A beautiful hand-painted Italian gelato cart full of Brooklyn's finest artisanal gelato!
Biddrina Gelato is the newest venture from the restaurant team behind neighborhood mainstay Locanda Vini e Olii in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Chef/owner Michele Baldacci, born and raised outside of Florence, travelled back to his home city to study under famed Tuscan gelato maker, Sylvana Vivoli, and returned with the know-how to make what an Eater editor recently called "the standard by which I should judge all other gelato in the city".
The gelato is made in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients, many imported from Italy. The flavors strike a perfect balance between traditional single-ingredient Italian-style and New World innovation. With flavors like Turmeric & Amarena Cherry, or Dark Chocolate with Cardamom & Orange Marmalade, or Olive Oil topped with Toasted Breadcrumbs, Biddrina Gelato is the perfect unique culinary experience to round out your special event!
The cart holds up to five flavors, and you can choose from a wide selection of both classic and plant-based options. The team is even open to collaborating with you on special custom flavors!
