nnifer. With our wedding approaching (and feeling dissatisfied with the florist we were working with), I asked Jennifer if they did weddings. She immediately got excited and offered to take me to the office that very second to discuss! In my first meeting with Jennifer I knew we had to work together! She is enthusiastic, hilarious, and talented. Jennifer felt like an old friend from the first time I met her. I showed her a few pictures and explained what I had in mind and she immediately got my vision. In fact, she not only understood my vision, but made it better! When I walked into our venue the day of the wedding, I was completely blown away! Jennifer and the team had completely exceeded my expectations! Let's be honest, most people don't remember the flowers/centerpieces at weddings. Well, at our wedding we had RAVE reviews about the flowers, lighting, and centerpieces! I should also mention that Jennifer did a million little things to make the process easier for us! She allowed us to store wedding materials at the shop and then transported them to the venue so we didn't have to worry about it, she volunteered to make some chalkboard signs for me to take something off my plate (and she did a much better job than I would have!), she even wrote out all of our place cards! It doesn't get much better than that! I recommend Jennifer and Big Apple Florist without hesitation and cannot wait until I have another excuse to work with them!

they forgot one of the boutonnieres, I ordered and paid for 9 and only received 8, and because my wedding was on a Sunday the store was closed and no one was available to resolve this. I ended up taking one flower out of my bouquet to give it out to one of our groomsmen. No one ever called after the event to see how everything went. It wasn't a personable experience. They weren't informative and didn't contact me much.

or my wedding flowers. Jennifer and Ashley made great suggestions and brought every concept to life. Their excitement to create my centerpieces, bouquets, etc made it easy to work with them and kept me at ease throughout the process. They were always accessible for meetings or questions via email. They are so talented at Big Apple Florist. Truly a great experience!
