Chelsie is the absolute BEST!! She was professional and personable throughout the entire wedding planning experience. Chelsie shot engagement, boudoir, and wedding pictures for me and I could not be more in love with all of them! She does such amazing work and truly captures all of the beautiful moments of the wedding day. Our wedding planner and staff at our venue had never met her and kept telling us how much they loved her. She has a magnetic personality and we could not be more thankful for all of her hard work!

Chelsie was nothing short of amazing and a total pleasure to work with. Planning a wedding remotely has it's challenges however Chelsie helped calm our nerves by being very responsive, communicative and informative. She made us feel super comfortable throughout the day with her calm yet upbeat demeanor and even got us some stunning teasers within 24 HOURS.. seriously who does that?! We can not wait to see the rest of the pics!

Chelsie was AMAZING! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive in the planning process leading up to the wedding. Her work is stunning and she is one of those amazingly creative individuals that making having her as your photographer a blast! Big House Photography has shot my 1 year anniversary photos and my maternity photos and I could not be happier. Chelsie is wonderful to work with and I was totally in love with every picture she took of my husband an me. Both sessions she has done for me have been edited in less than a week with teaser pics on Facebook even sooner than that. She totally puts you at ease when you're in front of the camera and has great sense of humor and positive energy. You can tell she really cares about the job she does and the people she does it for. I have recommended her to several friends for both weddings and portraits. I cannot say enough great things about her and her services! I will definitely be using her again for our family portraits for years to come!

Chelsie did a great job with my engagement photos! When the day came to do our engagement shoot, I had come down with a terrible flu and was nervous about photoing outside. She came prepared with loads of warm blankets to ensure I didn't feel cold and repeatedly made sure I was comfortable. I loved the locations where she took our photos and ended up having a great time despite feeling under the weather. I couldn't be happier with the results - you can tell in the photos we are genuinely having a good time on the shoot and enjoying ourselves (With beautiful scenic backgrounds) Would highly recommend Chelsie to anyone doing an engagement or wedding shoot!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Chelsie at Big House Photography. I was so impressed by how much she truly listens and cares about each and every person she interacts with. She does a wonderful job of paying attention to detail and capturing beautiful moments. Chelsie is an amazing photographer! She is fun, professional, and her quality of work is top notch. Her communication throughout the photoshoot made the process easy and never once did she make me feel uncomfortable or rushed. The detail and thought she puts into her work definitely shows in her photographs. I have used Chelsie for many occasions such as large family photo shoots, headshots, and her seasonal "mini shoots"-- I have NEVER been disappointed! I will continue to use Chelsie over the years, as she has proven time and time again that she is great at what she does!

Unfortunately my fiancé and I didn’t get the opportunity see Chelsie's work directly due to conflict. We were set to meet at a local restaurant in which Chelsie had picked. My fiancé and I waited over an hour before receiving a phone call from Chelsie stating that her husband had a horrible work accident in which she was preoccupied and she couldn’t reach out to us due to her phone dying. As my fiancé and I understand that life happens, we decided to give Chelsie a second chance. She took us out to dinner, in which she paid, and extended an offer for a discount on photography for our upcoming wedding to which we were going to accept. On Sunday of this week, I emailed Chelsie asking her for procedure for payment and told her that I would be paying Thursday (today). As of this morning (4 days later), I hadn’t heard back from Chelsie so I sent her an email reminding her that I was still interested in making a deposit although hesitant due to the lack of responsiveness to my email regarding procedure for her acquisition of our security deposit. In my email, I did mention to Chelsie that being unresponsive and the outcome of our first meeting are both things that are not “good for business.” Within 15 minutes, she responded with an extensive email saying that she’d been busy with her other job and shoots and was planning on responding to emails this weekend. She then went on to say that she was “sorry that you feel that way but [I] cannot work with someone who speaks to me in this manner.” A few hours later, I received a second email declining our contract with a note at the bottom that read, “Big House Photography LLC reserves the right to decline business from anyone who threatens BHP, the employees or speaks disrespectfully in any manner to a member of the staff. Response times vary depending on the nature of the business, as well as, the season.” As this language is not written in the contract, nor were we in contract since she hadn’t received the deposit, I then felt threatened and thankful that I hadn’t given her the money for the deposit. Her first email stating that she couldn’t work with us would have sufficed. I’m saddened by the exchanges between Chelsie and I this afternoon as I had never intended to threaten her or speak disrespectfully toward her. My only concern, as a paying customer, was lack of responsiveness in the instances noted above including the opportunity for Chelsie and BHP to acquire our business and I did not want her to lose the opportunity for future business due to the same instances. I wish her the best of luck but I am thankful for opportunity to find a different photographer that will better fit our needs. I gave Chelsie/BHP two stars as she did attempt to rectify the initial situation by paying for dinner as well as offering a discount on the photography for our wedding. Prior to our exchanges today, she had been responsive via email. In addition to her attempts, the work that she's presented on her website is excellent.

Chelsea was beyond incredible to work with, she is fun and sassy but yet still the ultimate professional. We had such a great time working with her for my daughters engagement photos and her princess themed wedding last weekend. Can not wait to see the finished product, the sneak peek looks gorgeous. We meshed with Chelsea the minute we met her, couldn't have been the more perfect choice for my daughters magical day!!!

Wouldn't have had anyone else photograph our wedding! Chelsie was amazing to work with and knew exactly what we were looking for. She exudes talent and is such a great person in general to work with, I felt so at ease with everything going on and she made such a crazy time so much more calm. Her and Julie knocked it out of the park that day and my entire bridal party loved them. I highly recommend BigHouse Photography, and will for years to come!

We could not be more happy with our Wedding photos! Chelsie did an amazing job with not only the quality of the pictures, but with the way in which she worked with my wedding party and family for all of the different photos we were trying to take. She is such a sweet lady :) We were also very pleased with the interactive website that allows us to access the pictures and download them for us to share, print, etc. Thank you for our beautiful pictures!

Chelsea and her assistant Julie were amazing! We had so much fun working with them for our wedding. Chelsea was funny, professional, and extremely easy going. She had great ideas and definitely worked with some of our more unconventional ideas! We are planning on taking our 1 year anniversary pictures with her in the future and would definitely recommend her to others! You can really tell she loves what she does and I am so glad we went with her!

I would recommend Big House Photography to anyone! Chelsie is not only an amazing photographer, but she is a genuine person as well. She photographed our engagement session, my bridal shower and our wedding. I met with a few other photographers before selecting her and there was always something missing, either we didn't have a connection or the price was outrageous. Big House Photography was the obvious choice, the cost was within my budget and Chelsie was very easy going. She is also easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to emails/texts, which I found to be very important in a wedding vendor! I have received so many compliments on my engagement and wedding photography, I would attach a picture to this review if I could! If you choose Big House Photography, you won't be disappointed.

Overall the pictures were great, and she tried to make everything as fun as possible, we can't thank her enough for that. But the video she produced for the ceremony, the part that everyone cares the most about was horribly taped. The ceremony was held inside, so the lighting wasn't the greatest, but even so the video was absolutely horrid. Instead of noticing, before the big moment and trying to find a way to fix it, she decided to override parts of the poorly taped clips with pictures. The other video pieces throughout the rest of the wedding reception was fine.

Chelsie, Big House Photography, is an amazingly talented photographer. She is so easy to work with and makes you feel so comfortable infront of the camera. She is very versatile and wants to know your vision so she can adapt to bringing you photos that fit that. I had told her our theme was Urban Rustic, whatever that meant after searching Pinterest every night as we planned our wedding. I was into brick walls, wood floors, lace, rustic and fall colors. Chelsie hit the mark and exceeded it with our pictures. I absolutely fell in love with them. She also has a way of capturing moments candidly as if you see them again and can relive the moment. My husband gave a surprising and beautiful speech at our reception and she caught so many moments of it; looking through them, I felt like I was back in the moment that day. Chelsie is amazing! We couldn't have chosen a better photographer. You should definitely check out her work and give her a call!!

Working with Chelsie was an absolute joy! She helped everything run smoothly the day of my wedding and our entire family raved about her professionalism, sweet personality and the quality of her work. Chelsie has been nothing short of amazing during our planning process. We were referred to her through a friend and she first did some family photos of us over the summer. Big house photography was a phenomenal vendor to work with! She met with us a few times before the wedding to get to know us better and get to know what we expected. Chelsie was extremely punctual and professional. Her quality of work is breath taking. We could not have been any happier with our decision to use Big House Photography!

After an awful experience with a different photographer I reached out to Chelsie. I sent her a message on Facebook, and within an hour had a response. My now wife was a little hesitant because of our previous experience, however after a short meeting Chelsie put all of her worries at ease. We met with Chelsie a few other time to go over a few details about the wedding. On the big day she was one of the first vendors there, along with her second photographer. While getting prepared for the wedding my mother in-law was having a break down. Chelsie took the lead and calmed her down and made the entire day more enjoyable. Between the ceremony and reception we took photos outside, and she did a great job with our ring bearer and flower girl. After everything got done, we were done with our reception at 4 :00 pm, we received a text from Chelsie at 6:30 pm THE SAME NIGHT telling us that our sneak peak of roughly 10 photos was posted on her website. Our previous experience, with the awful photographer, took almost 2 months to get our sneak peak photos for our Save the Dates. As the title says, my wife and I were simple blown away with everything. Any time we need any photos done we will use Chelsie. Hope this helps!

Big House Photography was a huge part of our wedding experience. She photographed our "legal" wedding ceremony, my boudoir pics and our destination wedding. We kept coming back because of her great pictures and great customer service. Chelsie is flexible and easy to work with. She was professional and I was completely comfortable during my boudoir pictures. She became part of the family during my destination wedding. She adapted well to unfamiliar environments. Chelsie is passionate about her work and wants to please her customers. We have worked with multiple photographers and she is our favorite! She does an awesome job and I highly recommend her.

Big House Photography's photos are high quality. The photos that were taken at my wedding look as if they should be in a magazine. I love them. I have received nothing but compliments from my friends and family. The photographer works very well with all types of attitudes. My family can be very bossy at times but she interacted with them very well. She does everything with a smile. The moments that she was able to capture were one of a kind. She took so many pictures and you did not even notice that she was there. Since the wedding my family and friends have all booked her for their photography needs. In one word, she was amazing.
