We had a cold spark exit booked with another vendor that ended up not being approved with the venue - Big Dog Pyro came through 2 weeks prior to our wedding with exactly what we needed. Very easy to work with and so helpful! Made our grand exit look absolutely stunning, & the photos were perfect. A perfect exciting addition to our event!

We got married on 4/22/2022 and used big dog pyro for our exit and photo op at the venue we were at and I'm so glad we splurged on ourselves and included them. They made our night the absolute best and we can not wait for our photos and video. Thank you so much for everything!

Big Dog Pyro was a fantastic vendor to work with for our wedding. They came on to put on an amazing sparkler fountain display. The sparkler fountain made our night just that much better. All of our wedding guests we completely surprised by the moment and everyone commented how amazing the view looked. We worked with Carolina and her staff, and they were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We had to postpone our wedding day due to COVID and Carolina and her team were nothing but easy to work with and ensuring our future date was nothing but perfect. Big Dog Pyro was one of my favorite vendors for our wedding. They came on to put on the most beautiful, and the most phenomenal firework display I've ever seen (next to Disney World). The fireworks display made our night EVEN MORE beautiful. Many of our wedding guests even said they were better than most 4th of July fireworks they've ever seen. (Attached are some videos about how loud the crowd was!) IT WAS DEFINITELY AN ABSOLUTE WOW FACTOR!!! An important thing that I want to highlight in this review is that not only did they do an incredible job on the firework display, but I need to mention the fact that Carolina along with her staff were one of the best and most professional people I've dealt with. Our wedding day was postponed due to COVID and had multiple adjustments like times and venues since we first booked Big Dog Pyro during our first planning stages, and with all that, I did not hear one complaint or anything less than accommodating and making sure that they were delivering perfect service for us. As someone who was going through the stress of trying to plan a wedding through covid times that meant a lot to me and my husband!This company is the definition of EXCELLENT SERVICE. I just want to say thank you to Carolina and the rest of the Big Dog Pyro team from the bottom of my heart. You made our night absolutely MAGICAL and we are forever grateful for these memories! ❤️

Big Dog Pyro is the best in the business - hands down! They are so wonderful to work with and always provide the BEST product. I was married in February 2020 and booking Big Dog was no question at all. As a wedding coordinator myself, I knew they were who we needed for our cold firework exit and rose petal cannons on the dance floor! When working with Carolina and her team as a planner, outside of my own wedding, they are really great at making sure our clients get the most bang for their buck by adding more product for their shows. They always work with us and the photographer to find the perfect spot for viewing the shows and making sure the couples/photographers know where to be to capture it all perfectly. They collaborate on the timeline as well to ensure we get the most out of their products and everyone sees it! Carolina and her team also go above and beyond to make sure it all stays a secret/surprise if it is supposed to be! Basically, they just care about their clients, vendor relationships, and providing the best/most beautiful and effective product for each and every event. I will recommend them over and over again. I recently had the pleasure of working with Big Dog Pyro and they traveled to Katy, Texas, and created an absolutely spectacular fireworks display for our clients! Carolina and I were in constant communication leading up to the wedding day due to the chance of bad weather, but she assured that rain or shine, they would make it happen! Ultimately, the wedding day was rainy and required lots of flexibility but they MADE IT HAPPEN! The fireworks were such a special and unique experience for everyone in attendance and it takes an incredible team to pull that off. I highly recommend working with them!

We used Big dog Pyro for Cold Sparks at my daughters wedding, it was a HUGE hit. Carolina was very easy to work with and it all came off as a perfect surprise for all our guests. They set off the Cold Sparks fountains the moment the bride and groom entered the reception hall and were announced, it was a huge hit and set the perfect tone for a very fun evening. Who wouldn't want to end one of the biggest days in your lives with a personal fireworks show that put your wedding over the top and leave your guests saying that was the best wedding they have ever been to?!? Big Dog Pyro is the only company I would choose to make that happen. I have been in the wedding industry as a coordinator for 15 years, and when it came time to plan my own wedding, it was really important to me to choose vendors that I had a personal relationship with and who were among the top 1% in the industry for what they do. I never even considered anyone else to send our guests off with a bang our big day because of how phenomenal Carolina and everyone at Big Dog Pyro are at what they do. They went above and beyond to make our firework show and sparkler fountain send off the absolute best part of our day (besides saying I Do) and I can't thank them enough for the attention to detail that went into those two shows. Being able to stand there with our family and friends and hearing them say "ooh" and "ahh" behind us at they watched was (no pun intended) the icing on the cake for us! And, if that wasn't enough, getting to drive off and have the sparkler fountain go off down the drive way (this was a surprise even to me set-up by my amazing friends) was such a jaw dropping experience. Carolina and her team are the absolute best you can find. They turned our already special event into something absolutely amazing and unique. We got the confetti cannon to go off inside which thrilled our guests, totally blew everyone away. We then go the big fountain spray fireworks to go off by our get away car and a full fireworks show. I have never in my life experience a more spectacular fireworks display. And I'm so incredibly lucky we got to do it for my wedding and with this wedding. Big Dog Pyro did a fireworks show for our wedding on 3.30.19. I am OBSESSED with fireworks and wasn't sure that anything could live up to my expectations... I couldn't have been more wrong! We were literally BLOWN away by the show and the quality of the fireworks. We had multiple guests tell us that the fireworks were so good they looked like the City of Austin or Houston had put on the show for the 4th of July! We couldn't have been happier and felt like we got a lot of bang for our buck (pun intended)! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of our day and making it so special.... you helped create a memory that we will never forget!!! TL; DR: Hire. Them. Now.

We booked Big Dog Pyro to execute a surprise fireworks show for (my daughter) the bride, groom and our guests. The surprise was a complete success; executed by the Big Dog Pyro team in collaboration with photographers, videographer and wedding planner. It was a highlight of the wedding day and provided a big WOW factor to a fun evening! Guests, bride and groom continue to talk about the fireworks as a continuous “finale”. At Villa del Lago the fireworks fire up overhead and they feel “close to touch”. Carolina Moody Bear couldn’t have been more excited to be a special of our daughter’s wedding surprise. I can not say enough amazing things about this company. They are just amazing in every way, so professional and they stayed hidden for the confetti cannon so the guests were surprised when the confetti started shooting up in the air. Everyone that attended my wedding still talks about how cool it was and it really made the night. I also was lucky enough to have them set up some fireworks outside for our sunset photos and these photos were my ultimate favorites. Big Dog Pyro really is what everyone needs on their wedding day if you want something unique and spectacular for your guests to talk about for years and years. My husband and I tied the knot in May of 2018. Engaged only in November of 2017, I had my work cut out for me in planning our perfect dream wedding. The venue we decided on was the Gardens of Cranesbury View, and they allow fireworks on the grounds. To have the perfect wedding, we had to have fireworks! At first I was recommended to work with Starlight Fireworks. My experience with Tina was TERRIBLE. First it took her 3-4 weeks just to get back with me and touch base that she received my inquiry. Then it took another 3-4 weeks for her to send me prices. Then it's another 3 weeks as I wait for a contract. At that point, I was fed. up. Finally I told her that she was incompetent in getting back to me and that I would be working with a different vendor. She rudely replied THE SAME DAY with a very drawn out email WITH my coordinator. The Gardens of Cranesbury view respectfully replied that they will not be recommending her services anymore. My coordinator got on it and recommended Big Dog Pyro & Fireworks. I was so thankful when I had first spoken to Carolina. The same day I reached out to her, was the same day I received a promo video, prices, and the contract! I was thrilled! I called and spoke directly to her and was able to ask questions, she constantly was touching base with me, and keeping me reassured. By the time of the wedding, I knew I was in good hands. It was definitely a black and white difference between the two companies. Now, months later, I have beautiful shots of my hubby and I watching the fireworks, and it's a memory I will hold on to forever. Thank you Carolina, and thank you Big Dog Pyro & Fireworks. Wow! We are are so happy we decided to have confetti during our reception. It was amazing and definitely memorable! Our guests were amazed and everyone loved it so much. It made the night extra special and fun. The crew was easy to get in contact with, prompt, and well prepared. Highly recommend!!

Can you say WOW? We worked with Big Dog to have a confetti cannon and exit fireworks that were a HUGE HIT. The confetti cannon was an awesome extra that was super fun for our guests. The DJ made sure everyone was on the floor which made it perfect. The exit fireworks were also an amazing little touch. No one was expecting it but it was just a perfect way to end the night. They were easy to work with and super organized. Showed up on time and made it easy to pay! Loved :)

We had a confetti cannon and exit fireworks at our wedding. We kept both surprises for our guests. Both surprises made our wedding night! Guests loved them and still talk about them to this day. I wanted our sendoff to be something my husband and I, as well as our guests, would never forget. I am so glad I found Big Dog Pyro, because they definitely helped make my wish come true. We hired them to do fountain fireworks for our exit. I fell in love once I watched a video on their website (if you haven't watched it, check it out!!) It was definitely one of the coolest things EVER! We sat on the back of my dad's truck and as we drove through the driveway lined with fountains, they began to go off. The pictures are amazing and our guests were in awe, we were too!! Carolina was extremely professional, helpful, and so easy to work with. I am so thankful for Big Dog Pyro, I would definitely recommend hiring them for your firework needs! :)

Our guests were so excited about the confetti cannon that we set off during our dance party. We are still getting compliments about how cool that was! It was so amazing. Big Dog was so easy to work with and was so willing to coordinate with our DJ so that the confetti would fall at a specific point in a song! I couldn’t be happier with Big Dog!

Spectacular!! We used Big Dog Pyro for a surprise confetti cannon for our guests and also the sparkler fountain for our exit and boy was it AMAZING!! All our guests are still talking about our wedding exit and the confetti cannon was my fave! Carolina was really nice and so easy to book with. The confetti was a nice touch and made the last song even more special. Working with Big Dog Pyro was so easy! Carolina was responsive and attentive to all of my questions, and she worked well with my wedding coordinator to ensure that everyone was on the same page regarding any last details. On the day of the wedding, Carolina and her team managed to set up the confetti cannon without ANY of my guests noticing. In fact, I had no idea they had set up and were ready to go. All in all, I am VERY pleased with their work, and I highly recommend them to all future couples!

Carolina and the Big Dog Pyro team took such excellent care of us at our wedding! They handled all permitting and interactions with the fire department ahead of time and I didn't have to worry about anything. Their level of professionalism both before the wedding and on site was impressive, and they were so easy to work with - plus, it's easy to see how passionate Carolina is about what she does. The team even wore their shirts inside out so our guests would not see the logo and the surprise wouldn't be ruined! She took our vision and rocked it - our effects were just AMAZING and completely blew our guests (and us!) away (the jerbs are a must, and the overhead/close range fireworks were a HUGE wow). It was such a memorable finish to a wonderful evening, and I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone!! It's SO worth it, and you'll never forget it!!

We used BigDogPyro to help make our Wedding special, and memorable. They met that and surpassed our expectations 10000 times in every way – correspondence, execution, etc. They were completely professional, honest, easy to work with, and truly cared about making our wedding the wedding of our dreams and beyond. One thing I quickly realized while planning our wedding was, most wedding vendors did not care about working around our work schedules, responding to us in a timely fashion, or actually reading our emails thoroughly and answering our questions. While about 90% of the vendors we contacted fell into this category, Carolina at Big Dog Pyro was definitely NOT in this category. BigDogPyro’s replies were always prompt and detailed. Prior to the wedding, Carolina visited our wedding venue with me to scope out the different options that would available for our special day. That same night, she contacted me with numerous examples of possibilities. She was honest and upfront about which items would give us our biggest bang for our buck since we were working with a tight budget. BigDogPyro was able to setup for the show without drawing attention to themselves, so when we went outside for a “group photo” our guests were shocked to be met with the amazing show. In the end, the fireworks show was the best live show we had seen, including those on 4th of July by the city!! Our venue, The Plantation House, told us the residents who lived on/near Plantation House was commenting on their neighborhood app it was the best show they had seen as well! Our guests could not stop talking about the show and still bring it up to us! We would hands down recommend Big Dog Pyro!! They were amazing!

We had such an amazing experience this past July 4th here at the Terrace Club. All of our correspondences with Carolina were promptly answered and were very professional.
