Food was DELICIOUS. Wedding day went smoothly and John did a great job. Highly recommended.

The food was amazing!! We received so many compliments from our guests and other vendors on how good the food was! Our rehearsal dinner was also held at one of their restaurants, Big Fish and the food then was incredible! Couldn't be happier with the food and service! Highly, highly recommend!!

nt business. He knows what needs to be done and how to do it. Not only that, he is an amazing chef and his passion for cooking really comes through. This isn't wedding food, this is fine dining food. It was very affordable too, I think we were under $80 a person, including hand-passed appetizers and a top shelf bar. He also put together a fantastic children's buffet. Our only regret is that we were too busy at our wedding to sit down and really enjoy the meal!
