies were all very patient and steered me in the right direction because the style I ended up loving was not like anything I had showed them. They paired my dress with a matching veil and I fell in love. Theresa took time to personally help me find my accessories and was able to order me custom earrings! I highly recommend going to Bianka to find your dress!

We have had nothing but wonderful service from Theresa and her staff. They have been so helpful in finding the perfect gown and accessories for our daughter. They have really made our visits a special experience. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this bridal salon. I went in with a budget and a pretty specific dress in mind. Aleisha helped me find the dress of my dreams. It was the first dress I tried on. I was very happy that she did not even show dresses that were not in my budget. This salon was VERY clean, personable, and friendly. If i were to ever go back i would recommend Aleisha to everyone, she knew exactly what she was doing, and we were able to add a belt and a veil in to the order and still meet budget. She was great along with the few other staff members we ran into.

I have previously worked in a bridal shop so wedding dress shopping was something I actually wasn't excited for. I tried on numerous dresses at other salons and had no luck. From the moment I entered BIANKA Bridal I felt like a queen. Rosie had an entire rack of dresses pulled for me that were all my style. I found my dream dress within 15 minutes. Ordering my dress was a breeze and so was picking it up. I would absolutely recommend BIANKA Bridal to any newly engaged brides to be!

I almost didn't come here to look at dresses but I am so happy I did! I was worried I wouldn't have that "feeling" and just know which dress I wanted but I did and found it at BIANKA. Their salon is so beautiful and they have dresses to fit every budget. My budget was under $2,000 and I was trying on gorgeous dresses (some of them I tried on were only $1,100 and BEAUTIFUL). Don't think if you have a smaller budget that you can't go to a salon like this. The staff there is great and really care about finding you your perfect dress! Definitely 5 stars

The first time I went to try on dresses was at Bianka bridal. I went with my mother and sister and when I walked in Rose asked who the bride was and I said me. When I said I was the one getting married she looked at me in disbelief and told me I was too young to be getting married, asked me my age (22) and proceeded to tell me I was just a baby. I blew it off and went to the room to try on dresses (Hailey Paige). After trying on several ballgowns and mermaid dresses, my sister asked Rose if I could try an Aline dress. Rose then told my sister, mother and I that my waist was not thin enough for an Aline dress....my mind was blown that someone would say that to another. When I went back because I could not get over Blush by Hailey Paige, I requested to not have Rose, the girl that help me this time was very nice! I went back a third time with everyone, the girl helping me was again very friendly, that is when I said YES to the DRESS!! I would have given Bianka bridal 5 stars if it wasn't for my first visit with Rose because everyone else that I met working there was very nice, patient and friendly!

I walked into Bianka very excited to try on dresses. It was a beautiful looking salon with so many dresses. I was asked who I was to be checked in and immediately was greeted with an cold vibe. The whole time the girl I was working with did not bring light to any situations and you could tell she did not want to be there.. wether it was for me or the job. I walked out and regardless decided not to go back for a potential dress because I didn't want them to even have my business. Beautiful space, and the people in the next room over seemed to be having an amazing time, but I, nor my party did.

I traveled roughly 3 hours to visit BIANKA bridal because the bridal salon in my town does not carry Hayley Paige bridal gowns, only Hayley Paige bridesmaid dresses. It was my dream to wear a Hayley Paige gown on my wedding day! Overall my experience was okay. I guess I expected a little more for how far I drove. I tried on a Hayley Paige gown & fell in love with it the weekend AFTER the Hayley Paige trunk show that they had. I was on the edge about trying on more dresses or saying yes right then, partially because of the price. Amazingly they then offered to give me the trunk show discount (10% & free custom length to eliminate that cost of alterations) as long as I purchased it that day, which I did. I didn’t have my shoes yet, but knew the height I wanted & used a pair of their 3 3/4” heels when they measured me. The heels I ended up buying were that exact height. The day I went in for the viewing of my dress, I tried on veils and ordered my veil. After not hearing from them for a while, I called to check on the status of my veil. The woman I talked to had no record of me ever ordering a veil. Thankfully I had a picture of the veil & they were able to tell which one it was & rush the order, getting the veil in a couple weeks. Unfortunately, I had to pay about $13 to have it shipped to me or make the 3 hour drive just to pick it up. After their mistake I feel that shipping it to me for free would have shown better customer service. When getting my alterations done, even though my dress was ordered in a custom length, I still had to pay to get length taken off anyway because apparently the measurement they took was not accurate. Most of the girls at BIANKA bridal were nice, but a few were not particularly friendly. I chose to go through my local bridal salon for my bridesmaids’ Hayley Paige dresses & the service there was much better.

I ended up purchasing my wedding dress at Bianka. I was hesitant to buy a dress that was a little outside my budget, but the staff reassured me that alteration costs would be low because they would be ordering the dress in my size. I waited five months after ordering the dress to call on when they would be getting my dress in - it turns out it had been ready to ship to their store, but they hadn't yet shipped it. Weeks later when I still didn't have my dress, I called the store and they told me that it had been sitting there waiting for me. I had never gotten any calls and wonder how long I would have had to wait to pick it up. When I came into the store to try on my dress that was supposedly in my size, it was HUGE. I had the staff re-measure me to prove that my size hadn't changed a bit and that they ordered the wrong size. They were very non-sympathetic and said there was nothing they could do and I needed to just get it altered. EVERY SINGLE SEAM ended up needing to be taken in and I spent a fortune in alterations costs. The seamstress told me she hears that a lot from Bianka brides. I would not recommend the customer service at Bianka. They don't care for their brides and aren't worth the higher prices you'll pay there.

It was a great experience at Bianka Bridal. They were the only bridal salon that had drop waist ballgowns. They only had two, but I found my one! I love that they have higher end designers. It almost felt like New York came to Grand Rapids! The service was great and when I went in to try on my dress the stylist was amazing. She let me play around with my jewelry and helped me look at headpieces as well. The only thing I didn't like is when I tried on my dress for the first time another girl had the same exact dress as me. It was really awkward to see my dress on someone else, especially since it was my first try-on. Other than that they were great and I was able to find my dream dress!

I bought my wedding dress, earrings and veil from here. My dress consultant, Lizzie, was so so helpful and truly understood my vision and was so patient with me as I tried on dozens of dresses. The dress I chose was absolutely beautiful and I constantly get compliments on how unique and beautiful it is. Bianka Bridal had such a vast selection of designer and top notch wedding dresses that were well within the price range of every other bridal store I went to. They really listened to me and took the time to help me find my perfect wedding dress and I couldn't be happier. They had a wonderful in house seamstress that did a great job making my dress fit perfectly. I would recommend Bianka for every new bride looking for a beautiful and unique wedding gown.

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR A DRESS! The new owner and manager Teresa is horrible. They ruined the excitement of getting my dress with the horrible service. I was told my dress was ready to ship and takes 2 days to be delivered. When I didn’t hear from the store I called and Teresa had forgotten to release it to ship. This happened 3 more times! I finally got my dress just 1 month before my wedding. I told them when I would be in to pick it up and they had forgotten to steam it for me. The experience was stressful and frustrating and should have been instead of an exciting part of wedding planning.

I searched high and low for a wedding dress. Honestly I probably tried on over 100 dresses before coming to Bianka. Everyone had told me that when I found the dress I would "know" it was the dress and I was starting to believe that I would have to just settle for any old dress. Bianka was one of our last attempts to find a dress and I completely fell in love with a dress there! Maria was my consultant and she was so sweet and pulled some amazing dresses for me. My dress came in quick! My dress was a bit too small in my hips which was disappointing and eventually I had to have it taken out by my seamstress- so be careful about was size they order for you. I would've rather had it been too big on me. My weight did not change at all from the time the dress was ordered and when it came in. I actually ended up losing 5lbs before the wedding and my dress was still too tight around my hips. Definitely work with Maria if you go here- she is the best!

I found my bridesmaid dresses here at Bianka Bridal. The Hayley Paige dress I chose was STUNNING on every single one of my ladies. I also bought my veil through Bianka Bridal which I had length added to and it was very high quality and beautiful. ALSO my girls surprised me with the Hayley Paige bride bomber jacket and I am obsessed with it.. even now that I'm a wife I will be wearing it everywhere. It's super comfortable and cute. I had a terrible experience at Ali Nicole Bridal prior to coming here and she felt so bad for me she gave me a discount on all of my girls' dresses! Their customer service out shined their competitors. My only complaint is through their in-house seamstress who would constantly tell my ladies the dress I chose was very difficult for her to alter, she brought in the sleeves because she claimed they were too big, but she brought them in too much so they couldn't even move their arms, so then she had to take them back out. Some of my girls dresses weren't altered correctly and one was even missing breast cups?? She made two of my girls' dresses way to small that their clasp broke mid reception. I DO NOT CAST BLAME ONTO BIANKA, but I would never use their in house seamstress or recommend her.

Had Allyson as my consultant as she was AMAZING!!! This was the only salon that made me feel like the Say yes to the dress tv show. Dresses are more on the higher end which was unfortunate but If you’re looking for something with a higher budget, this is the place!!

I had an amazing experience here! I was one of those brides that like too many things to make a decision, and Elizabeth really pointed me in the right direction! I felt like she listen to things things I had in mind and helped me find a a beautiful dress! The whole team there was sweet and supportive. I'd definitely recommend if you want a dreamy dress shopping experience!

I cannot say enough great things about Bianka's. They gave me the most magical experience of my life and made the process everything I could have hoped for. Not only do you get one on one attention from the sweetest girls who are incredibly knowledable and listen to you while also helping you in ways you didn't know you need helping. But other girls working stopped in as well as the owner and gave me personal attention that really helped solidify that I was making the right decision. On top of the amazing staff, their dress selection was absolutely gorgeous and I ended up with the most beautiful dress in the world!

I didn't have a great experience. Being a part of the wedding industry, and having tried on dresses at previous salons I had a bit of a vision coming in of what I wanted. My consultant was very kind and sweet but I felt like she wasn't quite listening to my vision. I felt very frustrated and overwhelmed the whole appointment with numerous consultants helping me out besides just the one I had been given at the beginning. I didn't know who was working with me which stressed me out a bit. I didn't know who would be coming in and out to help in the dressing room etc. I tried on at least 10 gowns before we got the idea of what I liked. Overall, staff was kind but I didn't feel like I was heard out or that they got to know me and what my day is going to be like. I left empty handed and went to Renee Austin and hand an amazing experience!

I had the best experience with Bianka Bridal when I was looking for my wedding gown! Every part of this process, from scheduling to purchasing my gown was smooth and exceeded all expectations. They had such unique and beautiful wedding gowns which made this boutique stick out to me compared to others. Katia was so great to work with but all the girls there were so helpful and made me feel so important. I would hands down recommend this boutique to any bride, you won't be disappointed with Bianka Bridal!

Bianka bridal is such a fantastic shop. I recommend all my girlfriends to go there that are looking. They made me feel SO beautiful! The dress they found for me was just absolutely gorgeous, and truly one of a kind. Which is exactly what I wanted ❤️ The compliments I got on my dress all night was that it's classic, and different!!! I would never have found a dress like that anywhere else. The only word that comes to mind when I think about my experience at Bianka Bridal is WOW. The ladies there really do want to help you find the dress that makes you feel the most beautiful and I think that's so amazing. I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars!!!

BIANKA Bridal truly made my entire wedding dress shopping experience AMAZING! I could not have asked for anything more. The entire staff treated me like a queen. Where do I even start? BIANKA Bridal honestly made my entire engagment better. They are some of the kindest, funniest, most supportive and HELPFUL women I've met. I thank the stars above for directing me to them just for my Hayley dress but instead I found a group of about 5 women who are now my friends. They care about you more than just a dress sale, they want to get to know you, understand your vision, help you with advice or opinions with your planning because they genuinely care about their brides - we are not just a number to them, we ARE them. I could not imagine my wedding planning/engagement period without them and anyone looking for a magical dress and some incredible women, don't hesitate - get there asap.

Bianka Bridal has amazing gowns from amazing designers. The most unique, gorgeous gowns you will find in the area (or anywhere within a 2 hour+ radius!). Coming from New Jersey and moving to Michigan I was fearful of finding an amazing boutique that would ave the perfect gown. Upon meeting Lizzie R. at Bianka I knew I was going to "Say Yes to the Dress" not only is she awesome at what she does, she will help you find the exact gown to describe to her without having you try on tons, she stays within your budget and to top it off she is the sweetest soul and makes you feel like the most beautiful bride!!! Thanks Lizzie, you are amazing! The only negative in my review would be to management, aside from Lizzie and your other assistants with warm personalities, the rest of the boutique is a bit cold. No offerings of champagne or anyone wanting to speak to you. Please work on fixing this issue with your otherwise spectacular boutique! Thank you for the perfect gown and wonderful bridal assistant, Lizzie!

I had a really mixed experience. The staff was friendly, they have a good selection, but I had a HORRIBLE experience with their in-house seamstress. She was very rude, not easy to work with, and her work on dress was sub-par (seams not hidden, bustle did not hold up through the reception, stitching holding the lace started to snap). She continually complained that my dress was too difficult to alter. My bridesmaid's were all in Hayley Paige dresses ($280). The top of the dresses were held together with a clasp, and all 7 dresses had ripped by the start of the reception and had to be held together with string. Also, be aware of the sizing as my dress and 3 of my bridesmaids had the wrong size ordered (making for expensive alterations). Overall, I would not recommend going here. For the price of the dresses (both bridal and bridesmaid) I would expect much higher quality!

Set up a final fitting to pick up my gown and they "suddenly" lost my gown 3 weeks before our wedding. They offered no back up no solution. Rosy said it was my problem to find another at the boutique or she offered me to go elsewhere and would send me a check in the mail if they could figure out what happened to my dress..... Holy Crap who does that to a bride after spending thousands of dollars. I had to go to Chicago where I found a dress. Please save yourself the hassle and fear!!! I was left with no empathy and a void no one should have to deal with,I over heard one of the ownersdaughter that works there said she wasn't sure it had even come in when they had called me, they were hoping it would have been in because it was getting so close.

The ladies at Bianka are amazing!!!! They helped me find my DREAM dress with accessories, and made me feel like I was part of their family. Now that my wedding is over I'm actually super sad that I don't get to go there anymore. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

So excited to be a Bianka Bride! I knew as soon as it was time to plan my first dress shopping experience, that we had to go to Bianka Bridal as I am obsessed with Hayley Paige. We were their last appointment on Friday afternoon so we had the salon to ourselves. Lizzie was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and pulled the gowns I told her I loved. She also pulled some that I never would have tried on but wound up loving! My group of girls, Lizzie, and Maria (one of the owners) all cheered as I said yes to my Hayley Paige dream dress. Thank you so much girls! You made my day a dream!

I felt so uncomfortable at my appointment at Bianka. I literally couldn't wait to leave. I didn't even want to try on the rest I had picked out. The woman that helped me was rude to my mom and told me I was being ridiculous because I didn't like a certain neckline. There were other helpers waiting outside the door while I was changing to take dresses from my room that I hadn't even tried yet. I am upset I spent time on a fun day at Bianka. I will not be recommending it to anyone.

If you are looking for a wedding dress Bianka Bridal is the place!!! They have the best selection, prices and the staff is so helpful, professional and friendly. My daughter loved the first dress she tried on but, since Bianka was the first store we visited we decided to visit a few other stores before making our final selection. The staff was very understanding and did not use high pressure sales tactics to try and get us to purchase. After visiting many stores we went back to Bianka Bridal and purchased the first dress she tried on. Sooo happy with our choice in dress and Bridal salon. We also purchased the bridesmaids dresses at Bianka Bridal, once again, they had the best selection and service. Thank you Bianka Bridal for making our Bridal shopping a WONDERFUL experience!

I've been to Bianka twice and have enjoyed the people and the atmosphere. They are wonderful! The customer service and attention to detail went far beyond other bridal stores in the area.

My sister went in for an appointment today and it was a horrible experience! My sister expressed many times she didn't like the mermaid style dresses, however Katia wouldn't listen to my sister's request and kept pulling the same style. She was quite rude and after 30 minutes told us there were no other dresses. Needless to say, we will NOT be getting a dress there nor do would we recommend anyone.

Cannot thank the women of Bianka Bridal enough for my custom made wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses!

The BEST bridal shop in Grand Rapids hands down. With the perfect assortment of gowns and the most professional, attentive staff. I immediately felt welcomed upon entering the store, Katia (YOU, miss, are amazing at what you do!) was patient, and listened to me ultimately having me try on a dress that I thought I would never wear. That dress turned into my perfect wedding dress. You will not be disappointed with the gown selection and customer service. I cannot recommend this shop enough, don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Bianka was my first wedding dress shopping experience. I felt very very uncomfortable. Katia was helping me and she barely said two words the entire time. I was not in love with any of the dresses but liked one. She made me feel pressured into buying it. Dress shopping was nothing like I imagined but I bought the dress because I thought if this was what wedding dress shopping was like I didn't want to do it for another second. When I came back to pick up my dress I expressed my concerns about the fit. In the first appt I expressed how I liked the way the dress was tight and form fitting. I knew it was a size too small but Katìa never mentioned that the dress is actually supposed to just drape and that once my size comes in, the one thing I really loved about the dress would go away. When I expressed this to the girls at my fitting I was ignored and just told it would all work out. I called back a few days later only to have Katìa say extremely rude things to me. I was nothing but kind through the entire process and just wanted to be done with the shop. I ended up having a full day of dress shopping thanks to my mom who wanted me to have the experience most brides have and I did! It was wonderful and I found the dress of my dreams thanks to a wonderful staff at The Gown Shop in Ann Arbor. I took a huge hit on my dress from Bianka unfortunately. While wedding planning I had several companies who have worked with them also tell me stories about how rude they are and how they really dislike working with Bianka. There are so many amazing shops that deserve business... They do not!

Bianka Bridal made me feel special from my first appointment to even after my wedding day! From the moment I walked in I had not just one consultant but a TEAM of ladies helping me. The best thing about the team they have is that before anyone can tell their opinion they make sure to let you say what you as a bride feels and thinks. Throughout all of the steps of my wedding there were supporting me. Bianka Bridal even helped a surprise guest (my mom from out of town) make my first dress appointment! I was so shocked and grateful they made sure the most important person was there. They also kept up with me on social media and even gave love when My husband and I were featured in your The Knot for "Love Stories". I would recommend not only the bridal store but all of the beautiful ladies and dresses that come with it.

I came to Bianka Bridal to purchase my wedding dress. They have a very impressive selection of wedding dresses but I was highly unimpressed with the staff/ customer service. They were very opinionated and quite rude at times. They also lack bridal pampering skills that every bride should feel and experience. I did leave with a dress but not the experience I would have liked to have. They failed to tell me that my dress was coming in late and also failed to tell me when it had finally arrived. I wouldn't recommend them unless you are fine with a lack of customer service.

I had been to every other store in Grand Rapids, a few in Detroit and some in Lansing and didn't have nearly the level of customer service I had at Bianka. Let me tell you, they treated me so well here. They were able to borrow the dress I wanted to try on (another store wanted to charge me $80 to ship it) and it ended up being the perfect dress. I'm looking forward to trying it on and having it altered. Highly recommend.

I loved my experience at Bianka Bridal! I went into my appointment already knowing what I liked and what I didn't like. They listened to me and picked out the perfect gown. Initially I wasn't sure of a few dresses they picked out for me even though they fell within the guidelines I had given them. Once I tried on the Allessandra Rinaudo gown, I knew it was the one. I would recommend Bianka Bridal to any bride!!!

After searching for gowns at several boutiques. I came across Bianka Bridal. There selection of dresses paired with there friendly and knowledgeable staff was a great experience. I found the perfect dress my first visit, definitely the best bridal shop around this area.

I came into this gorgeous bridal shop in February of 2016. I had been to a lot of bridal shops who just weren't seeing my vision and kept showing me things that they wanted to see me in rather than listen to what I wanted to see on myself . However, Maria from Bianka listened. She understood what I wanted and she actually connected with my mother and I on a level that was so real and pure kindness that I felt like she knew us. She pulled dresses I described and their selection was so amazing , it was difficult to decide! Then, I found MY dress. I put it on and I felt so stunning and beautiful! Instead of just saying "do you like it?""what do you think?" she asked me " how do you feel?" She made me cry because of how genuine she was asking that question. I will recommend this place to any future bride who wants to experience the feeling I felt! The Bianka experience.

I absolutely loved the dress I picked out for my wedding day on July 9. I had gone into Bianka Bridal thinking I knew what I wanted and left with a completely different dress I had no idea I would love so much. The fitting room was spacious and the assistant was so helpful and sweet. I couldn't ask for a better wedding dress!

These ladies were top notch and I'm so happy I got my dress there. The studio is absolutely adorable and they do a great job of helping you select dresses that match your style/taste -- they have a LOT of different ones there so it seems like everyone could find one. They had great customer service even up to our wedding day. They steamed and hand delivered my dress and veil downtown GR and made sure everything was all set on the day of the wedding. Great ladies to work with!

The dresses at this salon are FAR more beautiful than the rest of the salons anywhere near Grand Rapids. All designers carried by Bianka are high quality and you can tell when putting them on. I had gone dress shopping in January and found a dress I had liked. The staff at Bianka was more than accommodating while I took months to make up my mind about it and went in to try it on with different audiences multiple times. They also made sure the dress was within my budget since I loved it so much. Their jewelry options are fabulous. My earrings were perfect with my ivory gown and shimmered like crazy!
