We had Big Al’s Cookie Bars as our late-night snack at our wedding, and it was honestly one of our favorite little touches of the night! After a long night of celebrating and dancing, having warm, delicious cookie bars for everyone was absolutely perfect.
Our guests LOVED them — we had so many people tell us how good they were, and seeing everyone grab a cookie bar on their way back to the dance floor made us so happy. 🍪

Based in Novi, MI, we specialize in Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, Snickerdoodle, Red Velvet and M&M, our secret lies in the bake; by using pans instead of sheets, we ensure a perfect distribution of heat that creates a crisp, golden crust mixed with a signature soft center. Whether we’re catering a wedding, or wedding shower, we bring a level of quality that sets us apart from the traditional cookie crowd. Because our bars are baked in pans and hand-cut into generous squares, we live by a simple promise that defines our work ethic and our product: "We don't cut corners."

Big Al’s Cookie Bars started when I set out to perfect a homemade cookie bar recipe in our family kitchen. My older brother, Nick, instantly became my number one customer, requesting batch after batch. Before long, our entire family was hooked on the thick, soft-centered bars, and we had an epiphany: we needed to turn this family favorite into a real business.
Nick made the leap from my top customer to my co-founder to help launch Big Al's Cookie Bars. Today, we run the business together as a two-brother team.
