Bibbentuckers The Dry Cleaner

I've used Bibbentucker for other dry cleaning services and never knew that they also did alterations and dry cleaning for wedding dresses. Customer service was great, prices were expected and fair and location made it easy for me.

At the end of my wedding night, I had mud at the bottom of my dress because it rained the day of our wedding and we had an outdoor ceremony, so I was worried it would stain my dress after being on there all day and night, but when I picked my dress up it looked better than it did on my wedding day! It made me want to re-do our entire wedding! :))

i hardly ever go to the cleaners-i try to avoid buying anything that has to be dry cleaned, so since we live near this company, i decided to bring my dress here. luckily my dress was so simple, they charged me the "formal gown" fee instead of the $500 wedding gown cost. However, they told me it would be ready on a certain day, and that day was even on my receipt. when i go there to pick it up, they said it won't be for 3 more days. and i had to get this done before, not after, my wedding. i needed the wrinkles pressed out of it since it was shipped from outside the country. anyways, that's why it was such a big deal for me to get it back on time. my husband ended up going there and arguing with the manager..in the end, the dress was cleaned and pressed within the next day, free of charge...that's why they get the 2 stars instead of one. :)
