I couldn't ask for a better service. They set up for you and take it down afterwards. All we basically had to do was show up. I highly recommend them if you are doing a destination wedding. Our photographer was great. The photos were beautiful. The price for all wasn't too bad. It was well worth it for all that they do.

Every thing was great only thing I wish was that they would contact you more before the wedding.

I picked Big Day Weddings because of their website. They had beautiful beach pictures posted and they also stated they did weddings in Gulf Shores, Destin and a few more places. Since I wasnt sure where I wanted my wedding at I thought they would be perfect since they did cover the areas I was looking at. I contacted them and Spoke to Rhonda. She told me after she received the deposit they could help me find the venue and help me to my it stress free. I sent in my $800.00 deposit, and called to help get ideas of where I could have my wedding. Rhonda kept insisting on a public beach after I told her from the beginning, I wanted to be able to get ready in my room and walk down stairs to the beach. I did not want to get ready get in a car then drive to a public beach and have to look for parking. Rhonda was no help and kept insisting on the public beaches. After serval days of phones calls I finally found the perfect hotel, that even had accomodations for my receptions. I call Rhonda to let her know I had found the perfect place, only to have her now say they could not do weddings in Destin, that is was to far and they couldnt ask their employees to work that late. I had to remind her that one of the only reasons I picked them was because there website stated they did weddings in Destin. After being reminded of this, she had to call the owner and call me back. Rhonda called back to let me know they would do the wedding but would have to cut back on 50% of the items I wanted. I simply asked for a refund if they couldnt do they things we had originally wanted. But they said no. So I had to use them for the money I had paid in which was my deposit and 3 payments which was around $1700. I was not happy with them or should I say the business side of them. Big Day weddings made my day so simple and for the most part stress free. The set up crew was fantastic and on time. The reverend was so nice and personable. Highly recommend

Very professional, great to work with, they made the set up very beautiful, wanted to be a part of my special day. quick responces. They forgot my rose petal for the isle but quickly appoligized and refunded me to the product. The arbor and flower sprays were beautiful!
