Very reasonable price compared to other shuttle companies. The bus was clean and arrived on time, but communication could be better. There was an instance where it was thought the ...
shuttle driver had to make another trip to the hotel which delayed our ceremony. Come to find out he wasn't making another trip- they drove themselves. Also when trying to confirm details a few weeks before the wedding, I called the number on the website numerous times and wrote an email with no response. I finally found another number and got a hold of someone. Overall, it got people to and from the venue safely, but communication is definitely lacking.
Fair rate compared to other vendors. Clean shuttle, arrived on time. Would have been better experience but the driver forgot to come back to the venue to pick up the last group of ...
people at the end of the night. Another driver had to be dispatched resulting in an hour + wait time for those guests. Communication could definitely be better.
We had a last minute request on a day we found out was booked solid. Jason, managed to find a solution that worked within all our specifications- including budget. They were timely...
, accessible and extremely helpful. We had a concern about a charge, but Jason went above and beyond to correct the issue without hesitation and was nicer than anticipated. Overall, great experience and would book through them again.
Greg was easy to work with and flexible with a last minute change of schedule on the day of our wedding. Their shuttles are reasonably priced and were a good alternative for us whe...
n we did not have any other options. Some of the shuttle busses are a little older, but were comfortable and exactly what we needed to get our guests to and from our wedding ceremony. The drivers were on time and friendly.
We had a great experience with Big City Shuttles. The bus was clean and the driver was friendly. He picked he wedding party up at our hotel and dropped us off at the ceremony and...
then picked us up at the ceremony and dropped us off at the hotel. We were on time.
Great service. They were the best value around. Basic transportation to get the whole group transported together.
After researching many transportation companies online, we reached out to Big City Shuttles as they seemed to be the best cost option. This turned out to be a great decision as th...
ey were easy to work with on the phone and we were able to view pictures of all of their shuttles in order to pick the exact one we needed. They had shuttles of any size so we were able to pick the one that was best for our size wedding party (seating around 24). We used their services to take the wedding party from our hotel to the church, around town for pictures and dropping us off at the reception so that everyone could enjoy the day without worrying about navigation. It was a great way to celebrate with the wedding party right after the ceremony as well! We had a call with Big City Shuttles the week before our event to finalize the details and the driver was on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone for their wedding or special event!
We had a very disappointing experience with Big City Shuttle. To begin, the driver parked the bus right in front of the church as guests were still leaving. The bus was so dirty ...
and gross, and the driver was not presentable - belly hanging out from under his shirt, dirty jeans, hadn't shaved. You'd like to think the driver of a shuttle for a wedding could at least put on a pair of dress pants and a button down, but not with this company. This wouldn't have been as big of a deal if he hadn't been mingling around where all my wedding guests still were. Not a good impression. I then find out the bus doesn't have air conditioning - it broke the day before. Even though they knew it was a very hot day, had over 24 hours to make other arrangements for us, they still just brought us a shuttle with no AC. When I confronted the driver, he handed me his cell phone and said I could call to speak to his boss. Even though this was a very unprofessional solution, I took him up on it. Basically, we ended up having to use the overly hot bus to get to our first photo location, and then a new bus met us there to take us to the next photo location and the reception. We had to wait over 40 minutes, as he kept saying "10 more minutes" over and over. The new driver was very rude and also did not present herself well. I'd definitely make sure you know exactly what you're getting ahead of booking this company! We were not happy.
We choose to cut some financial costs in this area. Price was great, but the bus could have withstood a good scrub down. I was careful where I sat with my dress. If you're a pretty...
finicky bride, I wouldn't choose this unless you can be sure it's going to be clean! Maybe a better option for a bachelor party than a wedding party.
We were very happy with Big City Shuttles for our wedding. We were only needing a shuttle bus for a couple of hours, but we had a crazy schedule/timeline that I sent them ahead of ...
time. They assured me it was no problem, and they held up to their end of everything! Very professional, on time, and only required a $50 deposit upon securing the shuttle. The rest of the money was due the day of the wedding which made it convenient for us. They even stayed a little longer than planned due to us arriving at the reception area with no where for the bridal party to go (we had to track down our venue contact and the driver waited for us!). Very nice people and easy to work with.
