as so simple, they charged me the "formal gown" fee instead of the $500 wedding gown cost. However, they told me it would be ready on a certain day, and that day was even on my receipt. when i go there to pick it up, they said it won't be for 3 more days. and i had to get this done before, not after, my wedding. i needed the wrinkles pressed out of it since it was shipped from outside the country. anyways, that's why it was such a big deal for me to get it back on time. my husband ended up going there and arguing with the manager..in the end, the dress was cleaned and pressed within the next day, free of charge...that's why they get the 2 stars instead of one. :)
